Aoi is something of an oddity. She seems to like many of the things one would expect of a girl her age, but can also be somewhat cynical. She rarely speaks, and when she does it is broken as she has never received formal, or continued, education during her time with the CCG. While she can give off multiple facial expressions, it’d be rare for anyone to find her without a blank one under the bandages. Even so, if given the opportunity, she would have a room full of stuffed animals, although their level of cuteness would be up to her to decide. Not many would probably agree on what is cute either as she doesn’t seem to have much consistency in this area regardless.
Apart from that, Aoi surprisingly likes to eat. This is likely because she hardly ever is given any form of proper nourishment by the CCG, and hasn’t since her capture. Thus, when she does get the chance to actually eat, she can get a little out of control. Even so, she does remarkably well keeping herself contained in public or around normal CCG agents, no matter how hungry she may be. This is likely due to fear of being hurt or killed should she go too far.
Aoi is strange, but she is kind, and can be quite loving. One of the things she picked up from her parents was a sense of justice and empathy towards others even if she knows she might not always get the same. Still, she tries her best to be better than the monster she is made out to be. Especially, since her sniffing out other ghouls has put something of a target on her back. Even if she were to escape, she wouldn’t be very likely to have a happy life.
Background
Takahashi Aoi was born to a ghoul father and human mother, who had fallen in love. Though she doesn’t particularly know or understand the details behind their tragic romance, she knows that she had something of a happy life before the raid. She was homeschooled by her mother who had worked as a teacher’s assistant prior to falling in love. Her education was going quite smoothly, albeit a bit slow, but she was always smiling. While Aoi was with her mother, her father spent his days doing odd jobs and working to help support his family and other wayward ghouls. He was kind and would have done anything to help anyone he could. The same was true for his daughter whom he always made time for when he got home.
Even so, one night, when Aoi was 4 years old she was awoken by the sound of banging on the door and footsteps. Her father was out on one of his night jobs and she was sleeping with her mother. Then, gunfire. Her father had come home and started a battle with CCG agents who’d come because of potential ghoul activity in the neighborhood. It was her and him. The battle started immediately as the CCG broke in. He mowed down many of them, but he was badly injured. Her mother was dead. She’d picked her up and tried to protect her, tried to run, but with a hail of bullets and an onslaught of attacks her mother couldn’t escape anymore than she could.
She doesn’t remember much more from that night. Blood, fire, screaming… So much screaming. Everything was hazy. Her father was gone, presumed dead. She, however, was not killed. Though many agents planned to do so, one in particular brought her in. She could be useful.
That was how her life under a microscope began. Testing, poking, prodding, everything that could be done to test the limits of a ghoul was done. She could almost always heal, but she would immediately be hurt again. That’s why she has spent so much time in her bandages. Even to this day, most who see her will noticed that she’s covered in a great deal of bandages. She doesn’t know much else apart from the life of a test subject. Even so, where, when, or how she will die… She wouldn’t even know where to begin answering those questions, not that she cares either way. She’s just going one day at a time. They can’t all be painful after all.

"Bandages... Strangle... Kidding... Cuteness <3 Cuteness wins... Kidding again." Aoi has no real weapons of her own apart from her Kagune. Still, she is not above using her bandages to tie up, or strangle individuals. She does have enough of them on her person at all times after all.
Aoi’s Kagune typically manifests in the form of four tendril-like appendages which she has an incredible degree of control over. They are sickly shade of neon green with purple accents streaking through them from the base of the tendrils all the way to the ends which are coated in purple. She can change the shape and size of these tentacles, even showing the capability to seemingly combine them into fewer, or even one, or splitting them into more. The upper limit she has shown during testing was 8, double the usual four.
Apart from that, while she does exhibit incredible control over the tentacles, she typically keeps the ends of them molded into the shapes of beastly mouths. These fanged jaws can bite, tear and grip quite powerfully, but on average seem to move as though they have a mind of their own. It is sometimes questioned whether or not she actually has control of the kagune. Regardless, it is of little worry to the CCG as her kagune is fairly weak compared to its estimated potential due to her diet of human food, or lack thereof. She doesn’t often get the proper nutrients. This leaves her abilities all fairly frail and lower compared to what she should be capable of.

A Katekyo Hitman Reborn! RP ✧Special thanks to Grey for providing some notes from previous RPs and helping make this OOC what it is and what it will be.✧
The Vongola Famiglia of Italy, the most powerful mafia family in the world, in terms of traditions, history, size and influence is said to be unmatched. Under its sprawling aegis are legions of families pledged to ideals of this underworld colossus, and across its long and storied history are all that the mafia can aspire to become as a force for good and for evil. On the toil of generations, its might has remained constant amidst the fickle ebb and flow of power.
This once noble mafia family no longer stands atop the mafia world. Though it has begun to reclaim its former glory, it is on the verge of internal and external destruction. Moreover, recent events have further challenged its former prominence. Under the nose of Vongola Quattordicesimo, a previously unknown force has begun to move. The Rilevare Famiglia, a militant mafia group who has amassed power rivaling that of the former Vongola, has made a name for itself by taking lesser families out from the inside. By crippling various families across the world, assimilating those that could be forced to pledge loyalty, and eradicating those that could not, it has quickly become a force to be reckoned with.
With little to no information about the Rilevare available, there was little left for the remaining Mafia in power to do apart from prepare themselves for the storm that was to come. The growing forces and power of the Rilevare famiglia were unknown, though rumored to be on such a scale as to topple countries, though it is unknown if this is true or mere hearsay.

Reset! A Hitman Reborn is a roleplay set within the world of Katekyo Hitman Reborn! primarily following the continuity of the manga with influences from the anime. Much like its source material, this roleplay primary possesses elements of modern-fantasy, action, and slice of life. It’s narrative will revolve around seven youths, the bonds they form, and the trials they must overcome throughout their journey.
The setting of this roleplay will shift between a multitude of venues, the most prominent being Namimori and Kokuyo in Japan as well as Italy roughly 111 years after Sawada Tsunayoshi’s ascent to power as Vongola X. As a result, the world of this roleplay is far more developed and modernized compared to its previous iteration. For example, Namimori has become a full-fledged city, rather than a town; Kokuyo has grown in size, but is still relatively small in comparison. The Vongola Famiglia is under the leadership of Vongola XIV and, naturally, most of the characters of the original series will not be making an appearance.
