Personality: FantasyChic is, above all else, a fun-loving person. If it's not fun, she does not take part in it (unless she has to). She is sarcastic and witty to a fault, at the expense of others. She isn't afraid to tell someone off if they are acting the fool. She can be the best friend you could ever want or the worst enemy to make. The choice is, often, not yours.

FantasyChic is reliable. She strives to get her tasks done, even if it takes a bit, but she will do it, especially for those she cares about. She can be inattentive, usually not because she does not care, but because she is probably thinking about puppies/glitter/memes/etc. She is also troublesome, getting things wrong and messing up in real life and in RP. However, she doesn't let bad times phase her.

History

Why Did You Come To The RP Guild?: I had the itch to RP those years ago and no amount of writing was sedating it. I needed a creative outlet. So after scouring the internet, I stumbled across this site. And the rest is history.

Life Before The Guild: I started RPing in the MMO (Massive Multiplayer Online) game City of Heroes. I played for fun, but I ran into a group of people RPing. I asked them what they were doing and they introduced me to the concept. A quick character creation later and I joined their team and began RPing on my own.

Eventually, I moved from game to game, RPing in each one. I played Guild Wars 2, Elder Scrolls Online, Star Wars: The Old Republic, and Tera mainly. Each game introduced me to new concepts and I grew my skills in RPing.

However, tragedy struck in each game. I was put into positions I was not comfortable in, I was harassed by people I thought were my friends, and I found myself not having fun anymore. So I up and quit. After a couple months, I missed RPing.

Life Since The Guild: It's been a whirlwind of a time on here. A rocky start found me joining (and leaving) many RPs due to inactivity or lost interest. Finally, I found a place I feel wanted, loved, and cared for. And I don't plan on leaving it soon. It got to the point where I am even considering GMing my own game: a thought I NEVER thought I would have.

This is my home now.

Relations

For one reason or another, I have come to know these people and consider them friends. Regardless of starts or ends, these people are the reason I continue to come to this site day after day. And I wouldn't have it any other way!

@Lord Wraith: Probably the person I consider my first friend on here. He seemed to be in every game I put interest in (especially the superhero ones). As time went on, we got to know each other and became friends. We've had ups and downs, but he will always be someone I care about and I hope we can write again in the future.

@Morose: Oh my pink bothers you? Too bad! I love this girl so much! She is a wonderful GM and a great person to talk to. We've butted heads a few times, but what friends don't? Who knew we started off in Superhero RPs together? I must have blurred those memories! Either way, she is a great storyteller and I look forward to the chaos we'll cause!

@Nallore: This girl is quite the character. She's goofy and fun and a joy to be around! She's there if you need someone to listen to you vent or to just bitch about our life with. She has even become a really good GM, able to create some interesting stories. Put us together and I have a feeling not much would ever get done.

@ONL: We met in an RP and our characters were fated to be stuck together. After all, we only have each other in that game. He's such a sweet guy and his characters are all interesting to read and interact with. I've had the best time RPing with you and I hope it continues.

@Natsu: This guy is so sweet. I've enjoyed RPing with him and having my characters and his interact because there always seems to be an inherent closeness with them. He's such a sweetheart.

Tinley knew then and there that things were about to go batshit crazy. And she was right. Ultron had Pym in his grasp, knocked the other woman away and they had some Spider-Woman there. She had to act and act fast if they were to stop Ultron and get out of here with everyone, more or less, alive. She thought about everyone on her team. She knew them well enough. "Tempest, get to a terminal and see if you can either shut this thing down or at least get him to release Pym. I'm going to wake Novikova up as I need her. Everyone else, either protect those injured and near you or attack this thing."

Tempest nodded and quickly flung to the computer that the spider girl was thrown into. It was still intact and she started getting to work on inputting commands. She saw the program attempting to right itself with each of her commands. She did manage to tag Ultron like a GPS, in case he fled. Tinley, meanwhile, entered Novikova's mind again. "Novikova, I need you to be strong and wake-up now. I can't do this without you. I need your help." At first, it seemed to not work, but she soon saw Novikova's eyes open. "Novi, I know you are hurt, but help me get Ultron's chest armor off to access his core. I'll do most of the work, I just need you to try."

