Two characters are fine. By the time everything is sorted out and Cerebella sexually harasses flirts with someone, I expect to have 3, possibly four characters.

Also, everyone as of now is accepted! I have decided that OCs are perfectly fine, since this is a universe of creativity!

Canon information: 6'2"(6'7" when armored) 225 pounds(415 when armored) brown hair and eyes under mask. Ruler of Latveria. Enemy of the fantastic four. Self taught magic that is below that if doctor strange. Self taught higher level in sciences.
Personality: a strong leader of Latveria but also a cold and powerful tyrant. He hates Reed Richards because he believes it's his fault his face is scared. How ever he won't attack him or any one he respects if they are weakened or injured. Even though he is a villain he has helped the heroes out in some situations.
Like : playing piano, painting, learning new things
Dislikes: Reed Richards
Powers: with his magic he can create mystical blasts and force fields ,invoke entities ,spell casting, summoning, teleportation, dimensional travel,mystical ensnaring, mind transference but rarely uses it . His armor gives him enhanced strength( can hold his own against Spider-Man) durability, video communicator, electric shock, flight, concussive blasts, force field,infrared system, sensor systems, solar absorption and has splitters if the true cross which protected him from enemies such as Dracula

Canon Information: She is a 17 year old Huntress in Training at a school called Beacon and her younger sister is Ruby Rose. Ruby is also the leader of the team she is on named RWBY. She appears to be slightly over 5.5

Personality: Yang is layed back but is also a fun loving wild girl. Is very motherly towards her younger sister. However if someone messes with her hair she will become slightly violent and enraged. This is due to her slight vanity of her hair.

Likes: Her sister Ruby, going to places to have a good time,having fun in life.

Dislikes: Anyone who messes with her sister and anyone who violates her hair by any means

Powers: Her Semblance is involving her being able to literarly burst into flames but it is not harmful. Her eyes flash red and become reddish when it is activated. It is also triggered if her hair is messed with.

Weaknesses: Her temperment, her hair, she basically sometimes rushes into battle with no plan giving her a reckless nature, can be stubborn at times.

I guess I forgot to mention that weapons are classed as powers, and I believe Yang has some form of shotgun gauntlets, if I remember correctly. Please correct me if I am wrong.

As for her age, ZUN directly stated that "she plays the role of a human maid about 10~20 years old" and "perhaps she is a character in her early teens, and in Perfect Memento in Strict Sense, according to Hieda no Akyuu, "she claims to be in her late teens".
Personality: Sakuya is a calm, polite and gentle person who serves with excellence. However, depending on the job put to her, she can change drastically and become someone who should be taken with care.
Likes: Tea, serving, cleaning, perfection
Dislikes: Imperfection, laziness, people saying that her breasts are fake and that she is using PADs
Powers: Sakuya has a perfection in throwing silver knives. She can also stop time and make knives appear out of nowhere.
Weaknesses: She can be a little air-headed, so it is somehow easy to get her distracted.

Magic, typically fire, fueled by nearby dead. Also quite proficient with bladed weapons and firearms.

Weaknesses:
Without any fuel for her magic, Autumn is restricted to basic weapons.

Character Bio:
Thousands of years in the future, the nature of life and death have been explored to a greater extent than they have now. The dead have become a substantial power source used to for cities, vehicles and weapons of war. Vast conflicts are fought between planets and solar systems, wars of attrition that only serve to make each side more powerful. The most feared on the battlefield are the Battlemages, soldiers with the ability to use the power within nearby dead to fuel destructive spells but are powerless without.

Autumn is an Airbourne Battlemage, leaping into combat from orbit into the heaviest of fighting. She once belonged to a free roaming mercenary ship half of a century old, lying in stasis until undertaking a job and returning to suspended animation when the work was done.

Personality: Deus Ex is manipulative and jolly. Life is a game of chess, and he's the grandmaster. He uses anyone and anything as pieces, all to his own amusement, his own life a minor factor in his pursuit of beauty. He is unpredictable in his evilness, but always full of glee, taking great joy in everything he does.
Likes: Human creativity, art, good music, dancing, extreme human emotion of any kind, chaos, the souls of the innocent.
Dislikes: Order, monotony, simplicity, anything boring or mundane.
Powers: Deus ex Machina is a spiritual being, spawned from the combined hopes and dreams of billions of humans. He can blur the edges between thought and reality, effectively creating anything that the people around him can imagine, powered by emotion and thought. Creativity, emotion and art fuel this, meaning that the more emotionally invested the people around him are in the images he creates, the more real and powerful they become. He can twist reality to his needs. For example, he could create a chair with incredible ease, simply by using the background energy of human thought, although the chair would disappear the moment Deus no longer cared about it, as nobody is emotionally invested in it. Furthermore, Deus can create Deals, which bind one's soul. These deals will almost always include your soul becoming his property, for him to constantly torture and please you, a thousand lifetimes of emotional extremes which will drive you insane. These form a constant power source for Deus, and he becomes more dangerous with every soul he takes.
Weaknesses: Deus is easily distracted from whatever he's doing, and is a fickle creature, easily persuaded to go bother someone else if you know how. Deus is weakened by anything boring or monotonous or, ironically, by lack of human life. The death of the human race would kill Deus, as he would no longer have a power source. He needs people to think of him in addition to living in order to exist. If all people were to forget about his existence, he would cease to exist. While his souls prevent this effect from killing him, he is severely weakened if nobody remembers him. This is one of the reasons he's constantly asserting his presence to the world, making a big flashy show of everything he does.
Character Bio: The human soul is one of the most powerful forces in the universe. The raw essence of life, thought, and potential energy is enormous. The power that has taken over the world, and could build machines to rearrange the stars in the sky. However, of all these powers, the greatest is undoubtedly the human imagination, which can create and destroy entire worlds with ease. This is what Bob is formed from. He was an idea, which pulled other ideas into itself. And the idea snowballed, until it became such a powerful idea, that it became a physical, thinking being. Since that day, Deus hasn't changed a bit, laughing and loving and hating and joking. Mages have feared his interference from the moment of the inception of magic, and he is undoubtedly one of the most hated demons in the magical community for his constant involvement in the affairs of humans.