The player characters are each one of the seven potential candidates for the titles of Vongola XV and Guardians respectively. That said, they are far from considered valid candidates by the mafia at large. They will be starting with a wealth of potential and basic knowledge of the ways in which the mafia world works, but it’s intricacies and the possibilities afforded to them will be vast and mostly unknown. The intent is that the events of the roleplay will allow them to grow in power through struggles against hardship and the lessons they learn from those around them. Character sheets should be generated with this intention in mind, both in terms of character and skill set.
Likewise, the guiding force for the plotline of this story is intended to be an equal balance of character and narrative. Although story arcs and key events will be planned out and enacted to drive the story forward, much like Katekyo Hitman Reborn! the roleplay is more about character interaction and development as opposed to beating up the bad guys.
With the formalities out of the way, at its core this should still be about having fun. After all, a roleplay without fun is just another form of work. It is a collaborative effort and cooperation is key, so play never feel afraid to ask questions, present ideas, or anything of the sort.

All Fundamental Rules of the Guild apply, as well as all of the usual guidelines of RP etiquette: respect your GMs and fellow players; don't powergame, godmod, metagame, etc; communicate your problems and concerns; and so on and so forth. We've all been doing this for some time, we all know how this works. I trust you all to do what's best for development and story, know the capabilities of your character, and ensure that nobody feels unwelcome.
There are no hard rules as far post length or frequency goes other than the usual "no one-liners." That being said, I am implementing a soft one post per week rule to try and keep us moving and on track as often as possible. I understand that at times life happens and it might pull you away, but I’d like us to avoid stagnation as much as possible. As long as there is proper characterization and sufficient content to reply to, there shouldn't be a problem with briefer posts. and if there are going to be schedule issues, just let everyone know so we can make the necessary arrangements and we'll be golden. This should be done either through the use of the OOC on the guild or the group Discord chat. Do not make me chase you, and do not ghost us.
Typically, the GM is the one that sets the expectations and gets final say on all discussion related to the RP. While this holds true for most OOC conflicts, it should be clear that I'm willing to hear people’s arguments out as far as the IC and character ideas are concerned. Generally speaking, if an idea has merit to story and character progression, I'll hear it out; don't be afraid to point something out or suggest ideas if you feel the desire to.
I reserve the right to amend this section as necessary and as I see fit.
You are assumed to have read this section if you post a character sheet.

Contradictory, crude, informal, competitive, and reckless are all words that could be used to describe the up and coming boss candidate of the Vongola, Yoshiaki Sugihara. Although he is intelligent he rarely focuses on anything beyond the realm of games, even going as far as to treat his life as just another game to be played. The young man is a thrill seeker, often finding fun in training, sparring, missions or other activities. However, when left with none of the more combat oriented activities he can generally be found entertaining himself with a video game. However, when that’s not enough, he isn’t above satiating his boredom with a bit of mischief, usually in the form of berating of his friends and allies, or the occasional brawl. To him, it’s all in good fun, even if it can be a bit annoying to anyone other than him.
Apart from that, where Yoshi is concerned, one may note a general indifference towards society. That is to say, save for a few people in his life, he just doesn’t quite care. Yet, despite his biases towards the general public, he seems to abide by his own code of honor and morality that at times can surprise individuals in his life. Couple that with a somewhat skewed idea of justice and you've got a fighter willing to stick his neck out for people he doesn't know, but also a leader who isn’t afraid to strike the finishing blow on his enemies.
Overall, Yoshiaki is driven by a need for entertainment and a bit of attitude. He can be a loudmouth and a jerk, and he doesn’t always filter himself unless necessary. Yoshi doesn’t go out of his way to rebel against those in a position of power, but he isn’t one to blindly show respect to individuals simply because they are in a position of authority. He just doesn’t care to be told what to do and when he sets his mind on something he can get pretty stubborn. In cases like this, he isn’t likely to stray from a decision he may make.
// B A C K G R O U N D
Yoshiaki was born in August to an Italian/Japanese mother and Japanese father. The two had fallen in love while his mother, Analise, was on vacation in the town of Namimori visiting family. Junichirou, Yoshiaki’s father, was a young man who’d recently finished college and was just beginning his venture into the corporate world. As impressed as Analise was with his vigor and drive to improve himself, the things that made her fall in love with Junichirou were his values and the strong sense of family she got from him.
Junichirou was kind and gentle and was always there for her. It was why she was able to happily retire and focus on her life with him. They married, and moved to Kokuyo. Soon after they had a son whom they named Yoshiaki Sugihara. Not long after that, they had a daughter, Ami Sugihara.
For the first 7 years of his life Yoshi was fairly happy. He’d been given a younger sister when he was two, and though he was young, he’d taken to being an older brother fairly easily. They were inseparable. The same couldn’t be said for their parents though. Junichirou had been working longer hours, spending more time away from home and hadn’t been paying much attention to his wife or kids. When they did see him he was quick to brush them off. He’d taken to drinking, something Analise had long made clear she wasn’t happy with at home. She accepted work obligations, but he’d been bringing liquor home more often. She hit her breaking point when Junichirou, in a drunken stupor, accidentally spilled a glass on Ami.
The young girl cried as her mother carried her out the door with Yoshi’s gripping her mother’s waist tightly. Yoshi and Ami, ages seven and five respectively, were unhappy to say the least. Their parents were splitting up and their father was fighting for custody. He had a small team of lawyers backing him, he did have the money to pay for them after all, while their mother only had one. She’d been retired for years, with not much saved up. Even the help she was getting was at the behest of her family, and a benefactor who Yoshi and Ami had only met once when they were younger.
The dispute was settled, but Analise was unable to maintain custody of both of her children. She was able to keep Ami, but Junichirou’s team of lawyers was able to garner custody of Yoshi. The young boy kicked and screamed, but there was nothing else that could be done as far as legal means were concerned. Each parent was allowed visitation; weekends would alternate. Yoshi would stay with his mother and sister one week and Ami would stay with him and his father another. Junichirou still spent much of his time at work, but he’d sobered up a bit in his home life with Yoshi. The boy spent more time with his father, and though he resented the man for some of the things he’d done, he still loved him.
The first year was a cake walk. Things had gone smoothly, and Junichirou had gotten better. However, on the eve of Yoshi’s eighth birthday his father came home. He was crying, and he reeked of liquor. He’d lost his job. Junichirou spent the next few days holed up in his room. Yoshi could fend for himself for the most part; he microwaved frozen dinners and ate snacks. Under normal circumstances this would have been a child’s dream. Until his father began skipping the weekends Ami was meant to come over. Junichirou began to complain about his luck, his inability to get a job, and even the fact that he had Yoshi to worry about. It had only been about half a year, but even as young as he was, Yoshi spoke up. Junichirou lashed out, smacking Yoshi. The boy rubbed his cheek looking up at his father who seemed as shocked as he was. Yoshi ran to his room after that, but this was a turning point between the two.