Tempest continued to input commands, eventually having the surge she needed to get Ultron to release Pym. Satisfied, she ducked low and moved her way over to the corner, " Dr. Pym, get over here. Quickly!" Hopefully the man would be able to move. She could heal him then.

Tinley, along with Novikova, as best as she could, would use their abilities and pull the armor off. She managed to latch on to it with her force field and rip it off, exposing the arc reactor. "The reactor is open. Quick, attack it and keep people away from his reach. Get Pym out of there!" She, herself, would be prepared to react if Ultron tried anything funny.

It didn't make much sense to Leighton that the Morlocks would "opt out" as Erg suggested, but still, provide a home for mutants if they so chose and send others on missions. Even a simple supply run meant that either humans or mutants, or both, were losing something. "I don't see how you can just...choose not to participate. It's happening whether or not you are involved and when you do something like send people out on supply runs or having one of your own attempt to get their brother out of trouble, that's inviting it into your lives. I can appreciate the system you have down here, I just don't think you can run away from it for long. Eventually, a side must be chosen."

She threw her hands up in defense. "That's coming from someone who, until recently, didn't even know they had powers of any sort, let along ice powers, so take it with a grain of salt. If this person can help me, I'll accept their aid. As for what I what after. I don't know really. That's like asking a high school student to pick a career and a college. We do it, but they are not prepared for that big a decision."

Desdemona Pemberton

Location: Camp Half-Blood

Her question wasn't truly answered, but she supposed a year-round camp would have further amenities than a normal summer camp. After all, could they really be asked to go without cell phones and television? Or wi-fi? She hoped not. She had to admit she was growing weary worrying about all of this. It wasn't like her to care so much, but she was curious now. Who were her parents? And why was she abandoned by them instead of growing up knowing full well who she was?

She glanced over to see the two youngest pestering the others with questions and facts. "I pity the poor counselor who has to watch over those two. They are trouble. And that's coming from me." She wondered if there were strict rules like the school or if there was more freedom. She would see what it was like, but maybe she had a choice to stay or not. She didn't want to go back to that school. That was for sure.

Allison Andrewss

Allison stared at Guin as she explained the situation, wondering if it was a smart move to tell her grandpa apparently. If Guin trusted him, then maybe she could too? But she was in new territory and these were new people in a new situation. "Oh ok, I guess we're just spilling all the beans then. Well, first off, hello, Allison, nice to meet you." She introduced herself.

"So I guess I'll say what I already told Guin. This timeline or reality or whatever we are deciding to call it is not the reality I know. Same people, same abilities, but a whole different way of doing things. For example, mutants haven't taken over the world where I am from. They exist with humans and, while tensions are high, there is some amount of peace there. And we have a team that goes and battles and saves the world now and again. Guin is there, Pietro too, and myself along with a few others I know I have seen here. So either I am truly going mental or we are all here in a new reality and some of us remember the real one while others do not and now I have a headache."

Tinley Abercrombie

Tinely had eyed the scene well enough to know there was more going on here. Novikova also was not the best liar. Or she had experience with her lying before. Either way, something was up and if Novikova knew, like her, that this was not where they should be, then perhaps there was a reason. She heard Runa's thoughts and shared her own. "First off, not a sorceress. Second, I know Novikova and you were talking before about something and she seems to trust you. I will hold on to you for now, but the moment I release you and your boy you need to understand I am on your side. I do not know what is going on in this world, but I am willing to help. I have no loyalty to these people if this is how they treat others not like them."

She glanced at the others, catching Novi's eye with a slight wink, hoping the girl understood her meaning that she had an extra ally should things go south. She had no qualms about fighting back, especially against Mystique. Lord knows the woman deserved to be punched in the face, even if this was an alternate timeline or some such nonsense.

Tinley followed the others closely, still holding on to both of them. If something needed to happen, it needed to be soon.

