Ikki town,... I suppose this is where our new adventure begins Rex. With three new friends who we could likely trust. At least a lot better then my old friends. He smirked as he took the cue and began to follow Alex and his Corsola. It wasn't the normal color, it was blue. He hadn't studied up much about pokemon growing up so he wouldn't know if it was just unique or if it was native to these islands. Which began to make him think... perhaps. He could catch himself another Vulpix. But mostly one from this region. The white ones he was told about. Give Rex a bit of a play mate from time to time. He looked down and reached down to pick up the three tailed fox and held him so he could still drink his smoothie. He straddled the guy like he was a newborn.

Hotaru looked over at the blue corsola and smiled. Well looks like she wasn't the only one with a shiny pokemon. She thought as she looked to Nephrite her Houndour. "He sure is excited, this is Nephrite." She said and the houndour barked in answer. She reached down and scratched the back of his head and then began following Alex and his pokemon. To Ikki town it is. She was wondering if her father had any role to play in these festivals still. She hoped so anyways. He could use a distraction from his research and mingle with others besides her and Nephrite. She then wondered what kind of ghost types there where here.

Vivian Bloodmoon surveyed the battlefield. Each one of her traveling companions had fought and won their fight. A few where coming out a bit beat up. Alexander seemed to take a lot of the said beating. His face was scarred ,but that did not make him an less handsome then he was. It just made him more fierce looking on top of that. She walked over to his helmet and lifted it up dusting it off and making sure all the sand had fallen. She then moved back to where he was and proceeded to hand it to him. "I apologize for your wounds. You got into this fight because of me." She said.

Alex looked up at her and raised a brow and then picked himself up off the sand and then retrieved his sword from the dead Gnoll and lifted his shield up. Sheathing the blade he looked to Vivian and smirked. "Look,... Vivian. We chose to enter that fight. The Gnoll's gave us a choice. Turn you over and we get to live. But we didn't." He pointed to the wound along his face. "I chose this outcome beautiful. Nothing changes that. If this is the price I pay for fighting for a comrad then that's the price I would accept." He said as he took his helmet. He inspected it to see if it was worth even saving. He sighed and tossed it back to the sand. He looked back to her and placed his hand on her shoulder. "Besides,... I am a knight. I live for battles like these." He added. He squeezed her shoulder slightly and then moved towards the man that helped them fell the Gnoll. He looked up the stead and towards the man and his lute. "Who would have thought that that Lute was more then just a instrument. Thanks by the way. I would have been a goner if you and that scorpion didn't show up when you did."

His words made her feel less guilty but it didn't change the fact that she was. Her very presence threatened the life of this mission. She thought her kin would not travel to the desert to come for her but I suppose with favor at stake any house would chase after a renegade. She sighed and inspected the group to see what else she might have caused for being a part of the party. When she came to the front of the wagon she noticed that one of the Gnolls was still breathing. A runt of the little knocked out. She knew her kin were on the surface coming for her but how many where there. That would be the true question. She motioned for her scorpion to come forth and came it did. She made a few hand gestures only known to the underdark. It answered the gestures with a stab of it's tail into the gnoll. The venom will continue to do it's work draining it's strength so it wouldn't resist the questioning.

Jade reached out and rubbed his forehead. This girl had lead him completely the wrong way. The boy then mentioned something about a note from the professor. A note,... Did I even get a note. He thought and then checked his pockets and then remembered something and removed his hat and saw it sitting in place. It was the note of course... one of the real reasons he picked this region of all places to get away from the infamous Team Rocket. He smiled and looked to Hotaru. "Your father must have gotten you the same note too. I mean it would make sense for the professor to just give it to him." He asked. He looked back to Alex who mentioned a festival. That might be interesting. Finally a event he could enter without having to rob it. It's almost going to be completely strange going to events like these without being the bad guys that ruin said event. He shrugged and noticed their outfits compared to his. He was very overdressed for this situation but eh. He shrugged and placed his Vuplix smoothie on the floor for him to drink. "Remember you dolt,... don't sip it down so fast or you will get a brain freeze. Again." He said. He then looked to the person beside him. She wasn't too bad looking either. A bit more enthusiastic then Hotaru here it would seem.

Hotaru looked to Alex and then to Jade... she wasn't sure if she had gotten a note. She read the note on the fridge.... unless that was part of the note. She then checked her pockets for her poke nav and she saw a message had been sent to her. She noticed it was sent by the professor and not her father... mostly do to how formal it was. Her father wasn't always like that. She wondered if her father would be at the festival then too. Or would he be too taken into his studies to care. She sighed and nodded to Alex. "Well we will travel with you then." She then noticed the camera on Robyn and pointed to it. "Hey, are you trying to capture pokemon too? I am doing it for my father for his research. I am hoping to catch some rare pokemon in their natural habitat like my father did in the Hoenn region." She said. Their purpose was mostly research though,... perhaps this person was doing it for the same reason.