After that moment the bond between Yoshiaki and his father became strained to say the least. After an initial period of avoidance between the two, things only managed to get worse. Yoshiaki’s father took to releasing his frustrations on his son and as if trying to justify himself he would argue his various standpoints. He was doing this “for Yoshi’s benefit,” to “make him stronger,” to prepare him for the “cruelty of the world.”
Yoshi continued visiting his mother. It was simple to hide his bruises and Junichirou was was smart enough not to leave marks anywhere that couldn’t be easily hidden. Yoshiaki, had developed a bit of a complex; he didn’t want to worry his mother or Ami. He kept it a secret; even now he doesn’t understand why. This went on until he was 11. One day, in an argument with his father, Yoshi tried to fight back, but he was much smaller, and far from the fighter he is today.
Having come to blows, Yoshiaki was more bruised up than normal. When he went to visit his mother she couldn’t be anything other than shocked. All the same, he didn’t tell her what was going on. Perhaps it was just his own stubbornness, but he lied. He was “playing with dad,” he said. Still, Analise couldn’t accept that though. She once again reached out to a man who’d sporadically come in and out of her and her children’s lives since they were children: Manuel Robino. At her behest Manuel began to investigate Yoshiaki and his father; it had been his job to watch over the family after all. He watched for the better part of a month before reporting the situation to his boss, who would then report it to Nico Ruggiano, Vongola Quattordicesimo. Analise was heartbroken; she couldn’t believe her child wouldn’t feel safe enough to tell her what was going on. She felt even worse about what it took for her to realize what he’d been going through.
Nico weighed the options at his disposal, but decided that going a legal route would have been too drawn out and costly. Even then, it would have been quite possible for him to get to the children, or possibly try to fight for them back. It was also clear that he was becoming quite more unstable as time went on. He was working a dead end job, showed no motivation for improvement and was getting more volatile as time went on. And so, as Analise sobbed, the order was given that Junichirou be dealt with.
Junichirou was placed under watch. With his life and behavior as it was, it was very easy to make things out to be a suicide. His handwriting was forged perfectly in order to create and leave a note behind. There were no signs of a struggle and the only snag in the plan came in the form of Yoshi skipping school Junichirou was meant to have been found by a neighbor, but was found by Yoshiaki instead. He had just turned 12 a few days before finding his father’s lifeless corpse. He was scared, confused, hurt, and unsure of what to do altogether.
Yoshiaki lived with his mother from that point on and as time went on became a bit more closed off to her.He grew a bit more mischievous, began skipping school more often, and spent most of his time playing video games. He also developed a bit of a temper, and even more of a mouth, spending most of the time that he wasn’t playing video games, bad mouthing anyone he didn’t care to “enjoy” the company of. This, ironically, was one of the things that would lead him to uniting and leading the delinquents of Kokuyo. He didn’t necessarily intend to at first, but as time went on and he won fight after fight it just happened. Couple that with the odd teacher-student relationship he’d developed with Manuel, who came around every so often, and Yoshi was quickly growing into, if nothing else, an interesting individual.
The young man didn’t develop many bonds, but those he had formed were precious to him. He treasured the warmth of his mother (despite the distance that had formed), the love of his sister, the few friends he’d actually made, and even Manuel. And, if nothing else, he’d grown stronger over time, if nothing else. Given this information, one would imagine that it would come as no surprise when Manuel approached Yoshiaki in order to recruit him into the Vongola. Still, the shock did not stop him from jumping at the opportunity to “level up” in his words. Although his mother wasn’t quite sure she approved of the world of unknown variables that her son was stepping into, she knew that there was no way she could possibly stop him.

Sky Flame Sky Flames are the most comparable to actual flames, as it can burn objects and release heat. Two different types of Sky Flames are known to exist: the "Soft" Sky Flames and the "Hard" Sky Flames. Described as having many mysteries, its characteristic, Harmony, represents a state without contradiction nor flaws in which the balance of the whole is maintained. The Harmony characteristic allows it to combine with other type of Dying Will Flames to create a new one, assimilate with its surroundings, and even petrify them.
Flame of Wrath The Flame of Wrath is an extremely powerful and exceedingly rare type of flame. The special characteristic of this flame is its extreme destructive power which can reduce anything to ashes. Unlike regular Dying Will Flames, there is no need to use a Ring to ignite the Flame. Yoshi has little to no control over these flames and cannot manifest them at will. As such, reliance on them is a non-starter.
// A B I L I T I E S
Vongola Hyper Intuition - A blood trait passed down through the generations of Vongola Bosses. It determines the eligibility of a person in order to be able to succeed the Vongola, and has been described by the Arcobaleno Reborn as being "a power that could see through all." That being said, it is not perfect, and can be fooled through powerful enough illusions. The abilities and functions of the this innate ability have been widely speculated, but there is much uncertainty as to what individuals who have it may actually be capable of. It is a trait of many mysteries and few answers.
Dying Will Mode - A mode that can be taken when a person is shot with a Dying Will Bullet or when swallowing a Dying Will Pill. While in this mode, Yoshi feels as though his body is breaking, yet he is prepared to take on anything. As is typical he also becomes unafraid of his body being destroyed. In Yoshiaki's case, he ingests a Dying Will Pill which uses the pressure he faces during a crisis to externally remove his body's limiters. He then uses his increased strength and renewed confidence to fulfill his dying will, which is the last thought he regretted before swallowing the pill. Because of the nature of the "transformation" Yoshiaki has been given special made clothes which will not be destroyed by the power exerted by the Flames of Dying Will leaving him completely naked. Finally, Yoshi began training to remain in Dying Will Mode for extended periods of time. Currently, he is capable of maintaining the form roughly between 5 and 10 minutes (the time also depending on Yoshiaki's physical condition and the conditions of his "goal"). Still, the toll this takes on his body is great and he often tries to use it only in the most dire of situations.
YoSu Style Martial Arts - Yoshiaki, throughout the course of various fights since he was young, has developed his own style of martial arts. He is not a traditionally trained combatant in any sense of the word, which likely attributes to his heavy reliance on instinct and (hopefully) unpredictable attacks. Overall, Yoshi is a street fighter, a brawler really, who learns from his allies and enemies alike in order to assimilate the techniques he comes in contact with into his own style.
