Name:

Mellia Hanesworth

Nickname:

Mell. If you call her anything else.. she will punch you

Age:

17

Gender:

Female

Sexuality:

Heterosexual

Relationship Status

Single

Class:

Junior

Appearance:

Mellia stands at a rather unimpressively average 5'5" and weighs an even less impressive 55kg. She is actually only half asian, her other half being irish. She has a thin frame with an impressive amount of muscle. She often wears a pair of knee high leather boots, black pants and a random colored tank top. Her reddish hair and freckles were inherited from her mother. She has a tatoo sleeve on her right upper arm which she displays rather proudly. Her eyes are light amber, and seem to almost turn yellow sometimes if the light hits them at the right angle.

Likes:

-Her family

-strong people

-breaking rules

-guns

-her motorcycle

-fighting/physical altercations

Dislikes

-Authority figures(Cops for one)

-weak, submissive people

-smoking/smokers

-indecisive people

-cheaters

-smoking (She's been trying to quit, but she just can't kick the habit)

Personality

Mellia is feirce, strong willed and rather violent. She tends to strike first and ask questions later. She easily grows impatient, and is almost always challenging her limits. She tends to answer people with sharp sarcastic comments and sly suggestive remarks. She is almost always moving, and finds it hard to sit still for extended periods of time. She is more street smart than book smart, and tends to know how to manipulate people better than she knows how to study. She is actually rather charismatic, and can be seen as the 'resident female badass' of the school. She is always thinking about some kind of angle or strategy to get what she wants. She can be difficult to understand.. and is the woman you want at a party. She can also prove to be rather intimidating. Despite her outer appearance and personality, she does have a feminine side. One where she likes flowers, and secretly thinks about meeting a guy. She will never outwardly share these thoughts or admit them though. Another important thing to note is that Mellia thinks crying is a form of weakness. She tends to hold her emotions bottled up inside in an attempt to look strong for her family.

Background:

Mellia is the oldest of the boss of the local Yakuza. She has three younger brothers. As the eldest, Mellia is expected to set an example for her brothers. She was groomed from a young age to take over her father's business, taught to defend herself with fists and fire a gun. Over the years working with her father, she's been shot and hospitalized for other injuries.

She was living a good life up until she turned ten, when her mother was diagnosed with end stage cancer. Within a few months, Mellia's mother had passed away, leaving Mellia to take care of her three younger brothers while her father was off on business ventures. Mellia had to grow up fast, learning to balance school and her home life along with the extra work her father gave her to groom her to take over his job. She actually dropped out of school for a while in order to raise her youngest brother who was only five at the time.

Finally, when her brother was old enough to go to primary school, Mellia returned to school. She caught up with her studies. She finally let her guard down enough to date a guy who was brave enough to ask her out. They dated for about a year when she discovered he was cheating on her with another girl in school. As revenge, she slashed his tires, filled his locker with manure, and broke his nose. Her frightening reaction acted as a deterrent between her and new relationships.. which was just as she liked it.. because she didn't want her heart to be broken again. She has formed a shell of sarcasm and witty comebacks to prevent another relationship from starting.

She also will skip class from time to time if she decides she is bored.

let me know if this is okay. I'm totally cool with changing things :D
@SleepingSilence

hahaha well, i think that the weight limit can be whatever you like, XD

but like i said, Willow would likely be on foot too, that's not weird for her.. so if you are at all worried, i can work things out XD
@MarsAdept

Andross

His presence seemed to startle the woman at first, but she soon recovered, a similar smile to his own dancing across her face. And then she extended her right hand. Andross did as he had been taught, bowing low and deep, taking her hand ever so delicately in his own and brushing his lips against the back of her hand. "Greetings, lady Rose. I am Andross Lylat." He moved away from her hand after introducing himself, straightening up. "I am at your service, my lady. I would be more than happy to show you the way. So long as you do not mind i remain at the Shepards with you." he smiled, giving her a low bow.

He moved delicately and gracefully down the street, light on his toes as he skirted around some children who scampered past him. He turned to glance back at Sophia, making sure she was following him. After watching her for a moment he gave a gentle and charismatic smile, continuing on down the street. "If I may pry, my lady.. why has a young woman such as yourself decided to become a mage?" A bit of chatter would pass the time that it took to walk from the main square to get to where the Shepherds were located. It was about a fifteen minute walk, and talking a bit among themselves might pass the time pleasantly. Andross only hoped he had not brought up a sore subject for the woman, as he hated to offend people.

