@PKMNB0Y Alright, Kira's down for the count. I would find it necessary to apologize to everyone on this thread for being persistent. I got a little bit too excited to work with Stands.
I also used a hider to cover up the spoilers I added on my earlier post. Sorry about that.
@Raineh Daze So yeah, armored dudes are duking it out in a modern landscape. Wouldn't this be the best time for a respected musical icon to somehow come back to life supposedly with the aid of some floating anthropomorphic cat ghost?
Let's just say that his signature costume gets trashed during his transport to the real world and due to that, people assume that he's actually David Bowie.
EDIT: Besides, I've watched Re:Creators before (i'm a big fan of it!) and from what I have seen, characters can exit their respective works of fiction at any period of time as long as there's some sort of interference. He could get pulled out at the period of time wherein his suit got thrashed by Josuke and friends, and if that happened, people might really assume that he's David Bowie.
It sounds ridiculous, but ridiculous happenings are my thing.
I mean, he did kill Rohan, but he was able to do so without much brute force. He did it using strategic prowess and some newly-polished plot armor. Besides, he may be a monster when it comes to close-range combat, but his ranged attack is so sluggish that some guy had the time to wake up from a coma and rush outside to stop his impending attack. Someone like Nanoha or one of those Touhou characters would easily curbstomp him, given that the battle is on-the-spot.
Besides, I'll be using Kira before he switched faces. Kosaku-Kira is the one with Stray Cat (allows him to manipulate air via some sort of cat-plant hybrid hidden within his suit) and Bites the Dust (allows him to toy around with time loops - nobody would like to deal with that).
He just wants a peaceful life. Just make sure everyone else sleeps with the lights on.
Here are my slaves positioned within the fictional universe characters just in case.
Rohan Kishibe
The Basics
Gender: Male
Appearance: Rohan's usual attire is rather bizzare, but flamboyant costumes are pretty much the mainstay of the entire JJBA-verse. He is a rather good-looking young man whose height and build are average, as compared to those of characters featured in earlier parts of the series. His trademark headband keeps his hair up and gives it a distinct shape: that of the tip of a paintbrush. Earrings shaped like ink pens dangle from his ears. His outfit changes, but he is usually depicted wearing baggy pants and a semi-unbuttoned vest.
Effortfully tries to make his work as realistic as posible
Hates people who believe they are "hot shit"
An expert at psychological mind tricks (Keywords: "emotionally insincere")
Actually seen to believe in the forces of good
"Did you think the great Kishibe Rohan draws comics because he wants money?! I draw comics because I "WANT TO BE READ"! That's the one and only reason. I couldn't care less about anything else!"
Brief History
When he was young, he was often left at his babysitter's house, Reimi Sugimoto. During the night of August 13, 1983, his parents had a important thing to attend to and so Rohan was left with Reimi. He was saved by Reimi at the cost of her own life from the serial killer Yoshikage Kira, but was in shock and couldn't serve as a witness. He intentionally chose to not remember much of this life in his adult years.
At some point during his childhood, Rohan, while playing on the beach, fell onto some rocks and broke ribs on the left side of his body. Because of that injury, he experiences pain in that area if he finds himself wherever there is extremely low atmospheric pressure.
Years later, Rohan met a woman named Nanase Fujikura at the inn of his grandmother. Rohan, at the age of seventeen at the time, becomes intrigued by her and attempts to use her as a model for his drawing. Nanase shows interest in his drawings and asks to read his work once he finishes it.
Days later, Nanase tells him the story of Nizaemon Yamamura, who created the "Under the Moon", which Nanase describes as "the darkest painting in the world." She leaves the room to answer her phone briefly, but when Rohan goes to check on her, she appeared to be crying about her divorce and goes running out of the house.