Anastasia Reinhardt

It seemed she would be dancing a battle with Rogue. She knew her powerset well enough to know to keep her at a distance. "Well all right then. Sounds like a treat. I won't hold back now though. I have something to prove." She walked through the training room to a point where they had some space in-between the others. She bowed gracefully.

"Now how to go about this? Powers are not off limits you said, but did you want to try hand-to-hand first or no holds barred. I don't want to hurt you, you know. Gambit would surely kill me if I ruin that pretty face."

Tinley Abercrombie and Tempest Renroir

Maybe it was true what they said: never meet your heroes. Pym was almost flippant in his response to Tempest despite her being one of very few people that understood what was going on. She had delved into the research before (okay, she hacked and downloaded it but it counted!). Either way, she was excited to see it at work.

Tinley watched as Ultron did its thing, counting those it grabbed from the Quantum Realm. First was some young girl who looked like Spider Man. Not one of her own, so she did not care. Second came Sparky and followed by Raynor. She walked over to them to check and see if, physically, they were all right. Lastly, Janet was pulled out. Four people pulled from seemingly nowhere and everywhere.

"It worked. We got them. Can we check their vitals and see if they are all right? We have medical here, plus Tempest can heal with her powers if need be." She would not step on Pym's toes. It was his lab, after all. Tempest responded to her name. "Here if you need me. That was...incredible! Better than the Youtube videos I've seen."

Tinley, however, had heard what the voice continued to say. "Wait, what secondary protocol?"

Josephine Clark

Location: The Ship
Skills: Searching (Investiagtion)

Josephine had been dreading the fact she would have a visible scar on her face from her time here, but also wondering about the potentially sexy scenarios it would bring that, perhaps, a genie had granted her wish, because soon her scar had vanished. The doctor was naturally surprised and fainted to the ground as she checked herself. It was gone, indeed. ”Darling, really, a witch? If I was a witch I would have used my powers long before this to find whoever took my watch or to blast away that vile man at the market. However, a lead is a lead. I suggest we find this gentlemen and gently persuade him to see our side of things.”

Jo took a cursory glance around and her eyes landed on a scalpel. It was small, but it had a blade and could be concealed. She picked it up and slid it under her top. ”Let us be off then.” She followed outside and along the hallway, seeing people working on the deck. They hadn’t noticed them yet, but that could change. Perhaps if they were caught they could explain that she had come on board to fix an injury and was on her way to her room.

”I’ll leave it to you darling, but perhaps we shouldn’t risk being seen and should turn around and head back through the infirmary. I will follow you though.”

Faye Masterson

Location:Train at Athribis
Skills: N/A

Faye had let her mind wander too far, it seemed, because they had arrived at their destination rather quickly. She was about to stand up and depart when she heard a commotion coming from outside. She looked around and saw people scrambling, but she could see no logical reason as to why that was the case. Perhaps this was the thing they needed to be sure of that they were on the right track. Richard had a similar idea as he made his way to check outside. Faye, in a moment of brain lapse, allowed him such and before she could stop him, Richard had rammed his head into the window, slightly cracking it but fully cracking his nose.

Blood came out readily and she quickly sprang into action, finding some cocktail napkins nearby and running over to put them over his nose. They would need to see about a doctor possibly looking into it, but it should stop the bleeding until that time. ”Really now, Richard. You need to be more careful. At this rate, you are going to wind up dead crushed under a box or something.” She looked around, seeing a goat run past the window as it chased what appeared to be a woman.

”What in the….Ok look. Let’s get off the train and see what can be done about your nose. We’re here at any rate and I am curious as to what is going on.” She would help Richard if he wished, but she wanted off that train.

Blush had just about enough of all of this. She had every right in her mind to stand up and charge after the Lord of this bloody Manor and show him what she found and tell him what she heard. IT was almost laughable how much she had figured out in her adventure upstairs. They were there, that much was obvious to anyone with eyes. Why were they there? They weren’t random strangers who decided to show up at some random mansion in the hopes of attending a ball and having a roof for the night. The sooner they realized that and it was out in the open, the better. She glanced at Jasper and gave him a venomous look that would kill the poor man if she had poison in her gaze. He had put his loyalty to some rich arse above her own choices and she would not forget that.