Mars

Mars dreamed of shadows assaulting her on all sides, faceless men clawing at her greedily with wyvern-slaying blades. She saw the face of her mother, using her body as a sheild as her back was riddled with arrows. Mars watched as the light died from her mothers eyes and the blue Dragonstone glinting in the light as it clattered into her hands. Her mother heaved her final breath, protecting Mars from harm.

As the Dragonstone fell into her hands, Mars roared, her body doubling in size as a surge of Draconic Rage caused her to transform. White scales covered in gold filigree, feathered wings stretching to the skies. And then... nothing but pain as their anti Manakete weapons pierced her skin.

Mars fell out of bed and to the floor with a thunk, scrambling to all fours as she half transformed, sprouting a tail and wings, her arms slowly growing scales. For a moment she was in a mode of panic, her heart beating a thousand miles an hour. And then she remembered where she was. Safe.. away from their eyes. She shifted slowly back to normal, standing to her full height and rubbing her eyes. The sleep she'd had.. was good.. though she could have done without the nightmares. She shook her head, wandering out of the bedroom and heading down the crumbling stairs with a light step. The fresh scent of human filled her nose and she stiffened, her Dragonstone glowing as she prepared to activate its power. The sound of voices echoed outside the door and she shifted, not wanting to risk being unprepared or getting attacked. She noted the state of the bottom floor, clear of dirt.. someone had been in here doing something.

She didn't want to reveal her Manakete status just yet though.. because these men smelled different than the ones who had been chasing her. So she tucked her Dragonstone beneath her armor, poking her head out of the door to survey the group of humans who had gathered outside. Not a single one of them had anti-Manakete weapons. So she felt an instant surge of relief. She watched the group, hoping none of them would recognize or notice her as a Manakete. If so.. she could already feel the prickle of her Dragonstone's energy, and the scales slowly forming on her back. If they tried anything funny.. she would be on them faster than they could react. She'd taken this many humans before. More than one time.. and these humans had weapons designed to hurt her species. If she could handle them.. she could handle these humans. She'd have to handle them or else she'd end up dead, with her head mounted on someone's wall and her scales used as their armor. Just like her parents.
@SleepingSilence

XD nice pun. XD

sadly for Willow that would be a bit off. She's pretty much lived her entire life in the woods and stuff. She's never seen a bus before, has no idea how they work, and would probably stay far away from them.

She's legit a half feral human person.

The only way i could see this working is if she just so happened to wander into the city on the same day.

She could have met your character before, and then they split ways??
@DJAtomika @Fox of Spades

no i think we are starting in Hoenn actually XD right?? unless something has changed.. and Mauville was somewhere magical??

_____

@SleepingSilence

only issue with this is that Willow would have to bum a ride. As willows flying type pokemon is the size of her head. Not able to lift or carry things yet.

i dont know how to make Willow go to a show either. THough she would be fascinated with a magic show.. she also gets really uncomfortable around big crowds.

maybe she got split up somehow from him and made her way to Mauville alone?? By following his trail??

hmmm.. now im trying to think of ways for this to work T>T
@Leaves

Xanthia stood for a second, catching her breath as she watched the Skiddo leaping across the ground, making small happy baaing noises as she bobbed her head excitedly. She groaned, resting her hands against the counter as she stood back up to full height.

"Ah... this is why i get to know my pokemon.. so i can be prepared for what they have to offer." she grunted, rubbing her stomach.

Anubis just cackled, pointing a finger in her direction gleefully as he shook his entire body with laughter.

Xanthia was about to say something to her pesky ghost type when Edward spoke. "Oh.. my hometown? No. I didn't see the point in getting a badge from a different region. It doesn't transfer here or anything. Besides.. there's no way that i could have gotten a badge with Anubis as my only pokemon. He doesn't really like to do anything i ask.. as you have seen."

Rubbing her stomach again, Xanthia glanced over at the gleefully bounding Terra, a smile stretched across her face. She reached out and brushed her hands against the creature's horns and it paused, gathering her emotions through its horns. Terra seemed to immediately calm, and then looked sorry as she sensed her pain from headbutting her trainer. She let out a gentle baaing noise, licking Xanthia's hand happily.

"I'm good to go." Xanthia stated, rubbing behind the creature's neck, causing Terra to close her eyes happily, her nub-like tail wiggling.

