There was no need for a prayer like Gina's, if he was going to show results he could speak with Shirila later when he had them done. He shall thank her for the battles after he has acomplished them, otherwise, what is the point to call for her aid even before the battle has started. It'd not be good to simply join a fight because he thought that the goddess would help him in a moment of need. After all, he couldn't rely on the goddess for every single encounter he got himself into. He could pray once he had secured victory.
He did look at the several goblins that joined them with worried glances, and that was even before some of them began their own prayers. He needed to be ready when the enemy came, so he simply kept himself quiet by the sidelines waiting for a moment when the enemies might pass in a larger number through the door so that he can rush at them to distract them from his colleages.
As the first skeleton was seen, he furrowed his brows... it was different from just seeing it on a book, but still. It wasn't something they couldn't handle. The enemy wasn't working together, yet they were. They could do this.
For now, he only watched Gina fight, however. After all, trying to fight many against the single skeleton coming in, specially given the way Gina was handling it, would only make them injure each other.

And, meh, sorry for lack of responses or replies. This week has been a pain to say the least. I will try to have something posted until monday. If the church thing is waiting on me, sorry.
Question, is there a list of the colors currently in use?
I use dark gray.
Oh yes you three will have a great adventure now that I gave my laptop back, prepare for detail :D
Good thing we are doing it by midday though! It'd be terrible to try to fight them at night. <.<
On a note, I wonder if it is possible for that Duelist Stance skill to evolve into basically just some general combative stance that takes into account more things such as terrain and the like. It felt like the most awesome skill ever for Arch. xD Because I can't see him getting super specialized into a single kind of weapon.
After building and equipping her small group of friends, it was now time to plan their tactics against the undead. She pondered as she was thinking of how they could fight them and minimized or prevent any one of them dying or getting injured. She remembered the barricade she set up prior their meeting. And figuring that the sun should be setting in a few more hours now
She calls out to the other two to a small table in hopes that they can be better organized then going to the heat of battle without any kinds of plans in case everything goes wrong. “We have two important areas of the church, one of which is the massive door and the last one is the shrine behind the barricades… that area would be our last place to defend and keep ourselves safe in case we needed to rest or do something.” She says orienting them on the key places of church.
Arch adjusted himself to the mace, even briefly practiced a few strange newly learned stances with it before following Gina along, "That depends, how many of them come in here? It'd be the best if we could keep them sparse. At most one or two at the time. Because unless they are weaker than rabbits, there is no way we are going to defeat them when outnumbered, much less live to tell the tale, save divine intervention."
"Do we have a solid door that we could open and close easily? But that is still solid enough for the skeletons to not come through. Because if we can make sure we are fighting against a few at the time, I am sure we can devise a proper plan to win."
When Gina called him and Arch, Zats took the book along with him, maybe together they could learn more about the skeletons with it. When he arrived at the table the other two had started talking strategy and so he simply placed it in front of him. "Good point. If they aren't too smart we could place obstacles we can clearly see and avoid outside, like small holes and mounds of dirt to hopefully slow them down.
At the time the three of them were only speculating and could use more info. "I don't know if it's useful, but this book has a picture of a skeleton along with some text so if either of you knows what it says it might help."
As they started presenting their ideas and opinions like a solid door and traps she suddenly knew how to answer those looking at the one with the mace with an eager look. “We have that massive door we could use.” She says eagerly remembering the way she did it yesterday. “Its strong enough and the skeleton didn’t break it cause if they can I would have died.” She follows as she changes direction to Zat presenting the book.
As he presented her a book she reads the pages (Ancient script) finding out basic information like they were summoned and unnatural and that joints are its weakness and that they are a lesser version of a normal skeleton or a lesser skeleton. She suspected that Shirila’s sister had something to do with this. “It says that we fighting are lesser skeletons meaning that they are weaker, hitting the joints is the fastest to kill them and that they were summoned here.” She shares to the group hoping that they can help give out ideas to deal with them.
Arch has a good look at the book, but failing to understand the script he looks at Gina reading it. He furrows his brows, reminding himself to ask her later about how she learned that, if it was from Shirila, it'd be complicated to ask for such knowledge, but if it was from a book he was sure he would be able to understand things better.
