She typically wears her hair down as it falls to her lower back. She has only ever cut it once (and regrets it to this day). Jewelry is minimal, but she is fond of earrings and necklaces. She is also a big fan of sweatpants.

Personality: FantasyChic is, above all else, a fun-loving person. If it's not fun, she does not take part in it (unless she has to). She is sarcastic and witty to a fault, at the expense of others. She isn't afraid to tell someone off if they are acting the fool. She can be the best friend you could ever want or the worst enemy to make. The choice is, often, not yours.

FantasyChic is reliable. She strives to get her tasks done, even if it takes a bit, but she will do it, especially for those she cares about. She can be inattentive, usually not because she does not care, but because she is probably thinking about puppies/glitter/memes/etc. She is also troublesome, getting things wrong and messing up in real life and in RP. However, she doesn't let bad times phase her.

History

Why Did You Come To The RP Guild?: I had the itch to RP those years ago and no amount of writing was sedating it. I needed a creative outlet. So after scouring the internet, I stumbled across this site. And the rest is history.

Life Before The Guild: I started RPing in the MMO (Massive Multiplayer Online) game City of Heroes. I played for fun, but I ran into a group of people RPing. I asked them what they were doing and they introduced me to the concept. A quick character creation later and I joined their team and began RPing on my own.

Eventually, I moved from game to game, RPing in each one. I played Guild Wars 2, Elder Scrolls Online, Star Wars: The Old Republic, and Tera mainly. Each game introduced me to new concepts and I grew my skills in RPing.

However, tragedy struck in each game. I was put into positions I was not comfortable in, I was harassed by people I thought were my friends, and I found myself not having fun anymore. So I up and quit. After a couple months, I missed RPing.

Life Since The Guild: It's been a whirlwind of a time on here. A rocky start found me joining (and leaving) many RPs due to inactivity or lost interest. Finally, I found a place I feel wanted, loved, and cared for. And I don't plan on leaving it soon. It got to the point where I am even considering GMing my own game: a thought I NEVER thought I would have.

This is my home now.

Relations

For one reason or another, I have come to know these people and consider them friends. Regardless of starts or ends, these people are the reason I continue to come to this site day after day. And I wouldn't have it any other way!

@Lord Wraith: Probably the person I consider my first friend on here. He seemed to be in every game I put interest in (especially the superhero ones). As time went on, we got to know each other and became friends. We've had ups and downs, but he will always be someone I care about and I hope we can write again in the future.

@Morose: Oh my pink bothers you? Too bad! I love this girl so much! She is a wonderful GM and a great person to talk to. We've butted heads a few times, but what friends don't? Who knew we started off in Superhero RPs together? I must have blurred those memories! Either way, she is a great storyteller and I look forward to the chaos we'll cause!

@Nallore: This girl is quite the character. She's goofy and fun and a joy to be around! She's there if you need someone to listen to you vent or to just bitch about our life with. She has even become a really good GM, able to create some interesting stories. Put us together and I have a feeling not much would ever get done.

@ONL: We met in an RP and our characters were fated to be stuck together. After all, we only have each other in that game. He's such a sweet guy and his characters are all interesting to read and interact with. I've had the best time RPing with you and I hope it continues.

@Natsu: This guy is so sweet. I've enjoyed RPing with him and having my characters and his interact because there always seems to be an inherent closeness with them. He's such a sweetheart.

With the fighting stopped, Mona faced the same situation she was in before. What did she do now? She was eager to get her hands dirty again, learn more about what she could and could not do. She saw little use in this Charmspeak or Love Manipulation, despite the fact it had worked during Capture the Flag, but perhaps she could use it on monsters? Get them to do her bidding and attack each other perhaps? It was worth a look.

She smiled at her sibling, one of the few she could stand, as she left to go back to the cabin. That was her deal, but Mona wanted a bit more. Everyone else seemed more or less in their own groups. She wondered if she was allowed to leave and if she had to be with someone else or armed or something. Come to think of it, did they have ANY adults watching over them? Not that she wanted that, but it stood to reason that summer camps usually had staff.

Then again, summer camps also didn't have monster attacks and campers with magic and weapons.

Pandora Quill

Location: Fashion Boutique
Skills: N/A

Pandora skimmed the selection of attire strewn about the store. It might bear the name of some designer or another, but she could spot cheap knock-offs a mile away. You never conned a con artist. She had to give credit where it was due, these were careful imitations. They paid attention to detail, but it just wasn't perfect enough. And to top it off, she had some stuck-up snob eyeing her across the store, most likely to see if she was about to shoplift.

She thought about it. But it was still insulting.

Nothing here was worth her effort, but Pandora didn't want to leave without getting something out of this visit. So she waved over the store associate. "Yes?" she responded in a tone that could have frozen any number of soccer moms waltzing in here, but Pandora was no fool. If she wanted to give ice, Pandora would return with fire.

