- Characters must be 12 or older. Characters receive one Digimon from their Vpet, one Digimon from their Digivice toy, and/or one Navi from their PET toy. You can choose to have a PET toy and a Vpet or Digivice, but those who choose just a PET start with extra battlechips, including rare ones.
- Players can use any Digimon with few exceptions and any canon Navi not listed below as banned.
- The same model of any of the three toys cannot be used by multiple players, though remakes count as different models. Battlechip Gates count as PET toys.
- You cannot make new Digimon, or use digivolution lines that aren’t possible in canon, though you can create a new non-canon Navi and/or use digivolution lines that are possible but haven’t appeared in canon.
- Navis require a symbol associated with them.
- Megaman Starforce will be involved in the RP, but players cannot start with Wizards.
- Only Navis and specific NPC Digimon can wield the Legendary Arms Digimon.
- Navis can Cross-Soul and Double-Soul with Digimon.
- Xros Wars Digimon can only be used if they are put into a normal digivolution line. The Xros mechanic does not exist here.
- You must choose on your CS to have your Digimon either stay in their strongest stage or revert and warp digivolve from Child. The benefits of staying in the stage are that it maintains its power at all times, but requires more upkeep and more time to recover/recharge. It also stays a bigger and more threatening target, whereas a warp digivolving Digimon will revert to Child or In-Training when they run out of energy/take too much damage. However, this means they need time to digivolve before they can really fight. The lower the stage the faster they recover/recharge health and power.
- The following Navis are banned for players: Bass, Serenade, Fused Colonel, Hub-style Megaman.
- There will be hidden GM-only stats for Digimon and Navis, though they will only be used if absolutely necessary.