"The problem with the door is that we can't open and close it easily. We couldn't close it suddenly in case we had to retreat, or is it lighter than it looks?" He hmms, "But it is good to see that we just have to hit the joints. I think that if we try to just hit their wrists when they attack, if we are in front of them, we also might be able to disarm them. Which should make our fights easier."
While using the door sounded good to Zats he had to agree with Arch's point that they needed something they could use easily but had no real ideas about what that should be. "Since they are apparently summoned it might be helpful if we knew how that worked, so we can make sure no more if them show up. Though I have no idea how we could learn that."
Honestly half the reason he said that was that he still hoped he could somehow use the books in the church to learn magic himself, but he also genuinely believed it wouldn't hurt their chances to know how they could prevent any hypothetical skeleton reinforcements.
“Well I was able to do yesterday… It was heavy but now that we are three it should work if we help each other.” She points out to both of them. “Well the thing is we can herd them to a secluded locations and we have time to train right now also I don’t think they can grow in number because they are linked to the graves outside.” She suggest to them gesturing them as she wanted to teach them her skill of Devastating double strike . Hoping that the two follow suit with their own skills.
”We need to be ready and I don’t mind teaching you the skill if you want to also if you want you can share me yours.” She suggest to them in hopes of all three of them would get stronger.
"Yes, if all of us do it, which if we need to do it quickly, also means, at least one of us is too busy trying to not die against a skeleton." Arch sighs before looking at Zats, "I'm sure we might be able to find something like that after we learn how to read these books."
"I don't mind sharing something with you, this way we increase our chances to survive." If Zats also seemed glad to share what he knew, he'd be teaching them [Duelist Stance] which may or may not be help to let them properly fight. At least, they'd not trip over themselves too easily this way.
"I could teach you two Crush, which works best with a blunt weapon and is probably the most effective when used on their skulls." Zats was all out of idea's on how else they could improve their chances of winning but it sounded like the three of them had a good plan and just had to hope they weren't unpleasantly surprised. "Just in case though we should memorize all possible escape routes."
She grins as she would be able to increase their chances of surviving if all of them had an idea of what they are all capable and have the skills to protect themselves with. “I will go first.” She said as she goes in front of an wooden column in front of them.
She readies her chair leg and herself as she eyes the target infront of her. With sudden movements she swings to the sides and with redirecting her hand she pounds harder in an arc like direction. The two strikes have left two small dents on the thick wooden support beam. ”This is the body of an person, I hit it there so that I can open him/her up… then I hit it to its head or neck.” She explains pointing at the mark hoping that she able to teach them how the skill Devastating double strike work. After that she steps down as she lets the next one demonstrate his skill.
When Gina was showing off Devastating double strike Zats grabbed the chair leg she used, and looked for something he could use as a target. Eventually he settled on the skull of the rabbit Arch shared with them.
"Admittedly I used a rock last time and the shield would probably work as well, but this is how crush works." Using both hands he lifted the piece of wood above his head and swung it down with all his might. The force of the blow wasn't strong to crush the skull but it did leave a mark.
Arch was quite alright sharing what was left of the rabbit he had, poor mangle corpse. Taking the chair leg after they were both done, he moved it trying to properly replicate both Gina and Zats move... before telling them, "Alright, now, pay attention to my feet and how I'm balancing my body." With that, he did a few tentative strikes against some invisible enemy, replicating what he saw on the book regarding [Duelist Stance] as closely as he could, stressing any details he had noticed from the book earlier, "At least this way, we won't be dropping our weapons or doing sloppy things."

@ReusableSword Then I'm gonna probably work on getting the favor of the gods of fire and steel before anything else (since they're kinda minor Deities and will most likely be fine sharing me)
There is prolly a god of specifically forging. xD
And if god of fire is a god, I doubt it is a minor one. Might be unknown to the goblins, but if there are gods of elements, I doubt that they are weak at all. xD I mean, elemental mages~ likely love them.
@Guy0fV4lor not sure really but that woukd be cool
Given that personal faith feels like a limited thing. And getting the favor of one feels like the rewards for giving them lots of faith...
I think that if possible, it'd be done by someone pretty pretty devout towards gods desperate enough to share a believer (who also happens to follow all of their generic and at times likely conflicting directives) :|
