Read through the sheet myself, if that's an acceptable correction for @Ruby you also have my 'stamp.'
Just the one thing, you mention that while living in seclusion her family lived on the surface, going with the Legends version of Ryloth (which is what most people are familiar with) during 'hot storms' the temperature on Ryloth's surface outside of the safe zone of the vallies could reach 300 degrees Celsius. I'm sure rather than living on the surface they would instead have lived in the caves closer to the edge of the safe zone, to still give that isolated/hard life feel. Just a detail that stood out to me.

Otherwise, all good from my end.
I'd like some further details on what her Knight Trials consisted of, how she passed them and what impact they left on her, as the Knight trials are pretty key to a Jedi. Obviously her trial of Courage and trial of Flesh can be the combat she injured during the war, but Skill and Spirit tend to be formal trials, even during times of crisis.

Other then that, all good for me.
One quick thing.

The Sith Empire, while not exactly a friendly place, is pretty ordered and lawful. The idea of these local miners who raid/attack the Zelosians probably makes more sense if they are neutral raiders/criminals. Both sides support some pretty dubious causes in the Cold War but I don't really see the Empire supporting miners to just shoot at civilians, especially if they're not relevant to any strategic goal.

Other then that, I'm happy to stamp my mark of approval, just need another GM to co-sign then you're approved.
Just a few notes.

It's quite interesting to see someone create a character connected to the Followers of Palawa during a time period they're not really touched upon, a fun idea to explore. That said, I have a few main pieces of feedback for the sheet;

1. It seems really unlikely that the Followers wouldn't have been aware of his force potential and trained him in such, they are, after all, an order dedicated to the study of the Force, simply in a different way to the Jedi. While in the Prequel Era and beyond they seem more anti-force, this is years before then, so I don't believe they would have transitioned to that yet.

2. He seems, really powerful. To, by 18, be a five times world champion on a planet dedicated to martial arts seems something of an impossible feat. Combined with his extensive, if untrained, force powers. I'd probably tone down his level of success somewhat.

3. The way in which he joins the Sith seems super convenient and 'by chance' and makes it seem cheap. I think it's worth pointing out that the Sith Empire actively pursues/captures force users to take them back to Korriban to join the academy. It seems far more likely he'd be picked up by Sith in that manner, while he was on Tatooine, rather than singled out by chance on the planet itself.

Anyway, just my thoughts, if those can be addressed I'd be more than happy to accept it.
2/10 for gif choice.

Otherwise approved and a fun read.

[hider=Strategic Information Services Reports]
Short description of the Serviceman.

Jace Malcom could be described as the proto-typical soldier of the Republic, standing tall with a powerful form that has not diminished with the withering of the years, he could once have been described to be ruggedly handsome by some, were it not for the web of scars which cross the right side of his face. He keeps his hair, both of his head and face, trimmed short, in line with military tradition, despite his role taking him away from the frontline.

Simplified report on known skills and estimated levels.

Malcom has 'enjoyed' a career of great success within the Army, during the war being assigned to the Special Forces unit, Havoc Squad. He has the skills and abilities to match, trained in the use of vast variety of weaponry and equipment, far extending beyond the usual arsenal of Republic Troopers due to the often clandestine and isolated work Havoc Squad have performed over the years.

Aside from the fundamental skills of his role, Malcom is also a born leader and commander, accounting for his rapid rise in rank during the War, despite his affiliation with the Jedi Order often proving problematic from a political perspective. Since his promotion to Colonel and the current state of affairs with the Cold War, Malcom has been transferred to an advisory role for the Allies of the Republic on Contested worlds, something that plays more to these latter strengths.

Quick report on political influence, associates and rivals.

Jace Malcom's career has focused more around the battlefield than the command bunker, or even less so, the politics associated with the upper echelons of the military. There was a time, perhaps, when this may have hindered him, those afraid of upsetting the order of things attempting to keep him down, but if the war with the Sith proved one thing, it was that the Republic was ill-prepared, and the old order could not stand up to the New Sith. A war hero with the actual act to follow, Malcom became an easy figurehead for the Republic Army and his influence within and without the military reflect this, despite his own reservations.

