Bio

I am a 29 year old female who is comfortable playing as a female. I am working on my males though, and welcome opportunities to play them as my main character.

Like most people of age, I'm no stranger to mature things, and welcome those as well. And like most people, I do have my limits. Drugs, alcohol, abuse, death, gore, sex, are all fine to me. Not a big fan of smut or rape, furries, wierd kinks, things of that matter. Also, please don't take control of my character unless I've given you permission to do so. A big pet peeve of mine.

As far as posting goes, I'm normally available Mon-Fri from about 7-4. Should something come up and I'm going to be away for more than a day or two, I try to let my partners know beforehand. It's just polite. During the times I'm on, I can post several times, and my post lengths vary. Depending on where we are in the story, and what's going on, I can write from 1 to sometimes 7 or 8 paragraphs. Although, like other players, I like quality. Also, I'm kind of a grammar and punctuation Nazi. Please don't let this scare you off. Some things I can overlook, everyone makes mistakes, and that's understandable. I post from a phone, so my autocorrect tends to think differently than I do sometimes lol.

Uhm... I'm not real sure what else to put other than I'm not a big slice of life kind of girl. I have a family and live life everyday. I don't wanna live another day to day life in here. Take me somewhere else!! Give me interesting characters. I love romance, action and explosions, guns and monsters, sci fi and aliens, mystery... things of that nature. Fantasy is ok with me, as long as it's not real high.

Yeah I can understand the confusion if you haven't been here lol

So basically, my chick Evelyn is a mercenary that showed up not long after a job. She and Clay kinda hit it off, and then all hell kinda breaks loose. People come after Evelyn resulting in one hell of a retaliation. There a a psychotic bot involved, a blob woman that can heal and increase speed a nd strength and such when she latches onto her host, a man that can call upon animal abilities and Clay is a werewolf.

So, all of the people and hunting dogs and such that they all took down, just melted and exploded and they're all kinda out of commission at the moment.

The whole melting thing will make more sense if you read the last several posts lol

Hope that helps :)

No, she didn't think he'd get anything from it. Why would He? They were just... dreams. Really, really fucked up dreams. Delilah shook her head and chuckled dryly, watching as the doctor turned away from her. He had begun to speak again, when that God awful screeching sound pierced the quiet stillness of the room. Delilah cried out and again, cover her ears, though the action never seemed to help. It was all just out of instinct. She leaned over, resting her forehead between her knees and squeezed her eyes shut.

Was this ever going to stop?

Moments later, when the noise did stop, Delilah exhaled a relieved breath. She hesitated opening her eyes and looking up, because she knew the setting would be different somehow. It always was. When she finally worked up the courage to sit up, her eyes slowly opened, as if she were afraid to open them. Definitely terrified. When they were finally open all the way, her hands came away from her ears and she took in the new sight. A very beautiful room with a four post canopy bed. The drape that hung from it, matched those on the window; a soft beige color it looks like. There was a small table next to the bed where a small lamp sat. It gave off just enough light to make the room creepy, or calming. Just depended on how one looked at it.

Delilah slowly swung her legs over the edge of the bed and slid closer to it. Looking down, she noticed that the floor was tiled black and beige. It looked like a checker board, but it was pretty. Directly in front of her, was a dresser, and to her left was an open door. She placed her feet on the cool floor and pushed herself up so that she was standing. A sharp pain in her side caused her to stumble slightly, but caught herself with the bed. She took a hesitant step towards the door, then stopped.

What horrors waited out there for her this time?

☆ Full Name: Delilah Marie Stevens

☆ Gender: Female

☆ Age: 27

☆ Height: 5'3"

☆ Appearance:

☆ Short Biography: Born in 1991, Delilah was born into a middle class family. Her father was a hard working man, staying out of town welding for big oil companies. Her mother, stayed at home with her. Her childhood was happy, and like any others. Days filled with laughter and outside play. Chalk and jump rope, Barbie dolls and mud. She did well in school, and loved to help her mother cook, especially cookies. When her father was home, they would go to places like the zoo, or to carnivals, movies, and things of that nature.

As she got older, her interests began to change, as well as her bubbly, happy-go-lucky personality. Her father, Joseph, was in an accident at work that resulted in his death. At this point, she was old enough to take care of herself, 14. Her mother had to get a job not long after. As for Delilah, she became isolated. She wouldn't talk much, hated being out in public, her grades began to drop, and she would often zone out. This was another turning point. There was no way she could have helped her father... but what about others?

