:0!! Ahh I must've missed that it was so late when I got to the bloopers bit! I'll get that fixed.
woops i got long-winded in the history section :0c
Well here's my go at it, this looks neat

Name: Ester Renee Vernon

Nickname: Eve- honestly who would name their child Ester? it's 2055, get real.

Age: 27 (or 327 right?)

Appearance:

Skills: medical technician- skilled at fixing up most injuries from scraped knees to broken bones. Heck she'd even know what medicinesare best to use, even with the weirdo names they come up with now days.

Background: Ester was born in 2055 to her two loving parents Juno and Andrew Vernon. She was named after both her grandmothers (Ester and Renee) who, coincidentally both died by the time she was ten. Ester had not seen them often anyway, the majority of her extended family lived in the country sides of various state. Her, she lived in Downtown Chicago. The city of the century, boy they forgot to mention the smog and the horrid air quality. Whoever came up with the "city of the century" crap aught to have called it the city of smog every day, at least then there would be some truth in the name.

Before you can know Ester though, you aught to know her parents. They were both only children. They both grew up in cities later moving to the country with their parents, before meeting each other in small town west Virginia. They fell in love instantly. Juno was a beautiful youth and aiming to be a model, Andrew was a handsome football player aiming for a spot in congress. They were two perfect jerks made for each other. They could fight for months and make up in one night. They were everyone's dream relationship. In 2055 they married due to Juno's unfortunate pregnancy and a father who was going to throw her out if she wasn't married by the time that baby came.

So, there was Ester, born with the name of two mom's who would have killed someone if their only grandchild wasn't named after them. Born with a mom and a dad who could scream at each other for days. Not that they didn't love her, boy they sure did. In fact in between completely ignoring her they almost made a game out of buying her more and more expensive things. They tried to out spoil her, it was ridiculous. It worked though, she was a brat all they way up until high school.

Private high school she met students just like her, bratty bimbos. She hated every one of them. Eve, as she now called herself, was absolutely finished with being like them. She took to vegan-ism and looked into all kinds of other religions seeking spiritual guidance. She trained her mind and body to be her idea of perfect, at least she wasn't a brat. This phase led her all the way up to her senior year when she decided to be a nurse, what better way to give back then to help heal people in their mortal body.

When med school started she dropped the vegan crap, it was really unhealthy and impractical and just like the rest of the stupid facade it got Eve no closer to her parents. Med school was tough and though she yearned for her parents attention, she didn't really have time for it anyway. Becoming a nurse practitioner took four years of her life, okay maybe five it was a rough start. She made it though. in 2076 she was a registered nurse and started on her way to being the head nurse. By the time hell broke lose she had become a very accomplished head nurse and with nothing to lose and easily making the qualification she joined the hibernation.

Personality: As a child she was unbearably bratty, as a teen she was equally unbearably spiritual. Now she was just sour. Her parents never loved her and she tended to reflect that at other people. She just had no clue how to properly what people wanted to see at all times. She usually comes off as tough and a tell it as it is kind of person. Deep inside she still misses her parents, even if they never did anything right.

Blooper: Though she is a nurse and knows its a bad habit she used to smoke, and if it becomes available she will do so again. Additionally she has asthma from growing up in such poor air quality often leaving her heaving for air or a coughing mess. Though hypocritical she does have enough sense to snap at anyone else practicing bad habits.

Counslers or camp leaders, whatever, were weird. He was glad she didn't want him to fight, though he couldn't imagine what she wanted to show him. Alex peered around the area. The forest didn't seem so bad with everyone out of sight. Not everyone, he reminded himself looking back to the women now sitting on the ground.

Alex couldn't very well ignore Vayla for very long. "Um, well...okay" he said just above a whisper. He choose a spot a few feet in front of her, kneeling in the dirt. He looked his gaze in front of her, sitting silently for a moment. Then curiosity got the better of him, "what is it?" He asked timidly.

