<sub>Taking greatly after his mother and grandmother, Xiao is an effeminate young boy often mistaken for girl because of his voice oh fuk off, it's because he even dresses like a girl you merone, thin body, and feminine facial features. Like the darkness of a shadow, his wavy hair flows ominously like the black presence of outer-space. His round face sits rightfully on his thin neck, accentuated by big open eyes of a silvery shade. A small nose, pink lips, thick eyelashes, and thin eyebrows further perpetuate his doll like appearance. Xiao's skin is fair and smooth, with a slight peachy-ness to it. Though pull back the garbs and one would definitely take notice of the numerous scars on his back, legs, and arms.

Appearing as though he could easily be blown away by the wind, he has a very slim frame, thin arms, and an overall lanky body. Standing at only at 5'2, and weighing a measly mass of 44Kg(97lbs), Xiao keeps himself wrapped in a shawl-turban like garment, its exterior mimicking the sultry white hue of the moon in a starry night sky. A similarly styled bonnet rest upon his head, though nothing fancy. His style is simplistic, only wearing a rose ring and necklace. He wears the general ninja shoes, though they mostly remain hidden under the turban.

Sometimes he wears a blue variant, but this isn't often. Other unusual things on him include a strangely shaped birthmark on the back of his neck and a tattoo of a rose on his back and leg. He often has a habit of appearing anxious or worried. His big doe-eyes make him appear frail and defenseless, or maybe even lost and uncertain. Based off of this, people sometimes think he looks like an airhead or spacey.</sub>

Xiao is a runner. What I mean by this is that his instinctive reaction is to run away from his problems, whether they be external or internal. He's often afraid or easily frightened or startled. He finds adorably clever ways to avoid tension or discomfort. His instinct to run has to be suppressed when his presence is still required. He's pretty pragmatic for the most part though. The soft-spoken, mature, sensible type. Doesn't too much like to step outside of the box. He worries about others and can become anxious or restless should things not turn out as he expected or planned. He's quite the nervous strategist. He's got the smarts and the intelligence, but doubts himself. Despite his fright, he is quite precocious for his age. He has some anxious ticks, like tapping his foot when waiting for something. But do not be fooled. He is actually very patient believe it or not. Even his way of speaking is quite beautiful and poetic. He's got an effeminate, though mature sounding voice for his age. He's a lover of books, ancient classics, of course dancing, poetry, and art. Art in all forms, painting, sculptures, pottery. He has a fine appreciation for such things and enjoys dabbling in them when he gets the chance. It gives him some reprieve from the bustle and hustle of shinobi-hood. His most prominent talent is his ability as a dancer. It is this that makes him graceful and elegant.

He is creative and imaginative, with a deep appreciation for everything, even things generally considered mundane or uninteresting. He has very vivid dreams, but because of his hardships, also suffers from very relentless nightmares. 【History】
Xiao was born on an non-ninja island referred to as Sakura Country, its lands covered in beautiful Cherry Blossom Trees. These trees are so important to the culture and environment of the island, that a monthly sakura petal festival is held in honour of the trees and the capitol city is called Cheri. Xiao was never rich, but he had lived a very simple and peaceful life at the beginning. His parents worked and owned an orchard. The picking of ripe fruit and the sweet aroma of freshly baked apple pie was the norm for him.

His kekkei genkai first manifested when he was 5 years old, where he accidentally caused his school teacher to go blind. And whenever he cried himself to sleep, a pile of pearls would be found left on his pillow. For a while, he regretted what he had done to his favorite teacher and was afraid of accidentally doing the same to someone else. However, there was a time when things became rough on the orchard and his family began selling his pearls to make ends meet. Xiao had always been a cheerful crier, so they always went above and beyond to make him extremely thrilled and happy when it was time to pay bills and what not.

Eventually, word got around that Xiao's tears turned into pearls and when he was 8 years old, a vile nation known as Blood Country came upon them. They were fiercely combative and their ninja village Chigakure(Village Hidden in Blood) was known for their bloody, brutal, and demonic tactics. This nation consisted of corrupt royal clans and an even more corrupt daimyo who overpowered and captured several families from Sakura Country and turned them into slaves. The daimyo that enslaved him beat him every day so he would cry and produce pearls. The natural intensity and luster of his pearls became a hot commodity amongst the lesser royal clans that could afford them. This, and his natural feminine beauty began a bidding war over who would own him. Xiao was like that of a tattered jewel. During his first year in hell, he met a boy who was a few years older than him. This boy, who he would eventually find out was named Sin, was very hot-headed and rebellious. This companionship bloomed over the next five years, until a beacon of salvation arrived and Xiao and Sin's families were able to escape from Blood Country in the thick of night by the help of a very powerful and mysterious shinobi. This mysterious shinobi helped them to immigrate to Kumogakure, where Xiao and Sin would eventually become ninja together.