However, before she could stand and make her scene, the Lord had turned odd and appeared sick. Everyone else had run up to check on him. She stood up as well and took in the scene before her. Once it was pronounced that he was no more, Blush sat back down and folded her hands. She had gotten her wish, it seemed.

But then, how did he die? Surely, he didn’t just choke on something. Or have a heart attack. She stared at the food in front of her. ”I would not partake in the food if I were any of you. It seems this is finally turning into what it was always meant to be.”

Faith Masters

Location: Faith's Room

She had all but finished collecting her things when Bart entered her room. Odd that in her past life she would look at the boy and think nothing of him. He was cute, sure, but his presence would have put her off. Or she just would have been a bitch in general, because that was who she was. No longer the case, she had grown and learned she was more than that. She had to be more than that if she had any hope of surviving this she had been blessed or cursed with. On top of it all, she now had the extra task of being the sole person who could learn and save Eve and, potentially, them all.

So, she was feeling immensely pressured. She had put on a brave face below, but it seemed Bart had saw past it. She wondered if the others did too. Perhaps she couldn’t hide her feelings well. ”Truth be told, I am about 10 seconds away of saying β€˜fuck it’ and running back to whatever portal I can find and living my life in that time period. But I know this needs to happen and I know I need to be the one to do it. Doesn’t make it any less real or any less terrifying should I fail. I have people counting on me now and I have myself to prove it too just as much as Gio and Gil.”

β€œSo to answer your question: yes. I am ready to save your ass. Let’s be real, this was always how it was going to be.”
she said with a wicked grin. After, she felt the shake of some earthquake rattle throughout the mansion. She looked up. "The hell was that?"

Colette de La Fontaine

Location: Port Annan
Skills: Language -English

Colette debated about using her full working title or if she wished to appear as an everyday sort of person. If Lord Rutherford was there, he knew her name and might question why she did not use her full title. On the other hand, Lady Kirkpatrick might not want her inside or might question why a woman of her standing was riding around Europe just to deliver a message. Perhaps she was thinking too much into it. Either way, she needed to answer the man.

”My name is Lady Colette de la Fontaine. My father is Count Alexandre de la Fontaine in France. If the lady requires more information I will be happy to provide it.” Hopefully that would do for introductions as she debated on how to approach this. She had been subtly lying up until this point and if her target was here she would be faced with a predicament. Hopefully, the Lady of the house was inviting, and she wouldn’t be turned away at the door. She really had nowhere else to go other than to ride back to the town and find a room at the inn. She had traveled far enough as it was. If there was no hope here than she may as well return home and face whatever might happen. She wondered how the Captain would handle her future betrothal. She worried it might involve violence, but was she truly saddened by that?

Priya Khurana

Location: Grimaldi Manor (Tunnels)
Skills:Investigation

Priya’s thoughts ran to the past and what Riley had been through in her high school days. A girl accused and later found innocent might have a grudge against those who accused her and those who even so much as thought of her as guilty. Could that be who they were looking for? If the Strawberry Quick was any indication, it was possible. That only cemented her in finding out who was down here. She could feel the breeze, so wind was coming in from somewhere and the person couldn’t have passed by them to head back to the manor, so forward was the only option.

Priya searched around her and she stopped briefly when she noticed the wall looked odd. There was an odd indentation. She looked at it closer and saw it was a hole. ”Hey, look at this. There’s a hole here.” She inspected it. Part of her worried about the traps previously mentioned, but this was better than continuing to scour the tunnel for some hope of an end to it. She took out the key she had dug out of the wall before and looked at it in comparison to the hole she now faced.

”I’m going to do something drastic, but potentially extremely awesome. Stand back in case this blows up in my face, literally and figuratively.” With that, she inserted the key into the hole to see what it would do.