YoSu Style: Hurricane - Yoshi launches a succession of kicks. He starts off by going for swift low kick, followed by a kick to the gut, then a high jump kick, before ending the attack with a heel drop. As the rotation speed picks up, Yoshi gains buoyancy, which he uses to shift into gradually higher attacks. In order to stretch out the attack and go for bigger damage he may use his Dying Will Boots to increase the speed and height of his attacks and opponent; a move aptly named the “YoSu Style: Great Hurricane.”
YoSu Style: Morning Peacock - Yoshi starts by kicking the enemy into the air. He then jumps into the air in a distinctive stance and begins punching the enemy repeatedly. Generally, the punches are rapid, set ablaze by the Sky Dying Will Flames. Combined with the sheer speed and force of the punches a peacock-like fan of flames is created around the opponent. Once the attack is finished, the enemy will be sent crashing back to the ground, covered with the Sky Flames.
YoSu Style: Rock - Yoshi focuses the Sky Flames around his fist and releases it as a punch engulfed with the flames in their most destructive form. Rock is a close range attack of immense powere. The more Yoshi “charges” it the stronger it becomes. However, it can be extremely risky because it involves him lowering his defenses for the chance to launch such a powerful attack.
YoSu Style: Dragon’s Wing Attack - Yoshi rushes forward against typically two or so opponents. He typically employee it by first grabbing the targets' heads. While doing so, he produces a large stream of Sky Flames from each arm, which offers the opportunity to burn his opponents while he throws them either far away behind him or into other enemies. The flames take the rough form of a pair of dragon's wings, thus the name of the attack. Yoshi can also add addition blunt force to the attack by striking his opponents after the production of the flames in order to send them flying.
// E Q U I P M E N T
Dying Will Pills - This is an item similar to the Dying Will Bullet yet slightly less potent. Therefore, when swallowed by Yoshi, this pill produces a slightly less powerful Dying Will Mode. As it is more convenient than the Dying Will Bullet, he typically carries around a small container of them.
Combat Grade Dying Will Boots - Special boots that allow the user to propel themselves around and levitate in the air by emitting their respective Dying Will Flames from the soles of the boots. Yoshiaki owns a special pair made specifically to withstand, and be utilized in, the rage of battle.
Battery Boxes - Yoshi typically carries around two of these special boxes which are used for storing Dying Will Flames for future use.
Sky Gauntlets - Yoshiaki uses what is essentially a Vongola Standard Storage Box to carry around his set of custom Sky Gauntlets which are specially designed to channel Dying Will Flames. The glove is a black mesh like material with a slightly worn (from hours of training) fog gray metal layered over it to protect him. In their entirety the gauntlets reach up Yoshi's forearms and end just below his elbows. They are sleek in design, cling to his toned arms, and are likely to minimize weight and make for quicker movements. Although, they are mostly simple in design, the gauntlets are embroidered with the Family Crest of the Vongola Famiglia resting over the dorsal surface of each "hand."
Pangolino di Cielo - Yoshi's box animal takes the form of a Giant Pangolin he has named Aki (Spring). Typically, his appearance if no different than that of a regular pangolin, but with something of an orange hue and flames coating his claws. However, when in combat, Aki is capable of emitting the Sky flames, which appear to come from beneath his powerful and incredibly sharp scales. Like this, he is able to coat his body, claws, even tongue with the dying will flames of the sky. As such, he can almost infect anything that comes into contact with him with the calming and petrifying power of harmony held in the sky flames.
Aki spends much of his time out of battle walking along the ground, usually speeding up only to keep up with Yoshi or the other if he is outside of his box. However, in combat, he will usually take to float in the air beside Yoshi or rolling himself up in order to propel himself through the air like a cannonball using the Dying will flames. Despite his appearance, Aki is remarkably smart, able to use his flames to change his trajectory mid-air if he so chooses, although his mental capacities seem to deteriorate when enraged, similarly mimicking Yoshi. Essentially, the more reckless, wild, and idiotic Yoshi becomes, the more Aki becomes.
This section will be updated as more details of the setting are revealed ICly or OOCly.
State of the World
From a mundane perspective, recent advancements have become focused less on new, novel developments and more on making existing systems more efficient, effective and environmentally-conscious. Of note, robotics and medicine have experienced the greatest growth, the worldwide carbon footprint has been diminished significantly, and the military has finally managed to create a Mosca unit that runs on electricity rather than Dying Will Flames. It's only about as powerful as a Gola Mosca since the nature of Dying Will Flames and Box Weapons are mafia secrets protected by Omerta.
Meanwhile, the level of technology within the mafia tends to be a bit more inconsistent, especially among the upper echelons. This is understandable as most families prefer to keep the secrets behind their success to themselves; with recent developments, the need for this has only increased. As a generalization, the more powerful or science-oriented a family is, the more advanced their overall level of technology is. That being said, weaker families tend not to possess technology more advanced than what is available to the public.
However, despite this disparity, Box and Flame technology continues to remain an underworld mainstay. Their widespread nature ensures that even the weakest family can have access to them, their potency as weapons makes opponents without them a non-factor, and their customizability makes them easy to adapt to a given family member's tactics.
Despite the dominance of Box Weapons, using them requires the ability to conjure a Dying Will Flame from a Ring, meaning there is still a place for traditional mafia equipment in the hands of those unable to do so. Typically, the inherent ability necessary to power Boxes restricts their use to the upper ranks of a given family or squad leaders. Many organizations with the proper resources and connections, however, have become notorious for fielding an extensive amount of individuals with Rings and Boxes, even among grunt levels.
Following recent events, the underworld has remained in a constant state of flux. What once took the form of a stable hierarchy, has become a fragile peace barely held together without the presence of an organization of the previous Vongola’s prominence.
Open conflict has become the norm in the underworld with the loss of intervention of the once-implacable check and balance to the more unethical elements of the mafia. Every day more factions crawl out of the woodwork, more impromptu alliances are formed, and more lines are drawn and crossed as families fight to seize more power. Even the once powerful Vongola Famiglia is not above this power struggle, though its leader has taken a more subtle approach in his actions.
During these troubling times and the respective allegiances that those among the group possess, the Arcobaleno have maintained a neutral stance. The only exception is the Sky Arcobaleno, who stands at the head of her own family. That being said, many of these individuals have become less vocal within the mafia community, and some have not be seen or heard from in recent months. Rumors have begun to spread that some of them have been defeated or captures at the hands of an unknown force. Others say that they are being hunted and have gone into hiding. Nobody knows for sure.
