FetzenMadoka Magica. You call getting her head bitten off 'dark and gritty'? How about me not seeing the logic of how a 12-year-old brat girl whining for 11 episodes straight then suddenly she gained some super-wisdom out of nowhere and becomes a goddess of the universe? Don't get me wrong - it is a decent anime on its own, but the fandom is a different story. Watching it objectively on my own it's cool, but when you get the fans who're trying to brainwash you into worshiping the anime, now that's not cool.
Haikyuu. Don't get me wrong - I really love the animanga, and probably the only sports genre work that genuinely got me so hyped up - but the yaoi fangirls are scary. And I got judged for liking this animanga because I'm a dude reading/watching something that has a 99% male cast. So they think I'm gay. What kind of shitty logic is this???
Just a fair warning, I am quite a big fan of Madoka Magica even going as far as to say that it's probably my favorite anime. Bias is kind of unavoidable when you love something so much, but I will try my best.
But yeah Madoka Magica's really not that deep. It definitely has it's shining moments and characters as well as doing the whole infinite time loop thing very well in my opinion. I think people try to sell Madoka Magica on the fact that it's a dark subversion of Magical Girl animes. Yet this was never the intent of the creators as far as I'm aware. They didn't try to make a dark sailor moon, they just wanted to tell an interesting story with compelling characters (Even though they kind of did make dark sailor moon along the way).
I don't personally agree with this. Meriting Madoka Magica for being a 'dark' show is like saying you should watch The Room for Tommy Wiseau's masterful screenplay (YOU ARE TEARING ME APART LISA). Madoka Magica is just a nice short and sweet anime with very stylistic art direction and a good homage to the Magical Girl animes we know and love. It doesn't make a lot of sense in a many regards and it doesn't have to. I just don't really like things being praised for something they're not. Especially when there's a lot of other things about it that can be praised!
Also yeah I feel you on the Haikyu! thing. Speaking as a gay man, I really don't buy into the whole yaoi 'oh my god look at my gay babies' thing. Mostly because that mentality is kind of toxic towards the homosexual community, especially poc homosexuals from Asian countries who have their sexuality turned into some weird fetish by these yaoi fangirls.
Haikyuu is probably the best sports anime I've seen in recent times. Stuff like Free! and Kuroku no Basket really try hard to play on the whole 'yeah look at these hot anime guys you thirsty weabs can ship together'. Haikyu does a great job of really hyping you the fuck up for Volleyball and the dynamic between the boys is a really well played out as a bond between team mates instead of disgusting yaoi pandering.
Fun story, I once made a post on tumblr about how I thought Shoyo and Yachi were cute together and I was sent a few messages about how I was erasing the existence of homosexual characters in media by shipping Shoyo with a female. I'm not even going to get into how dumb it was.
That said, I second tsukune's comment about disliking the Undertale fandom. I don't know how many times I need to tell these fucking people that the aesthetic of the game doesn't interest me at all before they'll get it through their thick skulls that I don't want to play it. Some of your other comments were worded how I'd have wanted to say them too (though I have less experience with any of the fandoms you mentioned since I mostly keep to myself with what I like and don't look for the community of fans).
Someone: Sorry but Undertale as a game just does not appeal to my personal tastes and preferences.

Orange is the New Black just turned to utter shit after season two so that's probably why people abandoned it. Also because Netflix shows are pretty mediocre across the board anyway and OITNB had the honor of being one of the first. See also: House of Cards.
Please take this suggestion with a grain of salt, because cultural differences might play a factor in this; but might I recommend Wentworth? It's a remake of an old Australian drama called 'Prisoner' that is about a female prison. I vastly preferred it to OITNB mostly because I felt it was more honest whilst still having that light hearted charm to it. It just finished it's 4th Season I believe this year.
That being said, I am Australian myself so that might play a factor in why I enjoy it more. I understand the cultural connotations in the show a lot more and they hit closer to home for me. Plus it doesn't try to be as "Look at me I can reference things I'm so hip and with it" as OITNB (and many Netflix shows for that matter) is. Though they do over-use slow motion in Wentworth to the point where it's kind of a joke.
