Wait, so are Hell and The Land Of The Dead the same place? And technically, shouldn't Kurai take over wherever dead people go? I'm just curious, I like to know these things.

Name: Samuel Grein

Backstory: Born in a family of Parliament members, Samuel knew where he was bound. When he reached 17, the legal age for joining parliament, he became a member, and quickly rose up the ranks to one of the 'Governors', the leaders of minor districts. The youngest Governor ever, he has made quite a reputation for himself. His father taught him how to fire a flintlock and use a sabre at quite a young age, so he has gotten the hang of both weapons.

Weapons: A custom-made sabre, courtesy of the Parliament, as well as dual flintlocks, courtesy of his father.

Personality: Cold, Calculating, and Ambitious, Samuel is a force to be reckoned with. He considers most people pawns in his game of chess, and often manipulates people into doing what he wants. He is extremely intelligent, and ruthless, willing to kill anyone who stands in his way.

Other info: Very good at reloading a flintlock in a matter of seconds. He is quite good at dueling or just brawling with his sabre.

Magic exists to some degree. You can make basic spells and summon lesser creatures, but it tires you out a bit. And fights? Both. Though, the Rebels don't usually have firearms, because most of their weapons are stolen.

Kurai

Name: Kurai, The Bringer of Death, Third Of The Awakened.

Appearance: A male teenager with white hair known to cause tragedy and make death threats. His skin is lightly tanned. He is very tall and lean, with both his eyes black.

Domains: Underground, The Land of The Dead, Tragedy, Death, and Hate.

Realm: The Palace of Shadows, a place where Kurai dwells alone, except for lost souls of great world leaders. It is a large, black, obsidian like sculpture. He occasionally visits The Celestial Palace.

Personality: Kurai is a cold being, often threatening his siblings and the people of The Land Of The Dead. He barely visits his siblings, and prefers to stay alone. He barely lets himself be controlled, and often chooses what he wants to do instead of listening to reason. He sometimes lightens up when he is around Manus.

Demeanor: Mortals feel cold and bitter when around Kurai, and he always causes tragedy. Mortals often die a few days later if they come into physical contact with Kurai. Couples often feel no love anymore, and wander aimlessly until they die. Over all, he enjoys doing this to them.

Favored Subjects: Ravens, Vultures, Hyenas, Murderers.

Jesper cursed, then started to search the gas station for a weapon. They all wanted Eddie the most, right? Maybe if I use him as a hostage...No. I'm gonna keep this kid away from those vultures, whatever it takes. He continued to search for a weapon. He was determined to look everywhere, so he wouldn't miss anything.

To be fair, he is a God of Death. Also, I figured that he should be third. I would think after you, Life would come, or something like it, and then Kurai would come in and be a bummer by killing something.