Among the Vongola Famiglia and its allies, past issues of balkanization among all parties (both in regards to inter-family and intra-family dynamics) have worsened recently despite the clear need for unification and stability. With the Vongola only recently having come back from the brink of destruction, it has been attempting to maintain a defensive stance against outside threats as it struggled to rebuild and recovery territory, assets and manpower. Still, there are those few who continue to maintain solidarity with the Vongola, but the unpopular tactics of Vongola XIV has made the family and allies alike leery.
With pressure mounting from all angles, the Vongola Famiglia is becoming more and more of a powder keg. Many have even come to question the saying that the Vongola always stands unified against external threats. Dark times seem to be on the horizon and one can only describe the current state of the underworld as the calm before the storm.

The Vongola Famiglia
Tsunayoshi Sawada inherited the title of Vongola Decimo following the conflict with the Simon Famiglia. As the youngest Vongola Boss in the history of the family, only 15-years-old, and one raised as a civilian, his ascension was met with initial skepticism by the masses, despite support from some of the most esteemed members of the mafia community. All doubts to his capabilities as boss were quickly overturned, however, when a series of reforms he instituted resulted in a veritable golden age for not only the Vongola, but the mafia as a whole.
The Vongola Famiglia of this era took on a more active role in moderating the mafia activities, and true to the intent of Vongola Primo, prioritized the protection of those under its domain. By creating a stronger network with which to communicate and maintain strong ties and order. Under this newfound coalition of Mafioso, certain neutralities (areas considered neutral or safe zones) were established. And so, under this so-called "Pax Vongola", the mafia would experience a peace that would last until Tsunayoshi’s retirement at the age of 50. Still, despite the progress he’d made, with the end of Tsuna’s reign came an end of the long established peace he’d worked for. Thus, also marking the last time that the Vongola could be considered truly unified.
Following Vongola Decimo’s departure, Ietsugu Sawada took on the title of Vongola Unidicesimo. With a noble heart and an optimistic outlook he would begin to make questionable decisions leading the Vongola down the path of destruction. In trying to do more good, he enraged many long time, legacy, and older members of the Vongola, among others in the mafia world against the advisement of CEDEF leader Roberto Bernardello. Roberto tried to warn Ietsugu that his actions would lead to ruin, but he was determined to press onward. Unbeknownst to him, however, information began to surface regarding his actions which caught the attention of prominent mafia leaders. This information, whether true or not would speak concern that Ietsugu may have been breaching Omerta.
An investigation had been launched in order to clear Ietsugu’s name, but all evidence proved circumstantial and wasn’t enough to disprove allegations against him. As such, various families began to leave the coalition, cutting ties with the Vongola. Things weren’t looking good. The boss was suspected of breaking omerta, members were splintering off into factions, and the traditional Vongola unity was beginning to crack. Ietsugu’s struggles proved fruitless and soon his head would be called for. In the midst of the chaos, news of the Vongola’s instability was made public widespread attacks on its territories and assets commenced. In response, his Sun Guardian Valentina Suzuki urged him to step down for fear of his life, or so he thought. Fearing for the inevitable, he left his position, but not before appointing Amelia Terrazzo as his successor.
Amelia had made spent time heading up countless missions which put an end to various sex trafficking rings. She had also used money to help fund various organizations to help the victims. She was of noble heart and would carry on his father’s legacy. Ietsugu would be satisfied and the quicker he could leave, the better. Then, he and some of his loyal followers could weed out the leak. However, it was not as simple as he’d hoped.
Roberto Bernardello chose his own candidate, his daughter Fabrizia Bernardello. Roberto had no doubt that his daughter would win, and once she did he, and the ones really calling the shots could begin to take control of the Vongola. Nobody would be the wiser. Amelia’s group is ill-prepared for the brutality that Fabrizia and her guardians attack with during the Ring Conflict. Amelia is left comatose (supposedly in a top secret Vongola facility), her Sun guardian suffers nerve damage to his left leg and right arm, her Cloud guardian is left paralyzed from the waist down, her Mist, Lightning, and Rain guardians go into hiding following hospitalization, and her Storm guardian is killed. Despite his disappointment in the outcome, Ietsugu retires after roughly 14 years as boss and Fabrizia inherits the position of boss, accepting the title of Vongola XII.
As Vongola Dodicesima, Fabrizia is little more than a figurehead, using her newfound power to restructure the family at her father’s behest. It becomes far more militant, and while unable to reclaim much of the land already lost during Ietsugu’s reign, she puts a halt to further loss. From the shadows Roberto pulled the strings though it was unclear if the decisions were his own or that of a third party. On the forefront Fabrizia led the charge without question until she met Sofia Mangione. Sofia would eventually become her lover and conscience. At first, her presence was deemed inconsequential, but when Fabrizia began to make decisions that didn’t fall in line with the plans of her father, he became enraged. Fabrizia was no longer working to forcibly expand, acting with far more leniency and mercy, and was pulling away from his grasp.
Sofia had become a problem and this could not stand. So, Roberto went to Valentina who’d been helping unknown figures pull the strings from the start. Sofia was marked for death and when she was killed Fabrizia went on a rampage. Having falsified evidence to help further their goals, Valentina and her silent partners gave Roberto everything he needed to point his daughter in the direction of the upstart Verdino Family. The attack that followed would go down in history as the Verdino Massacre; those fortunate enough to survive would go underground.
Following the Verdino Massacre, a tape surfaces of Roberto killing Sofia. Taken aback, he denies having anything to do with it, but can offer no proof. Overcome with grief, shock, and betrayal, Fabrizia spirals and becomes unable to lead the Vongola properly. In a fit of rage, her Storm Guardian, Alexander Dubois, attacks Roberto and the two battle for roughly two days, leaving a trail of destruction across Italy. Alexander returns to receive treatment claiming victory, but Roberto’s body is never found and thus his death is unconfirmed. Speculations surface, but no answers.
Following Fabrizia’s 25 year stand as boss, rumors of a curse began to rise within the mafia community. The Vongola were cursed, and the bosses were destined for misfortune of some kind. However, There were few who would want to accept the title even if Fabrizia was in a state to make the decision herself. As such, the new head of CEDEF, Melodica Silva, advised her on a candidate. The title of Vongola Tredicesimo would go to Lorenzo Baratta. Lorenzo had already built a reputation for himself within the Mafia community and the Vongola. He would also follow the advice of Melodica without question. It was the perfect candidate to continue the agenda of those in the shadows after Roberto had begun to stray from their path.
