Name: Jennifer Summers, "Jen", "Blue", "Jay", "Junebug" (In descending orders of millihatreds)
Age: 18
Gender: Ladyperson
Appearance:
Personality:
Jennifer is the stoic type, to the disdain of her immediate family. She tends to sit back and analyze what goes on around her, and generally only attempting to weigh in when she deems it necessary to steer the events on a course she agrees with. This has the unfortunate effect of making her seem not just easy-going and laid back, but perhaps even callous and disconnected. Few things seem to rile her as much as they might others, though those that know her can intuit the difference between a regular and an upset Jennifer. She seldom raises her voice or engages in 'pointless' arguments, either surrendering the victory of such a battle to her opponent or simply adhering to the silent treatment. She rarely adopts more than a casual smirk in ways of cheer either, though the smirk is a constant occurence on a good day.
Jennifer seems to have unspoken issues with authority, and casually disregards the oppression others might force on her. This, of course, gets her into trouble more often than not, though she seems not to take any problems to heart. Her attitude remains carefree and unnervingly bored. Despite this behaviour she is not beyond bonding and forming friendships, though she is perhaps more inclined towards a loner role, as she goes through the motions that is life.
Biography:
Some people seem to be destined for a life unlike the norm. For Jennifer, that started in relatively early school-years, when a subtle interest in music and hanging with the 'wrong' crowd started affecting her grades. An escalating problem - at least if you asked her parents, a modestly wealthy couple both with political careers, and surely the same fate awaiting their only daughter. Unfortunately for them, Jennifer had no plans of attending school past her sixteenth birthday. Instead she spent her days doing garage and basement 'gigs' with a handful of ne'er-do-wells that - just like Jennifer - might just never amount to anything.
Her life has been a grippingly disappointing tale from the perspective of society. Somewhere along the way, Jennifer tuned out of her preset path to drink, slow-party and learn useless talents like spinning a pen, becoming an underground tattoo artist and playing the bass. The latter of which she's doing only because that was the spare instrument available. Does she enjoy it? She doesn't say. Is she any good? There might be a career other than politics for her, if the stars align properly.
She prefers any place other than home with her abusively loud and disappointed parents, so much so that you could almost say she lives on other people's couches. And in a few selected establishments that seem to have an understanding with her.
Style: Yes.
Instrument(s): She plays and 'owns' an archaic
1951 Fender Telecaster. Who she got it from is anyone's guess.
