Personality: A complete idiot who acts on impulse and tends to forget normal morals and values with his jokes, think of him as a mixture of Natsu, Happy, Naruto (naruto when child), Luffy (one piece), all idiots who acts without thinking and most make stupid jokes.
Appearance: Red hair, different hairstyle each day (uses magic to change the length and everything), big blue eyes, bright colored clothing.
Height 1.60, body type thin, possible weight 60.

Specialization: Different styles of prankster magics
Style: various depending on the situation and items he uses, while most of his spells are made for the sake of jokes he actually knows how to use them in combat pretty well.

Spells:
Balloon animals
Using balloons the user can make animals of various shapes and sizes, these can act to the command given while being blown up, but they always remain being a balloon and easy to pop, mostly used for parties, jokes and diversion.
Helium balloons
Using a special balloon that transforms air you breath in it into helium, the balloon can reach incredible sizes and allow floating away
warning this item will also effect your own lungs to be effected by the helium.
Spray magic
The user has a canister or more strapped to their wrists and can magically alter the canisters contents to various matters, such as:
-Whipped cream
-paint
-string cheese
-glitter
-confetti
-glue
and more
Party popper
The user ca use special party popper to change the contents and size of the popper to various matters such as:
-giant size for fireworks
-normal for flare
-confetti
-glitter
bomb
and more
Red nose
The user puts a clowns nose on that starts to blink when the thing the user has called out is in that direction (the user has to watch their words ot the nose picks an other object to search for)
Mine
Using mine magic the user can create invisible stuff like ropes and walls
water flowers
The user can make all types of flowers, even those printed on paper squirt water
chopper hat
putting on this hat allows the user to glide down when falling due to a small propeller on the hat
chain of hanker chiefs
the user can draw out an infinite number of magically made handkerchiefs from his sleeves (these disappear after a few hours)
Personal peanut butter
The prankster has made this brand himself, he can eat it, throw it with a special spoon or just throw the jar on the floor
it automatically spreads out and is too slipery to walk on normally but also so sticky you will get stuck on it if you fall in it or something liek that
magic marker v2
This marker can do various feats as make a mark only fellow guild members can see, draw with various types of inkt, draw in thr air and more
Jack in a box
The user can place this holder item somewhere with various tricks installed, like bombs that only show when opened normally, a normal jack in the box and so much more, this can be used by spinning the handle or even by a timer where the handle will spin on its own slowly
Juggle
The user can juggle balls that can be set on fire or other elements, even make all 4 balls be of an different element, the user needs to keep juggling to keep the magic going but can throw a ball or do other things,, the moment it hits something that is not the user or someone knowing the same spell the magic disappears, however when it hits the magic fixed to the ball ends up getting released, an fire ball would set the thing it hits on fire for example
Russian roulette sword
The user uses a sword that can cut or not, you never know when this thing will do what it is made off or if it will do something else or just plain nothing
Russian roulette gun
the same as with the sword, you never know what kind, if any, of bullet this fires, it may just as well shoot a jellow candy

more can be added as needed, while mostly it has to follow the joke base rule

History: open to add, just remember, he is kicked out of guilds before due to his stupidity and is well known in a negative manner in those guilds, though most people on the street dont seem to have that much trouble with him and think its all part of the show

you can place a char sheet in the character tab but do report it in the OOC if you did as I still have to check in order to see if its accepted or not.
off course your free to place your sheet in the OOC first or send it though PM (also report about that in the OOC please)

because the rp is in a guild I want multiple chars to exist at the start, even a beginning guild has to have multiple members
I will start with 4, 3 personal char's that go on missions and the 4e is the guild master
so depending on how many join and who takes multiple chars this show can start soon or not
on that note, those that wish to join, please say how many characters you wish to use for this rp