It was an almost instantaneous decision. Delilah started to work hard after that. She brought her grades back up, and although remained a bit isolated, got through school and graduated. Once she got into college, her isolating tendacies began to slowly leave her. She made a few friends and started becoming a little more optimistic. Still, she worked hard and graduated from college, majoring in the medical field. Delilah was bound and determined to help people.

Once she started working in one of her city's hospitals, her enthusiastic and bubbly personality emerged more and more. She smiled and laughed more, and with each successful surgery, she remained that way. When there was an unsuccessful one, like many other nurses, it would upset her. It would only remind her of her father. Of course, she knew not everyone would make it, but she liked to believe that they would. While she was alive and able though, she would do whatever it took to help anyone she could.

☆ Personality: Delilah always tries to find the good in everyone and everything. She is the kind of person that will almost always have a smile, and loves to laugh, or make people laugh. She loves being challenged, and hates failure of any kind on her part. A hard worker, and an even harder lover, especially towards animals (you'd think she would have been a veterinarian instead).

Mutations: Telekinesis; ability to move objects and people with her mind. Though as of now, she can move things smaller than a chair. Anything larger, it gives her a headache and nose bleed.

Personality: One who loves to laugh and have fun, Sally will always be the one to laugh at the cheesey jokes. She is always high spirited, hates negativity, spunky, and sometimes flirty. Sally loves to let loose and dance and sing (though she's horrible at it). Also, the type of person that can eat like an elephant, and never gain weight. Despite those, she hates confrontation and bullies. When she sets her mind to something, you can be damn sure that whatever it is, will get done, one way or another. If someone comes at her the wrong way, she'll no doubt let you know that it's time to back off.

Background: Sally was born into a middle class family with a loving mother and father. She grew up happy and with lots of friends, always outside running amok with them. Her older brother however, used to pick on her all the time. Of course, that's what older brothers do. It was all out of love. Her mother was a seamstress, who worked in a shop in town, and her father worked with horses; training them.

Her ordinary life was turned upside down when she discovered she wasn't quite as normal as she had assumed. She was in her freshman year of high school, and it was hard as hell to keep hidden. Even harder not to tell anyone. Something like that just begs to b known. Just after she graduated, her parents sent her to Ashton's. Whether it was to help her, or to get rid of her, she wasn't quite sure. Either way, she went and only hope that it was the real deal, and that they could help her

Recap of your mutations awakening: Her mother and father both know about it, as well as her brother.
They had all been at a grocery store, loading their groceries into the trunk of the car. Out of nowhere, a truck came barreling towards them. It looked like the person driving had lost control. He was honking his horn and waving his arm, telling them to mive out if the way. It had happened so fast at such a close proximity, that no one really had time to react. Sally instinctively put her hands out in front of her as if it would stop the truck from killing them. Well, it had. The truck stopped several feet from the family, stunning them all. She suffered a headache for several days afterwards, and a bloody nose.

Evelyn isn't one of those mercenary types thats always hard and cold as stone. She loves to laugh and have fun, make jokes and is sarcastic as Hell. However, when she's out in the shit, she's more level headed and rational. She hates taking orders from anyone she doesn't trust... And her trust isn't so easily given away.

Biography:
Evelyn was born in Dallas, Texas to Sophie and Dylan Sanderson. Shortly after her birth, they gave her to their drug dealer as payment for their bill. She grew up a pretty normal life unaware that her parents had given her up. She had friends and did good in school. While she was in middle school, she discovered that her ‘parents’ sold drugs. And not just to petty druggies; not all the time, anyways. They sold drugs to bigger fish.

Evelyn kept this secret to herself, and even went so far as to try some of it. That had been a mistake that would actually save her life later. A mistake that would make her better than any of her parents. Evelyn had demolished the house. Afterwards, she had taken one of the many pistols kept in the house and walked down the streets. She never hurt anyone, and got picked up by the police. This was when she found out that her parents, weren't really her parents.

Evelyn got sent to Juvie for several years, an experience that also changed her. Many of the other girls beat her up, and after a while, she got sick of it. She was not going to end up like the people her parents sold drugs to. She was not going to be a victim anymore. That's when she started fighting back. There was even several girls that befriended her and helped her. After the next girl tried to beat Evelyn up, she was sent to the infirmary. Evelyn got punished, yes, but none of the other girls picked on her anymore after that.

After she got out, she lived homeless for several years, when another day changed her life. Evelyn pick pocketed a man (something she did regularly to survive), only to later find out that he had been in the military. Filled with guilt, she immediately returned this wallet and apologized. The man, Roger Williams, bought the girl a decent meal, and they even spoke for for while. She learned that he was retired and was now a mercenary. Evelyn immediately showed interest and tried talking him into letting her be one. He refused, saying that it was no life for a woman.

