@GiskI assume based on your CS skeleton that wallcrawling, Enhanced Immune System, Superhuman Equilibrium that Peter has is not counted in the 100 points we distribute.
Is webbing organic or will they have to come up with a web fluid?
I am trying to come up with a hero who ruined my character's life. Any suggestions? I was thinking Spider-Man but wasn't sure if that would be cool. If Spider-Man who would he be dating? If it is Spider-Man how old would he be and how long has he been a hero?
Does every power field have to have at least 1 point or can some be 0 points?
Could we replace Camouflage with a second variant? Camouflage doesn't really jive with how I plan to take the character. I can leave Camouflage at zero and just make another power stronger.

Huh, when you said Marvelous, I was thinking a different Captain.
If the Captain Marvel movie was out and/or she was more prominent in the Marvel Cartoons, maybe. Plus this way I can get to genderswap a character.