Emira Levi Firestorm

Emira shoved the last of what she'd been planning to pack absently into her backpack, a smile spreading across her face as the extendable charm made her clothing pass into the void. She slung the backpack over her shoulders, turning to stare at the wooden perch erected near her window. Ludo was gripping the wood, staring at her calmly, blinking his beady eyes.

"You know the drill. See you at the dorm." she stated holding out a fist. "Fist bump."

Ludo hesitantly raised one of his talons, clenching it into a fist and setting it on her hand before letting out his signature croak-like hoot and gliding out the window. Emira watched the owl disappear into the morning darkness, a chill surging down her spine.

This was Emira's last year at Hogwarts. Her last year. That meant this year had to be better than all the others. She had to do something amazing.. Something unforgettable.. something that would leave her name on the school for all eternity. She'd been planning all summer for her final prank, leaving her legacy on the school before moving into the world and leaving her legacy as a wizard.

She stripped off her pajamas and jammed on the first thing she could find in her closet. A pair of black jeans with a tattered hole in the left knee, and a simple red t-shirt. After thinking for a moment, Emira slid into a sleek leather jacket, throwing her backpack over her shoulders.

Emira took her wand from behind her ear, tapping the banister to the spiral stairs which lead both up and down so far it was impossible to see where each ended. "First floor please." The staircase shuddered, wooden steps folding into a slide. A faint yowling sound was heard from above as a massive grey cat slid down the slide, scrambling for purchase against the slippery steps.

"Ah.. Senior.." Emira reached over and plucked the cat from the slide before it could continue to fall, placing it beside her. "You gained weight you fat cat." she stated.

Senior stared at Emira, his squashed face making him look a lot like a goblin. He lashed his tail as he stalked away down the corridor. Emira snickered before settling down on the slide and laughing as she slid down into the void. As she finally reached the first floor, she came to a stop, staggering back and forth as she attempted to regain her bearings. That slide was amazing fun, but it always left her feeling dizzy.

Emira tapped the banister again. "Thanks." And the slide folded back into steps ever so slowly as she headed off into the kitchen, placing her wand over her ear. Her uncle had told her when she was little that food tasted better if one didn't use magic to create it. She brought out a few potatoes, chopping them with quick knife strokes, pausing to glance up as some racket came from the other room. Two strange things burst through the doors to the kitchen. First was an old black and white television which was sprinting around on barefoot hairy man legs, and the second was a toaster with tiny t-rex arms on wheels breathing fire at the television.

Emira paused to watch as the two oddities chased each other, clicking her tongue. "Oi.. You two know that you aren't allowed in the kitchen!" She shouted, pointing out the door. "Go make yourselves useful and wake up Simon."

The two creations turned at hearing Emira's words, scampering out the kitchen door and back into the other room, where loud crashes of fragile things could be heard shattering in the distance. And then an explosion and a loud scream and some loud cursing as her Uncle was woken up. Emira smirked as she shoveled the potatoes into a pan, bringing out the milk, cheese and eggs.

Moments later, her uncle came into the room. He looked remarkably like an older male version of Emira, with his red hair speckled with white, and his face stained with glitter. A mischevious grin spread across Emira's face as she admired her handiwork. "I see you got my morning present, Simon." her eyes glittered.

Simon laughed. "I did indeed. You know i'm going to get you back really good for this one."

"In your dreams." Emira laughed. "Now.. you'd better try washing that glitter off your face."

Simon folded his arms. "Already tried that. You put a sticking charm on it.. didn't you."

Emira grinned. "Not at all, that's just the power of glitter. Its like fairy aids. No one wants it and you can't get rid of it. I packed a few of those for school this year."

Simon laughed, watching as she cooked up the eggs. "I'm just glad it wasn't a Niffler in a dress and wig this time." He wandered over to the sink, washing some of the glitter from his face. "You make sure you do your chores before you head out, alright? I'll send you a letter when you get to school."

"I'm not going to open it.... it might be one of those ones with a dungbomb in it, like you did three years ago." Emira stated.

"What?? I'm not going to repeat the same prank on you.. That would be boring. No.. i'm going to think of something far better." Simon rubbed his hands together, then walked over to her. "As for now.. a little payback." He rubbed his hands in her hair, scattering sparkles along her head.

"AHH. YOU DICK." Emira shouted, laughing as she squirmed away. "Now i'm going to go to school with sparkles on my head!"

Simon smirked. "You get what you deserve." he reached out a hand and snagged a piece of potato, laughing as he strode from the room, leaving Emira on her own.