Lorenzo observed the advice given to him and acted accordingly. Slowly, the Vongola began to reacquire some of the territory and assets it’d lost though in small amounts. It is possible that had he continued to follow orders Lorenzo would have made an amazing long time pawn. However, as he grew more confident in his abilities, he attempted to escape the control of what he would soon dub the “Shadow Vongola,” but to little success. It was true that they would not move so brazenly so as to avoid the public’s eye, without their orders he began to make decisions that would lead the Vongola deeper into ruin. He began to pour money into secret projects, cut deals and negotiate for help beginning to leave the Vongola indebted to various other Mafia organizations. The Vongola made various technological strides, but the results did not outweigh the costs. The Vongola debt began to grow and outrage within the family grew. In his 7th year as Vongola Tredicesimo he begins to crack under the pressure, unable to correct his mistakes. So, he chooses a successor, Nico Ruggiano.
Nico had spent years studying, had earned multiple degrees, and had built a reputation as one of the most strategic business minds in Vongola history. Left with a Vongola in possibly the worst state it’s ever been in, his leadership would be needed in order to get them to a better financial state. However, Melodica soon chooses her own candidate in order to remove Nico in favor of a more easily manipulated boss. Nico competes, unfavorable though the scenario may be, and wins by the skin of his teeth. He is forced to rely primarily on the combat skill of his guardians as his strategic minds doesn’t translate well to combat.
Even so, he ascends to the position of Vongola Quattordicesimo. He is approached many times by Melodica urging him to listen to her in order to save the Vongola, but he continues to work according to his own will. However, when even long time allies such as the Bovino and Chiavarone begin to contemplate abandoning the family members call for more immediate action. Nico responds in kind beginning to network, and make deals with the heads of other mafia families. The Vongola takes on role akin to that of mercenaries, performing various escort missions, assassinations, and more until they clear their debts. From their, Nico begins to shift their business model to a more independent self-sustaining mafia oriented one. With the crippling debt gone and new (and renewed) bonds with various mafia families the Vongola is finally able to see progress, though it pales in comparison to its former glory. Even so, this does little to quell tensions among the members of the Vongola. Previously established factions remain more divided than ever. His progress does not meet the outlandish expectations and the family begins to teeter on the brink of civil war.
Seeing this, Nico decides to choose a successor. One who’ll serve the role of a mafia boss better. So, he calls upon a, previously underutilized, group that over time had quickly become one of his most valuable assets: The Simon Famiglia. Though small in number, the members of this family are entrusted to search for and bring forth a potential future boss with the blood of Vongola coursing through his veins. The Simon famiglia works with discretion and soon brings to Nico’s attention a number of possibilities. He visits each candidate, most located in Italy until finally he has to take time to travel to Japan. He visits a small, young family residing in the town of Kokuyo. It is there that he meets a young woman, and her two children Yoshiaki and Ami. Within this woman, these children, lied the blood of Vongola. It was during this exchange that Nico made his decision. He requested that Simon XIIIAkihito Kozato assign one of his guardians to watch over the family as he was interested in it’s growth.
Akihito agreed and assigned Manuel Robino to the family. They’d be under his watch as the Simon Forest Guardian. Over the course of his time watching over the family, he would come to decide that for all his fault, Yoshiaki would prove to be the boss that Nico wished to succeed him. Though this decision would do nothing to appease the factions crying out against Nico’s snail’s pace progression. The Vongola was reaching its boiling point and with the induction and training of a new, inexperienced group of relatively unknown children, it was unlikely that its new leader would not face opposition.

Characterization
Physical Description
There are typically two things that stand out most when somebody sees Seiichi. First, there are the two scars marking his face. Second, are his yellow (or golden in the words of his mother) eyes. He stands at roughly 4’11" tall with a fairly muscular, though lean, physique as would be expected from somebody who trains as much as him. He typically sports a messy head of dark brown, bordering black, hair. Typically, while within the confines of the Sarutobi Compound, he can be seen wearing a blue Kimono with black, pin-stripped, hakama. He also wears a haori embroidered with the Sarutobi crest on each side. Finally, while on the compound he usually wears tabi and waraji (traditional japanese socks and sandals) so as not to impede his movement, but also remain comfortable during down time. Outside of the compound, however, and while training, his clothing is a bit different.
Outside, he wears a dark green, short, shirt-like, Kimono with matching pants. Under this he wears mesh armor visible at the ankles and wrists. he also wears a brown, sleeveless haori with a the Sarutobi crest on each side like his haori at home. However, this Haori also fashions a fur lined trim. Finally, he has hand guards that match the darker green shade of his Kimono and a pair of kegutsu (also known as tsuranuki, short leather shoes trimmed with bear fur. Primarily, brown with a dark green trim and a blue inner lining). Additionally, one is likely to see a ninja tool pouch hung at the left side of his waist and another strapped to his leg just above his right knee. He also has a small holster placed at the small of his back, just above his rear, used to hold his bo staff folded in three. Finally, he often keeps a brown or black knapsack on his person. He uses this to carry larger ninja tools (if necessary), as well as travel supplies and clothes. It sometimes also has other various (sometimes unnecessary) things. It should be noted this is usually only for travel.
Personality
Above all else, Seiichi is a hard worker, though many are quick to wave off his skills as inborn talent. In fact, he hates when people try to attribute everything to talent (especially when he works so hard). He is calm under pressure, intelligent, and ambitious while simultaneously remaining cautious, emotional, and somewhat reckless. The list could go on. He loves animal; his favorites being dogs, cats and primates (of course). He is rarely satisfied with his own achievements, though he is quick to compliment others on their own. This is most likely due to his wish to become the next head of the Sarutobi clan. He wants to surpass his father and even his grandfather (Atsuo and Shinichi respectively) as a leader while protecting the clan and village. He knows that expectations of him are high, having been proclaimed a prodigy for as long as he can remember, but he refused to let that be his the only thing that defines him. He wants to be seen as a strong shinobi, a proud member of the Hidden Leaf, and a protector of the people he cares for.