A week later, she returned and Rohan knocked on her door. She opened the door and embraced him while crying. Rohan attempts to show her his drawings of her, but she suddenly becomes enraged and begins stabbing the drawings. She runs away crying again, only this time she doesn't come back. Rohan first appears as an antagonist to Koichi and Toshikazu Hazamada when they go to his house for an autograph. After they try to sneak a peek of the new issue of his manga, he activates his stand and prevents either of them from attacking him. He then reads their memories, and in doing so, finds out about Josuke Higashikata, Okuyasu Nijimura and others affiliated with the two. He decides to use Koichi and Hazamada as materials for his manga. After using Koichi as his personal "inspiration", Okuyasu and Josuke find out about where Koichi has been going by following him. Rohan attempts to take advantage of Josuke's sensitivity about his hair and force him to open his eyes and be subject to Heaven's Door, but this backfires when Josuke's anger prevents him from recognizing Heaven's Door in the manga, enabling him to pummel Rohan without restraint. Rohan's manga, Pink Dark Boy, is suspended for a month as a result of his defeat (though interestingly, Rohan was never shown to have been deformed from being punched by Crazy Diamond).
Upon leaving the hospital, Kishibe finds a lot of respect for Koichi, in whom he confides, and at the same time holds an extremely deep hatred towards Josuke. When Josuke finds an alien named Mikitaka Hazekura, he decides to play a dice game with Rohan, who soon finds out that Josuke is cheating and threatens to take off his little finger if he doesn't stop. However, Rohan is ultimately unable to prove Josuke's dishonesty when his house catches on fire in the middle of the game.
Rohan later encounters stand user Ken Oyanagi, and proceeds to play five matches of Rock, Paper, Scissors, almost losing his stand in the process. After defeating him, he's attacked by Highway Star, who lures him into a room with a vision of Kira in a room cutting off a woman's hand. Later, he also encounters Masazo Kinoto, who harbors Cheap Trick on his back. After seeing Masazo's back, the stand transmits himself to Rohan's back. Rohan eventually tricks Cheap Trick by taking him to the Ghost Alley and forces him to look backward. As several hundred disembodied hands grab Cheap Trick, Rohan inscribes on Cheap Trick that he will be dragged to Hell, even though Rohan himself does not know if it even exists.
During the final investigation of Yoshikage Kira's new identity, Rohan narrows it down to Kosaku Kawajiri after finding a suspicious photograph of Kosaku being tailed by his son, Hayato Kawajiri, holding a video recorder. Rohan manages to meet with Hayato and uses Heaven's Door to find out more about his father. As Rohan opens contents of Hayato's body book, he discovers a warning on Hayato's pages to not read further. Rohan eventually discovers that Kosaku is actually Yoshikage Kira in disguise. His excitement of this revelation is cut short when a miniature Killer Queen appears, revealing that Kira has unlocked a new Stand Ability, Bites the Dust. By discovering Kira's identity through Hayato, Bites the Dust marks Rohan. Wounded, Rohan feebly attempts to call out to Koichi and Jotaro who were just a few blocks away from him and is promptly killed by an explosion, which, coincidentally, reminded him of his first time with Josuke. Bites the Dust loops time back an hour and in the second version of the hour, Rohan is killed again as he was already marked by Bites the Dust in the previous time loop, despite not meeting Hayato in the current time loop. In the third and final time loop, Kira eventually is forced to deactivate Bites the Dust in order to protect himself when Josuke discovers his identity, sparing Rohan just seconds before his fate.
Universe of Origin: Jojo's Bizarre Adventure-verse
Implements
Equipment:
A fancy car (The vehicle he is most associated with is his motorbike, but naaaaahhhhh)
His camera
Art equipment
Powers and Abilities:
STAND: Heaven's Door (Tengoku no tobira / ヘブンズ・ドアー) : Arguably one of the most broken stands in the series. Once Rohan's stand is summoned, all it takes is one glance from a specified target to activate its ability. The target is immobilized, and he/she turns into some sort of living book.
Once he has done that, he can read the book formed from the target's body. The information he obtains through doing this is mostly true, considering that what is written on the book is based on what the person knows. He can also write on the book to allow people to do things and have things happen to them. Ripping pages of the book from people is also something that Rohan can accomplish with the power of his Stand, and doing this makes his targets lose significant amounts of weight and their memories which are contained on the page that is ripped out. Rohan can manifest his stand's power through certain drawings or by tracing an invisible outline of it in the air. However, when he doesn't have the time to be hammy and stylish, he can simply summon his stand so that it can work its magic.