Eventually, she convinced him, and he took her under his wing. He taught her everything he knew. Hand to hand, knives, a multitude of weapons. By the time she was 27, she was one deadly woman. And although she was a mercenary, she was a mercenary with morals and a conscious.

Drake, the one they called "D", or at least that's what she remembered, spoke up next. His mention of being from Texas as well gave Sally Insta-grin. How interesting. She never would have pegged him for a country kid. Or maybe he had he grown up in the city? That was a big misconception that drive Sally crazy sometimes. People would think, just because someone was from Texas, they were automatically a cowboy who wore boots and rode horses. Well... Sally did, but that's because that's what she liked. And hey, maybe Drake played the part, but looked different. There was one thing about him though, that always drew her attention to him. His eyes. They were both completely different colors, and although she had seen the genetic mutation in dogs (In fact she had one), never had she seen it in humans before.

As he continued on about himself, Sally raised an intrigued eyebrow. But when he finally got to what his ability was, her expression changed, from intrigue, to awe. He seemed to think less of his ability, joking that he could save money on sunscreen. "No," she piped up, holding her hands up as if to say 'what the Hell is wrong with you?' "Have you ever thought of being a fire fighter?" Sally raised her eyebrows in a playful 'duh' sort of fashion. "Do you have any idea how many lives you could save with that sort of ability?"

Before he could really reply though, Nik finally spoke up. Sally shifted her eyes in his direction and gave him her attention. And she had been right in her assumption as far as his ability went. "Hey, would that sort of thing work like... like in a bomb squad? Defusing bombs and stuff? Hypothetically, if one went off, you could survive It? Or you just make things explode?" Her last comment made her chuckle and she quickly cleared her throat, reapplying her innocent face. Nik then mentioned Api and Khloe, drawing everyone's attention to them. Sally looked up in the tree at the blonde boy narrowing her eyes in thought about him and his ability.

Unà though, was the next one to speak, and she had Sallys attention. She sunk into her hip and tilted her head, crossing her arms over her chest again as she listened to the other red heads ability. The girl could manifest illusions? Sallys's eyebrows raised in shock and she chuckled dryly. "So... your dreams basically come to life?" Sally held her finger up in the girls direction, silent for a moment. "I am not ever watching scary movies with you, and sleeping in the same room." Though she was partially serious, there was a playfulness to her tone. I mean, who would want to fall asleep in the same room after watching the Nightmare on Elm Street movies. Krueger would literally kill you in your sleep! And quite frankly, that didn't sound too good to her. "Make you watch something with Hugh Jackman or Ryan Reynolds in it... then maybe I'll sleep over," she added with a wink towards Unà. The girl then mentioned something, drawing everyone else's attention, to a boy walking up to them half naked. Sally's eyebrow raised and she shook her head. "That, is Joseph, or Joey." Sally rolled her eyes and looked back at everyone else.

At that moment, Api finally spoke up. Sally' s head jerked in his direction with a wide smile. "He speaks!" Sally giggled, indicating she was being playful with the boy.

Finally, her roommate spoke up, though Sally already knew of her ability. It was still always cool to watch though. The Korean girl took her hat from her head and froze it. Though, she must have realized she had frozen her hat, or perhaps it was her favorite, because she almost instantly regretted doing it. Once the hat was placed back on her head and she chuckled, Sally laughed and shook her head good naturedly. "Hey, you can always keep the food cold if the power ever goes out," she joked with a wink.

When Api finally came down, Sally's first thought, was that he could levitate, but she waited for him to explain before jumping to conclusions. He stated his name, and that he was pretty much 'friend zoned' in his country. Sally made a pouty face. That was ridiculous! He was so cute! And then, he spoke of his ability. She had been wrong. They're abilities were somewhat similar in that they could lift things. Only difference, was he could make them weigh less or more. That was a pretty nifty thing too if you really thought about it. "well, Gunnar, II'm quite certain you'll be able to find someone here. I mean, look at all these beauties," she said, motioning to the other girls. Sally never thought of herself as very pretty. "And there are more lurking around somewhere." Sally smiled warmly at him.

Despite her playful remarks and teasing ways, Sally, at this point, figured that this place wasn't going to be as bad as she had normally thought. People more like her. People she could be herself around. That was her kind of place

A thought suddenly hit her. Sally looked around in search of the other red head she remembered. Temperance. She hadn't seen her yet.
@Dealdric

Thanks for that little chuckle. She's so sweet and silly. Its a shame everyone's knocked out and couldn't appreciate the humor :(