【Family ties】
Though the first half of his life was wonderful, the next 5 years after he turned 8 were complete hell. Xiao's family never really had a lot of money, but they lived a peaceful life. They had the pleasure of experiencing cherry blossom bloomings more often than most. It was this and the simple things that kept them content. Not to mention there was little to no conflict in Sakura Country. Even crime was very low in the capital city of Cheri. But when they suddenly became slaves to the royal clans of Blood Country, their lives took a turn for the worst.

【Fighting style】
In combat, Xiao relinquishes himself to a primarily defensive role, relying on the jutsus of his Kekkei Genkai for utility. He has various angelic based jutsus to minimize damage against himself and his allies, placate his enemies, or to dispatch his foes quickly, and his body's ability to glow can be used to blind his opponents or light the way for his comrades. Damage mitigation and genjutsus are his biggest asset. Though he isn't very durable, as a dancer, he is elusive, graceful, and quick on his feet. Fancy footwork. He makes up for his weakness with incredible chakra control and an unusually high chakra pool, allowing him to go longer periods without running out of his chakra supply. His jutsus are known to be quite aesthetically beautiful, despite their potential capabilities.

Strengths:
His kekkei genkai can be best described as versatile, allowing him to use it for utility, offense, and defense. He is a an Angel to his comrades p. sure nobody will see him like an angel, a beacon of light to guide the way or bring judgement down upon his foes. His abilities help him to avoid capture and to be an elusive presence to those who may seek to take hold of him. Furthermore, his kekkei genkai doesn't require enormous amounts of chakra to utilize, meaning he can prolong his efforts in combat.
Weaknesses:
Though versatile, his kekkei can cause him pain after prolonged usage. Both glowing and converting his skin cells into feathers is an unpleasant sensation, though most wouldn't see it. Glowing in particular feels very uncomfortable and prolonged usage drains his chakra and tires him out. Furthermore, some of his jutsus require intensive concentration and require a bit of a startup, which can leave him vulnerable.
needs better weaknesses. you just list limits. 'Can't be used for too long' isn't a weakness if it destroys literally everything ahead of you during the time that it can be used.

General tactics to break free of the illusion can be used, but the most effective way to wake up from the coma is to realize that the perfect world isn't real. or, you know, to dispel a genjutsu. which is fucking as easy as dispelling it with a tiger seal and screaming KAI like a moron.

Really genjutsu is so dumb because once I realize you use genjutsu, I will just walk around 'KAI'ing myself every 2 seconds

Like any cat, water is a Nekoyama's greatest crutch. While it has little effect on tracking, dumping a bucket of water, or being drenched in rain can easily throw off the senses and depth perception of an experienced Neko no Seishin user. Damp whiskers are a liability in battle, and once this weakness is exploited, an enemy can use this vulnerability to their advantage and easily take out or seriously injure the user. Dry eyes, or cloudy vision holds the same effect. Throwing a handful of sand or dirt in a users eyes can hold the same effect as a powerful attack, and once this sense has been deprived, their entire perception on depth go out the window -- granted that users whiskers have been dampened. Mastering her Clan's kekkei genkai has been a side-goal that she has long pushed back to make room for her personal studies in medical ninjutsu. Having yet to truly perfect this technique, besides it's most basic form, Midori's eyes become extremely sensitive during the day or in bright lights. She can only use the ability for so long during the day, and once passing her limit, painful headaches and nausea consume her mind and body.

While Neko no Seishin doubles the users chakra
Double? Hell nah. That's way too much. This 'ability' doesn't really even make sense. What does it have to do with chakra? Also if anything a kekkei genkai that is a ninja technique should cost chakra, not give it somehow. , it depletes it even faster. Using it in combination with ninjutsu techniques will exhaust the users chakra at an excessive pace, and when tapping into the feral transformation an inexperienced Neko no Seishin user will be overcome by the animalistic nature of the power. Unlike the Sharingan, or Byakugan, Neko no Seishin can not activate and deactivate with out some kind of tax.
good but kinda redundant i guess. On and off activation will wear down the eyes, making it harder to see in the dark and thus making it easier to just keep the kekkei genkai activated. Heightening the senses and ultimately making them more vulnerable, strong smells and sharp noises can easily throw a Nekoyama into disarray, making it harder for them to focus or pinpoint the exact location of an enemy.

I mean shit my cat-guy is almost literally a cat and has less benefits than this KG, which isn't even full cat. You'd need to seriously tone this down a bit and remove some of the abilities. Because as it stands your character has like 30 things it CAN do and only very few things that she doesn't like.

I.e. medical nin who is apparently also very very dangerous in close combat, with an essentially 2nd character pet, who can also act as sensory nin.

Edit this and put it in the CS bin. Not trying to dissuade you or anything but this requires a bit of reworking.