Brynn waved when Lavender pointed at her beeming between Charlie and her other friends from the train. Charlie's facts were a little out of order, she'd read it was a giant squid, not an octopus. Maybe she was saying that there was also octipi, that would be neat. None the less the mistake, if it was a mistake, didn't bother her. She was to bisy being enthralled by all the neat owl facts to care; they flew in and threw mail at you or came in through your window. It was all so neat, she almost wished she could've gotten an owl. "It's nice meeting you too Charlie, who told you all that stuff. Not much of that was in Hogwarts a history at least not the bit I read. Did you know there's a giant squid as well, it's supposed to be like 50 meters long. I've read lots of books about squids and octipi, big ones are really rare. Atleast for non-magic folks, I dunno about wizards. There's this squid called a magnapinna squid, it looks like an alien with super long tenticals. They're really spooky looking I wonder if there is one of those in the lake too. Wouldn't that neat!" Brynn stopped at that face plastered with a grin.
As a matter of fact I haven't :0c
I'm rather new you see and I pmed someone else earlier and they said its polite to wait for all your posting partners to post before you go but if its 1 on 1 you just go.
Sorry about that.
Alex preferred the dirt path over the grass. He gave a small nod when she spoke, but no more. He wasn't one for conversation, and he didn't really know where she was going.

He followed Vayla through the grass, leaving brown grass footprints behind. When they reached the trees he was glad for the cover though it soon lifted to reveal an arena like place. It looked like a place where campers could practice by fighting each other. "Why are you showing me this? I'm sorry, I don't want to fight anyone. Vayla I really just, this is nice and I glad you worked so hard for your camp," he didn't look glad, he looked upset. "But if your looking for people interested in fighting I'm not the one your looking for. I'm a bomb waiting to explode, everyone here would be safer without me".
Alex peered around her at at the bright camp, then back to his own room. He needed to pick up the dirty clothes off the floor still, they were piled in the corner. With Vayla standing there a lot of things suddenly seemed like they needed done, not that he really wanted to do them any more than before.

Blank faced he turned back to Vayla. "I guess I wouldn't mind," he said, inching through the door so as to not let in the light. "Lead the way. "

He pulled the sleeves of his jacket down so it covered his hands a little more before shoving them in his pockets. He didn't look like a person ready to take a walk on a beautiful sunny day.

Alex sat on the bed starring into black space. Today he had a lot on his mind, mostly because he had time to think. He thought of the things from his past, trying to narrow down what ruined his life. It always came down to the first year he helped on the farm. Back then he'd been happy occasionally. Time and time again it came down to those years when his powers first started showing up. He decided his powers were to blame for anything that had gone wrong.

A tap tap tap echoed through the empty room dragging Alex from his mind. With a sigh he dragged himself from the bed and trudged over to the door. Outside was the camp counselor or something like that, Alex had seen her around. She didn't seem awful but like everyone else she seemed happy to be in the camp. He peered out the now partially opened door, squinting at the brightness. "What," He said quietly, not trying to sound rude but accomplishing it anyway.

The first few days at camp didn't seem much better than those out in the real world. Sure Alex had more food than he could eat and a constant roof to sleep under, but the daily failure of trying to control his powers wasn't getting any easier to handle. The instructors reminded him often that expecting to gain complete control of ones powers in just a few days was never expected and that he was doing really well. Alex didn't see it. After hours every day he could still feel the radiation hanging around him and watch the grass under his feet shrivel and die.

He spent most of his time alone in his own cabin were no one would be harmed by his uncontrolled powers. At least that's what he felt, the camp really wasn't that full and there was no need for anyone to share yet. The only interaction with others he sought out was for meals, even those he avoided the busier times.

After a week and a half he still had no friends. New people came in every so often and they seemed not to have any trouble finding friends. Most of them even seemed to be enjoying themselves. Alex just couldn't understand that. How could anyone be happy anymore the world was so awful, at least the world he knew had been.

So he sat on the steps to his cabin. Dark hood pulled over his head despite the warmth of the day, hoping for a reason to keep trying to appear and fix all his problems.
