Bio

Hi, thank you for checking my account to further your knowledge of me as a person... That or you're preforming a background check...
None-the-less, this bio will hopefully give you a bit of a flavour of person that I am (and hopefully a postive flavour).

  • Believer Of Jesus Christ (Christian)
  • Casual/Avid Video-Gamer
  • Casual Star Wars fan
  • Casual/Avid Board-Gamer ('Common' games do not apply [i.e. Monopoly, etc])

And below are general interests when it comes to Roleplaying:

  • Star Wars
  • Supporting Characters (I don't wish to play Gordon Freeman, I prefer to play the Rebel trooper but I'd be ok with playing the Combine Soldier)
  • Mid-Low Fantasy Setting
  • Sci-Fi as a whole
  • Some Military themes
  • Heroes & Villains

@SoleAccord LordZell and I are currently working on an intro collab atm.
@LordZell I'd be up for that. My plan is to show Caleb on patrol before pulling into a vehicle yard at the end of his shift, only to be asked to make a maintenance check on a speeder.

What did you have in mind? Go ahead and throw me a PM.
I've got nothing prepared atm.
@Sep Finished it. Put him in an AT-ST instead with some other minor tweaks. All changes have been applied to the CS on the "Characters" tab, if that's alright.
Honestly having second thoughts about my character... I don't think I'll enjoy playing him too much. Is it possible for me to rework him into something a little different? Still will keep him on Imp side.
@Sep To be fair, neither do the rebels. They always fight at an unfair disadvantage, and win.
@Sep Made some changes to the skills, strengths and weaknesses to keep with the other CSs' style of listing them out for more clarity.
Player Name: Charter

Name: Staff Sergeant Caleb Raock, DH-1644

Age: 25

Appearance: Caucasian, green eyes, brown hair in the standard military crew cut, 5'11" in hieght with a medium build

Gender: Male

Race: Human

Affiliation: Empire.

Force Sensitive Y/N: No

Equipment: AT-ST Pilot uniform, EC-17 Blaster Pistol (tucked away in his right boot), an E-11 Blaster Rifle, also has a couple of grenades and a thermal detonator. Pilots an AT-ST (Callsign T-51).

Skills:
  • AT-ST Pilot - Trained to drive the bog-standard AT-ST of the Imperial forces, also can take up the gunner's position of the vehicle when needed.
  • Mechanical Knowledge - While learning how to properly maintain an AT-ST, Caleb took it upon himself to learn how to perform minor maintenance on many imperial vehicles. His superiors have since given him the responsibility to watch over or help the maintenance crews when they need an extra pair of hands.
  • Reconnaissance & Vehicular Support - Trained to scout areas too dangerous or difficult for scout troopers to be sent. Also provides anti-infantry or anti-light vehicle support when in a conflict.
  • Weapons Training - Trained in the use of Blaster rifles and pistols.

Strengths:
  • Reporter Extraordinaire - Writing up detailed reports of incidents or locations come easy to this individual. Though, granted, they can be a boring read.
  • By The Books/Keen Memory - A man who keeps to procedure, Caleb isn't one to skip on a minor detail in the startup of his vehicle or forget the face of an individual he had a personal conversation with.
  • Battle Discipline - Death and destruction tend to not phase this man, at least until danger has past. He keeps to his objectives in spite of what attempts to stop or distract him.

Weaknesses:
  • Weak Hands - Despite his training, Caleb never truly seemed to get the grasp of a melee fight. Sure, he could probably win a brawl against a street thug but anything to do with multiple targets or just a militarily trained individual, he's bound to lose.
  • What am I fighting for? - Caleb has a weak motivation to continue fighting this war.
  • Poor Liar - Caleb, while growing up, was taught the values of truth and honesty. While he can in fact lie, he's not very good at hiding it.

History: Caleb was born on a farm on Naboo. Although a farm boy, Caleb tends to give the impression he's from a metropolitian city. When he finished a minimum schooling, and with a desire to explore and see the galaxy, he tried to get into schools that were off-world. However, every one of the 12 schools he tried to get in denied him, each for their own reasons for doing so. Disheartened from the constant denials, he went for a walk around the nearby town. This is where he saw a recruitment holo-vid for the Imperial military; primarily the words 'explore the galaxy' caught his attention most. Upon returning home, he told his parents what he was thinking of doing. They were hesitant of the decision, asking him to reconsider for other options. They argued that it would be dangerious, that he'd might get killed, he argued that it would be his chance to make the galaxy a better place, as well as learn some other skills for when he left the Imperial forces. His parents ultimately let him make his decision but have expressed their dislike of it.

After signing up at a local recruitment centre, Caleb made his way off-world, saying good-bye to his friends & family. With a good understanding of machines & mechanics from his schooling, he was placed into the Stormtrooper Corps to be an Imperial Combat Driver, he was then later selected to be an AT-ST driver. After the Battle Of Yavin, Caleb was pulled from training to fill the vacuum left by the destruction of the first Death Star. His placement was a world on the Outer Rim, where he primarily preformed base protection but he would occasionally get scouting/reconnaissance duties. Here he proved himself capable and loyal in combat and duties before being transferred to Taris months before the Battle Of Endor. While stationed on Taris, Caleb was becoming dissatisfied within Imperial ranks and the overall conflict with the Rebels. He started to consider what lines of work he could step into when he finished his time in the Imperial Military, hopefully something that allowed him to visit home often.

After the destruction of the Death Star and the rumored death of Emperor Palpatine, Caleb was informed of Naboo's new allegiance to the newly formed New Republic. He has also heard that the Empire was making an attempt to take the planet. This put him in an awkward spot; he knew the Empire had a habit of caring little for civilian casualties, which put the thought of his parents' well being into question. On top of that, since he had joined the Empire, would this newly formed New Republic harm or harass his family? Caleb kept these concerns to himself, not trusting any of his fellows in case one of them report him to be questionable. With hope, he'll survive this conflict and find a peaceful way home. In spite of his concerns; Caleb remains loyal to the Empire, believing a united Empire is better for everyone.
@Sep Very well. I'll post the character I have ATM.