Heaven's Door isn't entirely godlike, though. As mentioned earlier, the information Rohan gets from using his Stand is based entirely on what the person knows. This puts a handicap on Rohan's ability, making the information he gets not entirely infallible. Here's a situation that demonstrates this weakness:
Lifted Text: "Cheap Trick was the Stand of architect Masazo Kinoto. Created when Yoshihiro Kira hit Kinoto in the back with an Arrow, it was dispatched to kill Rohan Kishibe and destroy the photos Rohan had taken in the search for Yoshikage Kira's new identity. Kinoto was unaware of the Stand's presence, but felt instinctively that he needed to hide his back and managed to reach Rohan's house that way. After Kinoto's death, Cheap Trick attaches itself to Rohan and tries to trick people into looking at Rohan's back."
As anybody who has cared enough to read this might notice, Rohan wasn't able to confirm the presence of a Stand from master architect Kinoto. This happened even though he used his Stand on him:
Here's why: Rohan's Stand only read what Kinoto knew. Kinoto didn't even know that he had a Stand. His innate power manifested as an obnoxious desire to hide his back. As a result, here's all that Rohan got to read:
Heaven's Door is also weak in actual close-range combat, and it lacks overall destructive power. It does have the sheer versatility that more notable Stands like Star Platinum and Crazy Diamond do, though. The Stand even works on ghosts and undead beings. The official stats of Rohan's Stand would give you a better understanding of the Stand's weaknesses in general.
NOTE: E is the lowest rank a Stand can have in an area, and A is the highest
Rohan has incredible dexterity. He mainly shows this when drawing his manga, as he uses multiple pens at once to quickly and flawlessly finish drawing his manuscripts. This also allows him to weaponize his art equipment.
His exceptional skill in drawing is something that seems to border upon the supernatural.

"Dimple"
The Basics
Gender: Presumably none, most likely male
Appearance: When an esper lays his/her eyes upon Dimple, they are to be greeted by a green wispy sphere of energy with two large red "dimples" on each "cheek". When he goes apeshit, though, he morphs into a giant muscular humanoid being.
Personality: Dimple wants to become a god. One to be praised and honored by mankind.
However, he loses his sight of this ambition when he meets someone more powerful. When he gets bested, be becomes supportive of the one who defeated him. This happens unless he can find a way to take control of the one who wronged him and attain even more power.
He seems to have softened during his time with Mob and company.
Brief History
He obviously became a spirit through death
He tried to amass power by creating a cult named "LOL" using the power of collective laughter. This plan seemed effective, as the cult gathered many members in only a month.
His plan was eventually thwarted by a young but immensely powerful esper named Mob.
Seeing the untapped potential in this young child, he decided to tag along with him. He tried to possess Mob at first, but failed to do so and decided to commit himself to helping Mob become the god he originally envisioned himself to be. His attempts to do so failed comically.
It is a truth universally acknowledged that tagging along with the main character in a work of literature warrants you an imminent adventure. He has died and come back to life, attempted to empower Mob's brother Ritsu, and joined Mob and his friends in infiltrating the base of a global organization dedicated to world domination.
Universe of Origin: Mob Psycho 100 (Possibly the ONE-verse, considering that One Punch Man protagonist Saitama and Mob both acknowledge each other as fictional characters. Who knows?)
Implements
Equipment: his ego
Abilities:
Possession: Dimple can possess living beings and put them under his control. The living being he possesses retains his/her own physique, but gets two large red circles on their cheeks (idk how that would work for animals). When Dimple has possessed a proper host, he can release the full mental and physical potential of said host. The target can pull through with sheer mental strength and resist the possession, though.
Hypnosis: Dimple is shown to possess multiple people using his own brainwashing techniques. WIP: NEEDS MORE RESEARCH
NOTE: These character sheets are still in progress, and I am currently dedicated to completing them ASAP. I need to read more of the manga do more research on Dimple's abilities. By the way, I am well-acquainted with the etiquette of the forum-goers here, and I only happened to post in the CHAR tab without the GM's permission by accident. Please accept my apologies for that.
By the way, I would like to assume that Stands are spiritual things, so that more people can see them.
@Rilla Would you care to enlighten me on your notion of "mid-tier"? That would include max strength (lifting, grabbing, striking, etc), mental and physical agility, and reflexes. Is limited precognition not allowed?