In a manner that is both professional and deeply personal, Jace Malcom has close ties to the Jedi Order, something he has maintained regardless of the political winds within the Republic turning against the Order. While the conservative-by-nature Jedi are loathe to admit the influence of outsiders, those who fought alongside Jace during the war are weary of not heeding his advice, and many Padawans are as inspired by his tale as the heroes of their own order.

Most of what Malcom may consider rivals hail from the Sith Empire, indeed their defeat has often been Malcom's sole purpose, and the long war, and Cold War, has presented plenty of options for personal vendettas. Malcom is not without his rivals back home, however, as the continuously fractious nature of Republic politics continues to set itself at odds with those who wish to act directly and decisively to secure the future of the Galaxy.

Report on role, specialisation and responsibilities pertaining to the subject’s military deployment.

A Republic Trooper since his enlistment, Malcom was a Corporal aboard the Korriban Station at the dawn of the Galactic War. As the war progressed, and Malcom continued to survive and excel in the fighting across the frontier, he was reassigned into a Special Forces role and given command of Unit 326. Often deployed in the direst of situations, or behind enemy lines, Unit 326 became renown for their ability to pull victory from the jaws of defeat, to succeed without support and so sow carnage among the Sith Empire's forces. It was this last factor which earned them the name 'Havoc Squad.' This is the kind of warfare with which Jace Malcom has become eternally associated with.

Since the ceasefire, Havoc Squad has remained the pinnacle of the Alliance Special Forces, even if less and less of their role is open to the public. Officially, Malcom has now been removed from the Alliance Special Forces and instead acts as an advisor to the Military Allies of the Republic, however, covertly, he continues to ochestrate the sensitive actions of the Republic's Army in the most contentious flashpoints of the Cold War.

Psychological evaluation of candidate.

Malcom is a man of endurance, one who expects much from those who he commands, and even more from himself. Many who encounter him in passing may find him overly serious and without humour, but beneath the official facade he wears there is a man of great empotional depth. He is fiercly loyal, to both the Republic and the bonds he has forged across a lifetime of war, posseses a dry sense of humour that is subtle enough to often go unnoticed and above all else, is deeply passionate about what he believes in.

The conflict with the Sith has defined Malcom's life, and at times his hatred and grim determination to see the Republic victorious has entirely consumed him. His one mindedness has allowed him to push through great strain and trauma, not unscathed, either physically or emotionally, but remaining functional. The Cold War has given him much time to reflect, and it has perhaps mellowed the call to arms within him however, it is a fire that burns low, but does not go out.

List and description of known and suspected flaws. To be put into restricted database.

Hate Leads to Suffering: To suggest that Malcom's personal vendetta against the Sith is under control would be an understatement. He has seen countless friends and allies dead, civilians murdered, and a galaxy in flames all caused by Imperial Ambition. Even if age and the Cold War may have burned through some of his anger, it is a grim coil within a man who is otherwise very much in control of his emotions.

You Can't Handle The Truth: Malcom's building frustration with the Republic's Political environment, and the general failure of the Republic to deal with the Sith competently on all fronts has jaded the man somewhat, and perhaps burned a few too many bridges back home.

Major achievements and failures on record.

Jace Malcom and Havoc Squad's list of achievements throughout the Galactic War is a prestigious list indeed, but the victory for which their names are most widely hailed is the Triumph of Alderaan. Cut off from the Republic Navy and the bulk of the Army, Havoc Squad, along with a limited number of Jedi and Army Units, held off a much larger Sith Invasion force, even able to defeat the infamous Darth Malak during an ambush.

This victory, however, plays into what Malcom considers his greatest failure. Along with many other Republic leaders, he was present at the false peace talks on Alderaan after the Triumph and other such conflicts, seeking to bring an end to the Galactic War. As with most Republic military leaders of the time, he was caught unawares and out of position during the Sack of Coruscant, leading to the dramatic defeat of the Republic during the war. He has spent the Cold War attempting to make up for the losses the peace treaty signed away to the Sith, the state of the galaxy only further fueling his belief in the concepts of the Republic.

Ooh looks rather interesting. I'll see if I can think up a character if you're still taking.
Looks fun if you're still shopping for people.
I'll poke Jo for you guys over carrying on.