Emira took a hand towel and wiped away what she hoped was most of the glitter before finishing up making breakfast and stuffing her face full of food. She set her backpack down on the ground and sprinted outside barefoot to do her chores. First things first.. feeding the Thestrals. Waving her wand, she furrowed her brow as she hefted four buckets of meat into the air, levitating them towards the barn one at a time. She whistled loudly as she dumped the meat into a large trough.

Loud wing and hoofbeats were heard as the Thestrals streamed out of the sky. The creatures were as eerie as ever, with their skeletal bodies and draconic faces, bat-like wings folding into their bodies as their glowing white eyes focused on their food. They were creatures most wizards and witches hated.. considering that a person who saw them had to have seen death before... not to mention.. they were most definitely not the prettiest creatures in the world. Nonetheless, Emira loved them.. she couldn't remember a time when she hadn't been able to see them. She brushed her fingers against one of the females of the herd, her fingers pressing into the female's swollen belly. "Ra." She stated, "How are you doing today?"

Ra nickered happily, swishing her tail as she turned to Emira and pressed her face against Emira's hands.

"I'll miss you too, Ra. You take care of yourself, alright?" Emira's hands danced along the creature's head, scratching behind her jaw before moving away to let the female eat. She smiled as she took one last look at the creatures, sprinting across the floor to her home once again. She let her hands lightly brush one of the lion statues outside the door as she burst through and grasped her backpack, slinging it over her shoulder.

"Simon! I'm on my way to school!" She called.

Simon slid down the spiral staircase, most of the sparkles cleaned from his face and hair. He moved towards her and brought her into a hug. "See you later sweetheart. And be careful when you apparate. Keep focused.. can't have you splinching yourself."

"I'll be fine." she laughed as he pulled away, reaching towards the door and picking up her Thunderbolt VII. The smooth racing broom was known for sacrificing safety for speed. She only needed to use it until she reached the outskirts of her Uncle's property, where she could then apparate to London.. so she could board the Hogwarts express.

She kicked off the ground, waving to her uncle as she rocketed into the air, the wind whipping past her short red hair. As she soared through the air, a few Thestrals joined her, whinnying their goodbyes as she exited the territory and they turned around and left.

As soon as Emira was well out of the range of her Uncle's charms, she landed, stuffing her broom into her backpack. She took a breath and clenched her wand, doing a small spin. Her lungs felt like fire as she was pulled through the slightly uncomfortable sensation of Apparition. With a faint crack she was on the streets of London, catching her breath from the vice-like tube. Good. Perfect location. A dark alley were muggles wouldn't see her. She was getting much better at this. She strode out of the alley and onto the main street, staring at the dilapidated buildings around her. She hailed a taxi, whispering as she counted her muggle money and told the man to take her to King's cross.

Upon arrival, she saw the normal hustle and bustle.. first years all the way to seventh years like herself, gathering around the platform, vanishing inside of it easily. It was remarkable that none of the muggles noticed the first years with their Hogwarts robes and massive carts with owls, running smack dab into a wall and vanishing. She snickered, casually striding towards the wall and wandering through. Of course... here it was.. the beautiful Hogwarts Express. She felt a twinge of regret as she realized.. this would be her last time riding it to school.

A sad smile danced across her face as she leaped onto the train, darting across the ground and sliding open the first compartment she saw. This was one already occupied. She recognized the boy as one of the Gryffindor chasers. Last year, she'd sent her fair share of bludgers careening into him. Her interference, and the skills of their seeker had won Ravenclaw their first game against Gryffindor in almost twenty years. Ravenclaw wasn't really known for winning anything except for academic exploits. So this had been celebrated all year last year by the Ravenclaw house. What was his name again? E... er.. no.. ah.. right. Elliot.

"Oh.. its you." she stated "Elliot, right?" She perched beside the female Gryffindor. "Hope its alright i sit here. I try hard not to sit with my house all the time. We all have character traits that are too similar and stuff, so i tend to get bored because there is no variety." She stuck a hand out to the female Gryffindor student. "I don't think we've really met yet. I'm Emira. Some people call me Firestorm. I answer to both."

So I'm guessing I should wait to respond to the response hahaha
yeaaah, plus the fact that they deleted half the content from the english version because they thought it was 'offensive' or something. (mainly it was that weirdly suggestive petting stuff, which i have no idea why they included in the first place T>T) still, i felt like they should have just let everyone bond with everyone.

still a good game.. but very very annoying. T>T
