Erika, The Inquisitor, took the time to kick one of her dead foes over while the others handled their own. The bard, quite handsome at that, took it upon himself to grant mercy to his three opponents while the other proceeded to take on the half orc. The woman seemed very capable and left her to defeat him. Once she did the other three would surely run then. He was the pack leader, and once the leader is killed the rest will scatter. She took note of the pendant the bandit was wearing and raised a brow. She caught her brimmed hat and placed it back on her head and holstered her crossbow. She then bent down and tore it from the dead man's neck and raised herself up to take a closer look at it. She smirked as she knew what it represented. It was the symbol of a bat. Signaling that these were probably thrawls... not your ordinary group of bandits but likely belonging to a cult of vampires. One of the reasons she was here in the first place.
"Halt!... whats going on here, and who are you?!" A guard said running up with his sword drawn while two more came to clasp the three bandits that the bard and subdued in irons. Erika looked to him and glared.
"I did not travel across the ocean to trade words with a worm like you. You damn well know who I am your offical's have likely told you already." She barked back. The guard looked her up and down and then gulped putting away his sword and bowing.
"I apologize Inquisitor Erika, I didn't expect you so soon." She sighed and rolled her eyes. She then looked to the half orc and rose her hand.
"Wait!,... don't kill that one just yet." She said. She approached the two warriors and stood beside the other female warrior. "Ugly,.. I want you to tell me where your cult has taken up residance here. You got a choice, either you tell me and these guards take you to a cell, or I let this woman bash your already ugly face into mush." She said threateningly.
The half orc of course did not bite. Not one bit. He growled and rose his scimitar up and was ready to swing at the Inquisitor but her endurance was that of a bear. Before he could even blink her sword was out and had swung in his direction. The last thing he saw was his hand falling to the ground still attached to the scimitar it had held. The look of fear and surprise went on his face. Then came horror and pain as he began to scream. He fell to the ground holding the stump. She looked to the woman and nodded. "Put the damned half breed out of our misery will you please,..." She asked. She then put a hand on the female warrior's shoulder and squeezed lightly. No more could she get from the half-orc. She moved to one of the arrested fools and looked him in the eyes. "Your turn... tell me what you know or you will be one less mouth this town has to feed." Her threat clear and true.

Vivian sighed and was wondering if she should climb atop the elephant or not. She trusted Malkai more then she should ,but the speed in which they would reach the town would be slow... well it would be slow regardless with out some steeds. Damn animals... she knew they wouldn't be worth their grain of salt. She wondered if she had enough energy to summon another spider and then just cast permanency on it. Then she kept in mind how the towns people would act. Who knows maybe they wouldn't be too surprised. She shook her head and found herself climbing atop his back and let herself get comfortable and then looked down to Catarina. "I wish our Dwarf was still around. He could cast something on a object or something to make treching this desert much more better." She offered her hand to help her up. The quicker Malkai got moving the better. Bernard perched himself on top of her scythe and just waited.
