WELFARE

Survivors are content. Laws and work orders are being dutifully followed. Survivors are crammed together in makeshift bunks and are hoping for more shelters to be built. There is enough food to ration out. A recent discovery of a cache of booze was shared with all by the Captain, improving mood. There is a growing rift between the various sects of the Imperial Creed. Rival prayer shrines have been set up and street preachers decry each other as sinful. Character A's preaching abilities have helped to lessen the impact of the religious schism, reminding everyone that they are still fellow Imperials.

I feel like going with the one without lists. Still not fully convinced with using cells though. My biggest complaint with the tables right now is how everything inside is always bold. How did you manage to do it?