He is strong willed, stubborn even, never willing to give up or quit, often pushing his mind and body past his limits. Perhaps that is why he is often quick to fall prey to the allure of a competition. Whether it is competing with his brother, Atsumi, for his place as the next head of the Sarutobi Clan or the struggle to remain first in the academy, he won’t back down from a challenge. This is probably also why it is very unlike him to try and shy away from, or hide, his opinion on what he does and does not find acceptable. This, however, can sometimes get him into trouble or cause problems that would otherwise be avoided. Additionally, because of his Aunt Matsuoka, he has developed something of an abnormal fear towards women. He often gets nervous speaking to women of his age or older. This can be something of a disadvantage and problem when it comes to fights or dealing with other people. He would prefer not to speak to them and will likely try and get them to leave him alone or stay at least 10 feet or so away from him if possible. It doesn’t seem to be triggered when she speaks to children, but it is possible he can also ignore it should he be put in a life or death situation (though he has never really been in such a position). Female animals also do not trigger this fear.
Even so, when not put into a situation where he must deal with a woman, his confidence is in himself and his own skills is evident. This is shown in his slight tendency to act more on instinct and emotion than logic, a “passion” he would claim to have been inherited from his father. Some things are just too important for him to simply let go. As such he can act rather recklessly where certain subjects are concerned. The young man also tends to give people the benefit of the doubt and treats them with respect and kindness to almost everyone he meets and knows unless given a reason not to. Still, he doesn’t necessarily see this as a problem.
When it comes to his goals, he feels that the only thing that can get in his way is himself. He is who he is because of his father and the other people who have shaped his life. He doesn’t pretend to think that he is better than he is and he knows that he has a long way to go, but that doesn’t stop him from taking up the role of a leader when he can.
Personal History
Attributes
Special Traits
Physical Conditioning and Mobility:
Seiichi has been training his body, with help from other Sarutobi clan member (his aunt in particular) since he was young. It was all necessary to improve his speed and mobility. He has utilized obstacle courses he would have ninja of the clan make for him, games of tree tag with his brother Atsumi, sparring sessions, and Spartan training from his Aunt Matsuoka to grow stronger. These things, among other factors, have caused his strength, speed, dexterity and agility to heighten to tremendous levels. It is also because of this that he has become so effective at acting and reacting to various stimuli in battle while also using his environment to the fullest.
Chakra Flow:
Seiichi learned just how important chakra control was by observing various members of the clan. Whether training, sparring, or engaging in any other manner of activity he came to grasp and understand the basics. So, when it came time for Genin exams, he’d come farther than many of the individuals he knew. He even seemed to have a knack for it. His skill in chakra control even stands to rival the Hyuga of his generation, though he’d still almost definitely lose were he to be pit against one in a competition of control.
Thus, his interest in Chakra Control having piqued, Seiichi took it upon himself to learn from anyone he could about Chakra Flow. Using this he can strengthen his body and weapons further than the average genin using his chakra. While he is unable to use many higher level techniques (I.E. Flying Swallow), and keeping his chakra flowing for extended periods of time is incredibly difficult, Seiichi has found that he can use his fire nature to enhance to power of explosive weaponry, use normal chakra to harden his blunt weaponry, or even coat weapons in flame. Although not quite at the level of such techniques (again, the flying swallow), it is still a powerful asset.
Character Focus & Skillset
Shurikenjutsu:
Seiichi, because of his lineage and goals for the future, was always interested in ninja tools. His favorites quickly became ranged weaponry such as shuriken, kunai, senbon, explosive tags, and bombs. Additionally, he has found he can control the trajectory of such weapons using wires or his own chakra. Overall, his abilities using weaponry are very advanced for his age.
Shuriken x20
Kunai x15
Senbon x30
Explosive Tags x10
Smoke Bombs x5
Wire
Ninja Scrolls x4 – Using the basic sealing techniques taught at the academy, Seiichi uses these to carry large ninja tools. Two scrolls house fuma-shuriken, two each, and the other two are generally left empty in case he needs them.
Bojutsu
If long range is not enough to keep the enemy at bay, he is very skilled using blunt force weaponry such as staffs and nun-chucks. Seiichi's Bo Staff is one he had custom made of special-made metal that can be infused through "chakra flow" with elemental chakra to produce added effects. It is made to be able to split into a three section staff connected with chains. Like this, he uses it for more fluid movements and attacks, along with combat typical of styles involving Nunchaku. The chains make it so the staff can extend up to 25ft from each end should the user choose to do so. This can serve to wrap around enemies or objects at his leisure. This allows him to fight back enemies and keep himself and his opponent at mid-long range.
Ninjutsu:
One of the most important skills for a shinobi, Seiichi’s skill with ninjutsu is quite evident as he uses it in tandem with many a manner of bukijutsu. Because he can effectively use his chakra so well, he can perform many jutsu in succession without much worry of exhausting his chakra reserves. Seiichi has even managed to incorporate elemental ninjutsu into his arsenal, a feat not many Genin can achieve. Even so, if it were a contest of ninjutsu by itself, he would likely lose to an individual with greater techniques than his own.
Taijutsu:
Seiichi couldn’t possibly think of a more fitting way to improve himself and honor his grandfather than by adopting the man's fighting style. Utilizing the Monkey Paw Taijutsu in tandem with his Bojutsu and Shurikenjutsu he can more effectively wear out opponents and inflict maximum damage. Though he doesn't know it very well in its entirety, as he has no formal instruction in the style, Seiichi has done his best to recreate it. It's focus on evasion and wearing down the opponent over a period of time is particularly interesting and unique for him. His hope is that he may be able to hone his abilities to the point that he may improve the style further and truly make it his own. Then, perhaps even if he is somehow disarmed, he will be able to display skill just as comparable to his skill with weapons and surpass his grandfather. For now though, he's taijutsu skill is mediocre at best, and laughable at worst.
Notable inspiration for future techniques and skills to be drawn from: Monkey Kung Fu
Relationships
Family
Sarutobi Atsuo:
Seiichi’s relationship with his father is something unique. He knows his father is quite powerful and respectable, but he has only ever seen him as his father. Atsuo is someone for Seiichi to surpass. The man is laid back and a loving father who wants his children to actually enjoy their lives, but that doesn’t take away from Seiichi’s goals. He does indeed love his father and he knows he means well, but sometimes he wishes the man was more proactive.
Sarutobi Kisara:
Seiichi’s has always seen his mother as kind and caring. She’s loving and always supports him and his siblings in everything. He sees her as something as a backbone, a pillar of support, for his father. She’s always there when it seems most important, won’t let anyone bad mouth her husband or her children. Seiichi feels he can be truly at ease whenever he is alone with her. He can be vulnerable without feeling odd.
