Hey, you know what's annoying? Being self-centered. Getting mad at people for doing something instead of something else when they're just having fun sucks. Gotta love self-loathing, too.

*Performs the signs*

*Your chakra is cut in half as a copy of you appears next to you with the other half of your chakra*

Shadow clones are incredibly useful. When they disperse, their remaining chakra and their experiences return to you. This makes them great for information gathering, training, and collecting sage chakra, something we'll get into later. They can even be used for regular multitasking. The main problem with them is that they disperse when they take a certain amount of damage.

What should I work on next?

The fastest way to master any chakra technique, and many non-chakra techniques, is with shadow clones. So that's the next step. *I hand you another piece of paper with hand signs on it*
<Snipped quote by DarkwolfX37>

When would it be best to do that?

After you've mastered a few more techniques, and when you can use chidori and rasengan instantly.
<Snipped quote by DarkwolfX37>

And can I recover here?

Sure can.
<Snipped quote by DarkwolfX37>

And its advantages?

The evolved form of the rasengan can damage your chakra circuits, preventing you from using chakra techniques that require you hands. One part of the surgery is to improve them to be able to handle it. And of course the other dojutsu.
<Snipped quote by DarkwolfX37>

Alright. And as for the surgery?

It'd take a couple days to prepare and then a few days to recover.
<Snipped quote by DarkwolfX37>

And is repetition the best way to practice?

Repetition and maintaining it for long periods of time.
<Snipped quote by DarkwolfX37>

More than enough time. How long does it take to master?

Depends on the person's skills. Some take years, some decades, some days.
<Snipped quote by DarkwolfX37>

How much more slowly?

Compared to where you were before? About one hundred to one.
<Snipped quote by DarkwolfX37>

*Allows the chakra to dissipate*

Now comes the practice until you can do both techniques easily, quickly, and simultaneously. Jutsu are handy since as you master them, the need for hand seals goes away. So keep practicing the chidori and rasengan until you can form them instantly. It may take some time though, but luckily here time passes much more slowly than outside, so you have plenty of time.
