Bio

You can call me DC.

Been roleplaying about 9+ years now. Trying different websites out to see what happens, so, if I happen to have encountered you before, don't be afraid to give a shout out.

I work nights and am usually up for most hours of the day. Because of that, I'm often running on no sleep, so that's a thing.

Want to know more? Just ask.

Hey. I remember this. Lemme get in here.

"Hell-to-the no."

Amadeus kept rather passive while the others reacted to Ron in their own, somewhat expected ways. Ron's emotions clearly got in the way of what he was trying to do. Dude wasn't trying to be rude or be an asshole or anything like that on purpose, but that was just kinda what happened when the spoiled rich kid didn't have something go his way. Deus couldn't relate to those feelings really, so, he just let it all happen. It made him cringe, but, with how diverse their group was, things like this were expected, at least from Deus perspective.

That said, he merely got some tortilla chips and found a spot in the corner. The truth or dare didn't happen, as the awkwardness of the request was enough to deter pretty much everyone's interest, to much of Deus surprise. That left Ron's score at 0-2 but there was still plenty of time to turn it around. The party didn't fall apart, they were at least watching a movie. He'd seen it before though, having been watching and playing some scary things all week to hype up the occassion. In which case, it didn't scare him too much, but he did browse through his phone when it came to parts that he remembered jumpscares.

It was as he was doing so, though, that a chill went down his spine. A guy from his team, ol' Louis, tagged him to a feed of varying messages like: #DeusDONE, #RIPDeus, and links all leading back to one site; SHS. In the time leading up to this, Amadeus didn't really take the site too seriously. Though, when curiosity inclined him to actually tap one of the links, what he saw next made him widen his eyes. As if on some creepy cue, the last line of text faded in at the exact same time as a jumpscare in the movie, and his heart jumped in his chest.

With that he slowly got up, and put his plate down. This couldn't be happening. It had to have been a prank. Right? It's not like this was something the whole town knew. Only a couple of people in this room even knew about his situation, as most just assumed that his Aunt Marsha was his actual mother. Though, he never told anyone this. He didn't feel so good. His stomach twisted and turned with butterflies going to war within it. The hair on the back of his neck stood. He couldn't be here.

A couple of footsteps started, and as he was nearing the stairs, he looked up toward the others. For a second, eye contact was made between him and Bernie. With her question voiced, essentially alerting everyone else, it only raised the suspense in his mind and emotions. He heard DJ say his name next, but Deus immediately hurried up the stairs of the basement. Nah. Fuck all of that.

This wasn't about to be some Dr. Phil interview type of shit. No, somebody knew. His mind spun around in circles. The words of the site were too accurate to the point that he didn't want to admit it. This couldn't be real, and if his mind were in a rational place, maybe he'd think it was just some cruel joke someone was playing. Though, notifications came from the group chat, including the message:

"I just read the site. Don't let Deus leave."

With his mind being where it was right now, that was a red flag. So now, his original plan of just throwing out the notion that something came up with his Aunt and Deena, felt compromised. This was going to now become an interrogation. The tingling feeling of a guilty conscience only got worse as he neared the top of the stairs. That message came from Isaac, and he just went outside. So, that meant the front door was out, but the back wasn't. As if some sort of instinct kicked in, like a match was struck, Amadeus bolted for the back door.

He didn't even bother to close the door on his departure. He looked around quick. He couldn't go the way he came. Any of them could've been coming from the front or back doors. This would seemingly leave him trapped, but, there were perks to being a multi sport athlete. With a running start, Amadeus vaulted over the five foot something wooden fence that separated Ron and his neighbor's yards. His shin clashed into the top, snapping off a portion of the fence, but he didn't take the time to spectate it. Thankfully, it was Ron's family's fence. Amadeus was simply ran around the side of the neighbors' house to the front instead.

Now on the sidewalk near the street, Amadeus looked back toward Ron's house for a split second, but turned tail. He was straight up Forrest Gumping this shit. He didn't know what he was feeling right now, but all his feelings were telling him that he needed to be alone.

What is done in the dark...
Yeah, I might just slide up outta here. Y'all are amazingly fast posters. If I get to interacting, I'd fuck around and slow the whole RP down. Hope this continues to do well.
"Oh my god, yo...."

Amadeus just kept on bobbing his head to the song as it continued playing. He didn't really mind all that much that no one acknowledged it really, he always was a little extra to begin with. Thus, as he made his way through the house, he noticed some of the others that came up to greet. He waved to Allie, DJ, Rob, and Ron just the same while he was soon to make his way down. Though, as he was passing, did Deus double-take. Ron was standing a little close to Rob, but looking past, it became more clear. That WASN'T Rob, it was some other girl in KISS makeup. Well, that cleared up any immediately awkward questions that could've came up.

From further observation, Deus could tell that it was Ara. She looked pretty damn convincing in with the rocker look. Though, with that said, it made him wonder what the hell Rob was actually wearing. It'd be corny to wear his band attire to the halloween party, even if it was probably fitting for the occasion. Though overhearing Ron be a little stern perked his attention. What was he on about now? When he turned around to head to the basement, Deus raised his hand to dap him up, but dude kept walking like he didn't even see him. He knew Mike had a song named Ghosts, but this was ridiculous. His eyes bounced between them for a minute, but he didn't think too much on it.

Just some usual silly shit between them, right? Though, Deus wouldn't ignore that their 'close-but-not-a-couple' thing could be a bit much at times. Sometimes the prodigy wished that they would just say fuck all the bullshit and just crown themselves the King and Queen together. That'd probably make things a hell of a lot smoother. Though, as a shining glove raised to Ara again as the others already started down, there was always that tug that made him hope that they never did...

He hurried downstairs to keep from more MJ songs spilling into his thoughts about her. As it seemed though, some other music was playing down here, so he turned off his intro music on his phone. Nothing could prepare him for what was down there. The first flash of Spongebob drawls made his face twitch just a bit. "What...the...hell?

It had to be nothing short of an exorcism going on down here. He was seen way more of Rob's body then he EVER wanted to imagine. Now it was ingrained in his head forever. Of course it had to be Ara he was cosplaying. He could all that to Dancing Queen. Amadeus wanted to laugh and cry so bad once it finished, so he ended up stuck chuckling with tears almost leaving his eyes. It was too early for this shit. This would be too hot for youtube.

Deus was soon to clap right along with Allie, but it was clear Ron wasn't having it. Bro was still feeling burned from whatever Deus had missed during his surprise entrance. To smooth over the surely ensuing awkwardness that would probably follow, Amadeus merely chuckled. "Tryna get crunk already, huh? Let the folks get settled in a little first." He suggested with a lighthearted tone, making his way to the food.
Ah, nevermind. A newcomer's got the character in theirs already. It's crazy how much will happen when you are busy. XP Post coming soon.
Wanting to swap out a Kindred Spirit for a potential second character if that's cool with ya Lugubrious.
If it feels too confusing, I could always send in another app in the place of the other one. I've always got a familiar blonde haired guy with blue eyes who is pretty good with swords on the backburner.

Also Even though I love some Samus, King K. Rool is very unorthodox, and as such, I wouldn't mind seeing him in action.
...
Y'all already know who I'm picking. I'm just waiting on the OOC to drop the sheet in. XP
