Hunger games/Super Smash Bros RP anyone?

Ok, so. I had a plot In mind, what if, in the Super smash bros universe, there was a Hunger Games like event going on? Two characters per franchise/District get sent to something for the Master Hand and or Tabuu's entertainment. This is called the Smash Games.

Hazama replied to Cerebella "I think ill be fine, I'm Hazama from the Novus Orbis Librarium Intelligence Department, I think my rank was, Captain." He continued to look around to see what kind of people were here. Upon hearing the Gamemakers explanation he said "So im now part of a game, am i? Well I did want entertainment." He mumbled the last part to himself. After seeing the figure appear he got an idea, He moved closer to Toby and wispered so that only Toby could hear him. "Hey, ten dollars if you see what it wants, ten more dollars if you try to kill it afterwards."

Toby saw as Hazama moved closer to him and said something quietly, that only he would be able to hear. He smiled, Twenty bucks for killing something?! He usually done that for free because it was fun! "...Sure, i can do that." he said with a grin, Toby's head twitched and made that loud crack noise again, it was a common thing for him but it would probably disturb a few of the newcomers here.

Toby was more than surprised by this, he was rather angry as well. "What the hell is this crap?!" He said, getting real annoyed by this so called 'GameMaker'. Great, he was supposed to be back with the others after that murder he recently done before he was brought here. It was supposed to be a xbox night with a few other of the Creepypastas.

"Yeah..I-Im fine..." Toby replied, and continued to listen to the others curiously. After however, hearing Cerebella's offer about the reward of helping her out...
"Sure! I'll help!" He said, quite happily and with a smile, he sure didnt act shy anymore.

"Really?" Toby asked as he heard Cerebella mention that she had met a few of the others before. But when she mentioned that name, Clockwork. "O-Oh, her? Y-Yeah, i know her..." Toby replied, his personality changed from a prankster to a very shy boy. This showing that he was Bipolar, something he tried to hide from others.

Toby heard Cerebella say his name, 'My Hatchets...?" He asked her curiously. "Well....Um....Lets just say a world where there are quite a few of...how do i explain it without scaring you...." he said, thinking for a moment... "Quite a few of horror story characters...And they're real...?" He replied, trying to hide the fact that he himself had actually killed harmless people for no real good explanation. Though, the hatchets did have blood on them, so it would be hard to hide the fact of that.

Toby smiled and waved hi to the new people here, his head happened to twitch again, and as the same thing like last time, when he had positioned his head back up properly, made a loud and somewhat disturbing crack noise. "..Heh, sorry 'bout that.."

Toby laughed a little as he heard Mirai shout because she had gotten a scare from the loud crack of his neck, "Heheh,It happens all the time! Dont worry 'bout it!" he replied, finding it rather funny that Mirai had gotten scarred because of that.Most people would be scared when they heard about what he actually done. He soon heard Cerebella mention about where they where. "...World gate? What? I've never heard of this stuff before..." he then said, getting a bit confused about what Cerebella was talking about.

Ticci Toby soon realize who happened to be in this group, even if he was a little odd himself, he still was a bit confused. He heard that the girl with the rather strange hat had introduced herself and was asking who all the people here where. He decided to respond, its not like these people ever knew about what he done or who he was. "I-I'm Toby" he responded, and his head twitched slightly, staying at a slant. "...One second..." He then added and straightened up his head, making a loud crack noise as he done so. He smiled "..That's better.." he then said, as it felt better to have his head back up at the proper angle rather than being stuck at a tilt to his left side.
