Oh? Someones mad! It’s amusing, really. The hero could always get another revolver but he just had to throw a temper tantrum about it. Surely he had enough money. Heroes are so privileged after all.

Once Riko was swung in front of the man, she winced in pain upon feeling her wrist dislocate. Shit, that hurt! She wanted to scream but that would attract unwanted attention. “ That hurt ya know…”

Riko activated her Quirk, Pain Transferal. Her body glowed dark gray as she began to transfer all the pain that was inflicted onto her to the hero that had her trapped in his grasps.

It seems like all the civilians have evacuated safely. Less work for Rei. Now he had to track if there's any remaining villains nearby. He suspected that some of them are hiding and planning on their next attack.

“ This would of been easier if I teamed up with someone,” Rei sighed heavily as he leaned against a tree. “ I guess it can’t be helped.” He could faintly hear a sound of a fight going on which caught his attention. “ Hm…?”

It was well worth investigating.

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that Riko's body glows a dark gray color when she activates her Quirk!

Out of the corner of his eye, Rei could've sworn he saw someone watching him through the trees but once he turned around to investigate,no one was to be seen. Strange...maybe he was just imagining things? He shook his head before making his way deeper into the park.

Rei knew full well that he might get into trouble for getting involved without having a Provisional Hero License but he couldn’t just stand around and do nothing! It was his duty to protect the citizens, license or not. He’ll do everything in his power to help bring every single Villain to justice.

“I suppose I could patrol the area for now and see if I can be of assistance to anyone.” Rei went through his pocket and pulled out a box of matches. He lit one up and manipulated the light into a rapier sword. Not the strongest, but this was the best he could do at this very moment.  

Lightbender could be a powerful Quirk, but it’s most effective during the night-time unfortunately...

Most of the Villains have retreated due to the fact that more wretched Heros had arrived at the scene and were swarming around like insects. Riko knew full well she had to go ahead with caution. Getting caught won’t just get her arrested but her entire plans would be ruined. She couldn’t let anyone from U.A. High School see her either, she won’t reveal her true identity as a Villain just yet.

Riko stopped in her tracks after hearing gunfire nearby. A battle must still be going on then. Perfect! She followed the source of the noise carefully. “Ah! It’s that gun wielding Hero I’ve been hearing about.” Who was he fighting? A girl wearing an eye patch. It looks like she might need some help stopping him.

Riko crept slowly behind the Hero while holding her knife. When she got close enough she jumped onto his back “Gotcha!” The red-headed girl held her knife against his throat. “ What are ya gonna do now, huh?”

Even if he did push Riko off of him, she could always activate her Quirk and then he’ll regret it. Pain Transferral is not at all pleasant to go through.

Rei was currently at a local cafe enjoying some coffee and studying for his next test that’s coming up soon. He wanted to go to his extracurricular classes today but unfortunately, things didn’t go as planned. One day of absence wouldn't hurt and besides, he could easily catch up with all the missed lessons. Placing his notes on the table, Rei glanced out the window next to him and took in all the wondrous sites that the city had to offer. “How lovely…”

That pleasant boy, however, was snapped out of his thoughts when he received a notification on his phone saying that there was a group Villains going on a rampage in a nearby park. They just couldn’t go one day without causing chaos, how insolent of them. The only thing he could do at this moment is to provide assistance to the Pro Heroes. “ It seems like I have come back another day.” After leaving a tip, Rei quickly left and headed towards the direction of the park.

Once he arrived It was much more horrible than he originally thought. How dare these Villains ruin such a beautiful park. Hopefully, this battle will not end in meaningless bloodshed. “ Such savages, Villains really do disgust me.”

ANGUISH

Riko felt kind of pissed off. Why exactly? She decided to skip school today and was enjoying her nap in the park before some Villains and Heroes decided to engage in combat. Now sitting up on a tree branch, she curiously looked down at the battle before her. She wondered who would win, the mighty so-called Heroes or the spectacular Villains.

This was all so entertaining to her. It would be pretty fun if she joined in. Imagine all the trouble she could cause! “ What should I do?” Riko asked herself in a sing-song voice. “ Enjoy the show from up here or join in on all the fun?” She swung her legs back and forward as she hummed a happy tune. The screams and cries of the frightened civilians didn’t bother her one bit. It was their own damn fault for being weak and trusting Heroes anyway. Her attention then turned towards the entrance. Oh? It’s that annoying pretty boy Rei. Does he really think he can help? Ridiculous. “ It would be such a disaster if anything happens to him.” Lies, all lies.

Laughing, Riko pulled her hood over her head and jumped down from the tree branch. It was time for her to contribute in this fight.

Quirk: Lightbender (Emitter)

It allows Rei to manipulate man-made/produce light into different weapons and shapes. While being manipulated, the light can temporarily take on a solid form if Rei wishes it to. Otherwise, it will remain intangible. Depending on the intensity of the light, the subsequent strength of the weapon can vary. Rei will not have any light to bend if he is in an environment with no sources of man-made light.

History: Coming from a family of Heroes, Rei’s life was already planned out for him. He constantly studied so would be able to enroll in U.A. High School when he became of age.  He graduated as one of the top students in his middle school and had no problems passing the U.A entrance exams. Rei has a strong sense of justice and wants nothing more than the League of Villains to be disposed of.

Gear: Standard Issue U.A uniform,his costume, matches, and a flashlight (To manipulate in case there's no light available at that time.)

Other: Rei tends to be competitive when it comes to grades. He is quite intelligent and is always willing to help tutor others if needed. He’s well respected by the other students, mostly due to his charm. Some say he has a mysterious aura about him.

It allows Riko to transfer the sensation of pain from her own injuries to someone within visible range. Only the sensation of pain will be transferred and not the actual wound. The Quirks effects will stay in effect as long as Riko injuries remains unhealed, or if she cancels the transferral, making the pain return to her own body. Pain Transferral is effective in battle but it does have  drawbacks. The more pain transferred the more energy will be used, making her extremely tired.

History: When Riko was twelve she loved Heroes and the one that she admired the most was All Might, that soon changed however. She was walking home from school one day and her house somehow caught on fire leaving her family trapped inside. Riko couldn’t do anything but frantically wait for someone to help, she waited and waited but no Hero showed up, not even All Might, the one that she admired so much. None of her family members survived, so she was left fending for herself. She had now lost all hope in Heroes and despised them immensely, so she decided to become a Villain. It’s been four years since then and Riko will stop at nothing until she finally takes All Might and all the Pro Heroes down. Thanks to the help of one of her acquaintances, she managed to enroll in U.A. High School without any trouble. Now she can finally put her plans into action.

Gear: Standard Issue U.A uniform,her costume, and a hunting knife.

Other: Riko is decently skilled at Martial Arts and she uses that to her advantage when she fights. Even though she’s a Villain she has never killed anyone before. The only crimes that she has committed are theft and arson.