Sarutobi Atsumi:
The first in a long list of rivals. Atsumi is Seiichi’s younger twin brother. He wants nothing more for Atsumi to be happy. However, just as much as Seiichi wants for him to be happy. He also doesn’t want to lose to him. He wants to take over as the head of the clan and to inherit the Adamantine Staff. He knows that Atsumi has something against him; one of the scars on his face is a constant reminder of that. Although he wishes he could build a stronger bond with his brother, he is confident they’ll move past all of this. That doesn’t mean he’ll let up against him though.
Sarutobi Matsuoka:
Auntie Matsu is a scary, Spartan of a woman. She’s the reason for Seiichi’s fear of women. She is also the reason for his growth as a shinobi to this point. He’s conflicted. He loves her as his aunt, but is always cautious around her. He just knows that if she is around then he’s likely to get a supplex to if he isn’t careful. If she thinks he is slacking? Supplex. If he says something he shouldn’t outside of the compound or in front of the wrong people? Supplex. Despite all this… Seiichi wouldn’t be the same without her in his life. And some day, he’s gonna beat her.
Sarutobi Shinichi:
Seiichi has nothing but the utmost respect for his grandfather. Seiichi loved him and loved any time Seiichi got to spend with the man before his passing. To Seiichi, his grandfather was one of the pillars of the Hidden Leaf and a true testament to what a leader and shinobi should be. He aspires to be considered as great at Shinichi was and, in his mind, is even in death.
Sarutobi Asami
Team
Koyomi-Sensei:
Inazuka Kimura: Kimura is yet another one of the, apparently many, females who just does not understand the concept of personal space. What’s more is she is somewhat unpredictable, paranoid and just plain odd. Seiichi doesn’t really ever understand what she might be saying when she goes off on her conspiracy-like notions. If he were to be completely honest, he isn’t very close with her and that lack of closeness can likely be attribute to his own fear. One thing is for sure, being a team with her is going to be a challenge.
Yamanaka Inokikue:
Peers
Kohaku Sanae:
Namikaze Fukushu: Seiichi is very much under the impression that all women can be scary in some way, shape or form. However, even apart from this he is sure that Namikaze Fukushu may very well be the devil in disguise. She’s crude and scornful towards Seiichi. Friendly competition is one thing, but she just might actually hate him and he doesn’t know why. Honestly, he can’t stand her. Even so, she’s a shinobi of the hidden leaf and like anyone else, he wants to protect her too. Even so, her frustration when he wins or comes out on top, no matter how much he hates dealing with her and her assault on his very being, is always somewhat satisfying.
Hatake Shunpei: Seiichi can’t help, but admire Shunpei’s hard work. Although they are not particularly close they are, at least friends. Seiichi has no qualms about jumping in to help Shunpei out in a pinch or if the guy is getting messed with. He also wouldn’t mind trying to give or even receive tips on training practices if the situation were to arise.
Gonna be posting all my characters here. I don't really mind if people look, but I'd prefer to keep is private! Also us this to organize and fix up BBcoding and all that.
Where's the rest of the CSs/folks? Do I need to do some aggressive recruiting?
I have almost all my Seiichi stuff. I think I just got lowkey unmotivated when we had to transfer over the sheets again. Trying to get my shit together. I got you fam. Trust me.
Mamoru temper flared once more with the response Ringo gave him. "Not what your dad wants for you?" He questioned once incredulously. "NOT WHAT YOUR DAD WANTS FOR YOU?!" Mamoru shouted this time before pounding his gloved fist into the wall beside him. Even so, as she continued speaking, his blood quickly decreasing from a boil to a simmer. "Well... You damn well better work harder." He finally growled after a moment of deafening silence between the two of them. He turned away from her and opened the door back up.
"Now, lets go get something to eat or whatever." Mamoru added sounding a bit more like himself, though still clearly "meh" about what had just transpired. He was still gonna be a bit grumpy for a while. It was how things always were. And he wouldn't just let Ringo off if she tried to play cute or make him laugh! Not this time! Probably...

Zero had been frozen in place when the roar came. His eyes were wide in anger... fear? Excitement? He couldn't place it. But his pupils narrowed, matching the appearance of the all too familiar beast he'd felt the presence of. It was making sense. But the thing about not knowing, what he had vaguely picked up from the speech of the guy in the long coat was important in and of itself. He growled though as Hunter approached. The plans were good, and the notion of gathering information was smart, it was what Hemlock would have advised, but there was something else to note. A dragon's senses. Without a doubt, it, or they or whatever, had already taken note of the strangers encroaching on the land. He turned immediately to follow after Hunter.
"Hunter is right. We shouldn't send scouts." He said immediately. "But it isn't because we already know there is at least one dragon. It's too dangerous to send anyone out alone. If we're splitting up at all, which would be stupid by the way," he paused directing this line at Ferrin before continuing, "The best plan would be the smaller team idea. Scouts will be useless though." He shook his head. His senses had adjusted for the most part, but the area was still making it a bit harder to concentrate on any one thing. And not knowing the scent of the dragons, their respectively elements, or anything else about them made picking out any of them or getting a solid number that much harder. Still, now that he knew what they were looking for he could ascertain that, "There is definitely more than one dragon on this island." He said seriously.
"I could be wrong, but the chances of that are pretty damn low. And given that these are dragons that we're talking about, your scout idea would just make whoever we send out, easy pickens. Cause I guarantee they already know we're out here. There senses are among the best of any creature. And if they wanted to take us out, they would." This was likely the case, barring a rage induced or some other kind of, frenzy. "I'm no leader, but I'll tell you this. It took an S-Class mage, along with myself and two other mages to build up the power to kill my father Hemlock. And he was a young dragon by their standards. Not to mention in a weakened state." Zero stated, clutching the scale-like leatherly material of the jacket gifted to him by his father. At the ready, in the right state of mind, and at full power, Hemlock might have decimated them and anything in his path. And that was the message Zero was trying to get across.
"Not saying you don't have good ideas Long Coat Guy," Zero spoke once more, mimicking Hunter, "Just saying, that's not the best course of action dude." Having said that, Zero was prepared to do as told. It wasn't his mission, and fighting among themselves wouldn't help. Even if he hated the idea of just doing what he was told. "And you. Yeah you with the crazy eyes (Ashlyn). If you think that it's gonna be that easy, that simple... Well..." He paused, growling at he calmed himself down a bit, "Well, I'll bring flowers to your funeral."
Was that really necessary? It wasn't unnecessary. Zenoram sighed in their mind at the response and notion of Zero having antagonized someone else without needing to. Especially given their collected agreement on not needing to fight within the group given the likely foe they'd be facing.