Dragon slayer, demon slayer, god slayer magics and other ancient ones are allowed but as they are meant to be rare, only one set of each type is allowed and please try to think of something else you would like just as much ;)
also, if you can think of something else, like a new slayer type (lets say Angle slayer) thats fine as well ^^

any questions or suggestions to this post are welcome ^^
I may change this post if need arise for it, but generally I will report it in a new post, but I can forget to report it so please bare with me.
I may change rules if something forces me to, but I hope that wont happen.
I am pretty easy going i general, if people come with something I generally dont see possible I will try to discuss a solution so it can be made possible, though at times even I have to set my foot down, sorry for that.
upside with Fairytail is that a lot is possible anyway so I doubt much problems will arise with it ;)

Acnologia
700 years ago the world was rules by dragons.
Yet suddenly a large number of them disappeared and one lone figure stood up from the nothingness.
A male, able to kill dragons stood up and began hunting the remaining dragons.
Yet for some unknown reason, the more dragons he killed the less human he became until he became a Dragon himself.
This Dragon is the last known living one, Acnologia, the Dragon born from a human and roaming the world and causing blind destruction at times for the fun of it...

Dragon Slayers
Skin that can dissolve fire, Lungs that can create fire, fists that can punch with fire.
Dragon slayers, there are many legends about these legendary hunters, some are thought to be true, some are thought to be false, others are a mystery.
In the last few years a lot of Dragon slayer sightings have been reported but no one knows if this is true.
Legends say they can breath fire, physical fight with fire and created wings from their hands made from fire.

God Slayers
God's used to be known by so many, worshiped by so many, yet all of a sudden this ended.
Legends spoke of God Slayers, The unholy brothers of Dragon slayers, having the same legendary spell line .
Little is known but many legends exists based on mainly speculation...

Yggdrasill Summoning
Orion, The King of summon spirit, he is said to have created all the Yggdrasill spirits of the main line and created the world as we know it by them.
Yet though he created the main line, the main line was not considered his children, yet only after the children were born did he gave birth for real to a brand new element.
Verius the Spirit of the heart, a child line and main line in one and the one who was said to give birth to the human mind and heart.

Summary section

Highschool DXD - Bounce!

As they were discussing, the hall suddenly got quite noisy.
Suddenly the door was pushed open and a guy from Faye's class showed up.
"Faye-chan, the punks are all ganging up on some girl" he yelled.
While it was not uncommon for the so called punks, the main group of delinquents of the school, to get into a fight, even if its a single girl, something seemed special on how everyone is reacting as they are rushing to see the fight.
Faye's classmate quickly continued.
"And there losing!"

After saying that the guy quickly continued running towards the front gate as he did not wanted to miss this.

If the group would also leave to see the fight the would find 5 of the 8 punk's unconscious on the ground, blood coming from either their noses or mouth, depending on where they were hit.
the remaining 3 Punks were agitated but seemed to keep their distance of the overly large chested girl.
It was easy to figure out what happened, the Punks must have seen the girl and were enticed by her chest, tried to flirt and pressure her into going with them for what they called "Fun fest" but the girl refused, something they never really could accept, resulting in this... well seemingly one sides brawl.
well calling it one sided did not really fit as well, the oddly dressed girl had scratches and bruises on her body, still she was standing and knocked out 5 guys who would have ganged up on her.

One of the punks suddenly grabbed a knife and began charging at her.
Yet she grinned and waited for the perfect moment to counter.

-Grocery shopping, due to personal reasons I need some people that could to some groceries for me.
reward: 20JW and all the remaining change.

-Construction work, We need more workers and who better then mages.
Reward: 2JW an hour, free food.

-Animal killing, In a local forest there is too much Wolves, help us with killing 50% of these or else the rest of the animals will all be devoured.
reward: 50JW and all the wolf meat you want.

-Hunters due, I am a hunter who is wounded, I need help with hunting some food for my family.
Reward: 20JW.

-Monster killing, an monster has been sighted near an neighboring town please hunt it down before the beasts kills the inhabitants.
Reward: 2000JW.

-Merchant aid, I am a Merchant who needs to travel to 2 neighboring towns and then return back here, I want some powerful wizards to protect me from bandits.
Reward: 100JW prepaid and one free item from my store once I am back.