"Yes, I wanted to get your opinion on this dress here. Now, I think it's probably the ugliest piece of merchandise you have in this store and I really need something for my poor puppy at home to do his business on so it doesn't get on my clean floor. Do you think this fits the bill or was there some other trash you have in the back that might suit my needs?" The associate was a bit taken aback, but to her credit, she came back to attention. "I beg your pardon. This comes straight from Milan!" Pandora asked her. "Mmm see, no it doesn't. Because anyone in fashion worth their salt would see that this material is nowhere near the consistency of Milan's work. You would be lucky if this came from some sweatshop in Shanghai. So how about you part with it for near pennies, and we call it a day hmm?" She wasn't surprised when the associate grabbed the dress in a huff and turned and trolloped off. Pandora took that as a sign to leave.

As she exited, she put on the "designer" sunglasses she had just pocketed and made her getaway. She got free shades and made someone feel like trash. It wasn't such a bad day anymore.

Myth the Muse

Location: Room 847 - The Ramblings
Skills: N/A

So not only did they have Slyvi, who could see a ghost and a vampire but now they had a vigilante who had marked her after them. Matters continued to spiral. "Well, I won't let that happen. Whoever this vigilante is will have to go through me first and I took down a frost giant not that long ago." Myth provided a warm smile, hoping to at least alleviate some of their nerves.

Sylvi wasn't doing good and she needed to leave. A tavern could work, potentially. "We can go, but no alcohol for either of you." Deep down, she was still a mom. Upon Mona's suggestion to walking or...."wooshin'", she decided it was better to get there sooner rather than later. "We could teleport and get there quicker. If we go on the road we run the risk of being caught by this vigilante. So we will "woosh" I guess. Provided everyone has everything they need?"

Fleur La Mallificum

Location: ???

Fleur listened with interest as the voices carried themselves with the help of Violet. It seems an attack on the castle had failed, though Fleur tried to piece together the information she knew with the names and places she heard. The Empress mentioned must be Empress Astris, who ruled over the Eastern SnowPlains. The Lagoon must be the kingdom that didn't use Magyk ruled by King Nicholas, the cousin of Queen Meliscente. Whatever these voices were planning, it was not good for whoever was involved.

Fleur had peeked and saw the figure with dancing flames around him. That was obviously Lord Hellfire. "I am not one to enter myself into the affairs of others as long as my cohort is not affected. However, I may not have dealt with him before, but it would only be a matter of time before this Lord Hellfire sets his sights on our lands and I will not stand by and allow that to happen. Whatever revenge plagues the royal family will come through me. I suggest caution though. This man has power, clearly. And he has help. We are but only us two. If we intend to address them, we'll need all our wits about us."

Leighton Brooks

Location: The Mutant Underground -> On the Road - Washington D.C.

Leighton beamed a bit upon Veil agreeing with her. She kind of felt like she had control now. She had managed herself in the fight before and now she was being taken to an actual mission where she could show her use. Show she wouldn't endanger anyone else again. When Max asked that the two of them be paired up, Leighton felt a surge of warmth inside of her. She had pretty much thought the exact same thing, she just didn't want to insinuate anything. It did make the most sense, being so close in age. Plus, she wanted to keep an eye on him.

"I agree with Max. It makes the most sense for us to be seen together. The only issue is..." before she could address the glaring hole of her age, Max had produced a fake I.D. She had used one before, but this looked legit. "Never mind. Way to be on top of things Max. And solid work. Love the name too. Always thought I looked like a Veronica," she joked. She put the I.D. away as they drove. Thoughts raced, but she was ready. Eager even. This was the big times and even little miss Nazi killer wouldn't put a damper on her mood. Though, that was something perhaps a professional needed to look at.

Anastasia Reinhardt

Location: Hellfire Club
Skills Morality Manipulation

Ana merely grinned at Shaw's attempt to rile her up. It was not the first time she had been looked down upon due to her age, it would not be the last. Plus, the Three-in-One had commanded him to sit, with Emma adding that he not talk either. She knew what would happen next. In fact, she relished it as Magneto did as he suggested, offering a demonstration. Each knife inserted into Shaw curved her smile more and more. And Shaw could do nothing but sit there. Couldn't move. Couldn't scream. It was like poetry.

Even Jinx got into the mix. Helping aid them by jinxing Shaw and inserting his own knife into his eye (sloppy technique, but Ana could appreciate the humor behind it). Requiem did not remain behind and she was not surprised. Let the man think he won. She eyed Emma, nodding at her as a way of non-verbally communicating that she knew what was truly happening here. She had chosen a side, for now. She expected to reap the benefits of such a decision later. For now, she allowed herself a moment to enjoy pain in all its glory.

Belladonna

Location: Serval Industries - Training Room -> The Jet
Skills: N/A

Bella had not really been listening to the others. She had been preparing herself for the eventual battle they would be having. Either with Gardner or whoever she had working with her to hold Anthony. Before she knew it, she had been grabbed by Watts and whisked to the Jet. She wouldn't say as much, but she didn't appreciate being ran around, but she also knew Watts was determined to get to Anthony as soon as possible, so she let it slide.

Once on the jet, she checked her weapons before she sat down and closed her eyes, entering a meditative state. She often did this before a mission to center herself. Despite how her master had intended her to be, the skills he taught her were valuable. Calming herself and checking her emotions helped clear her mind and zone herself to the battle ahead. She would need her skills here. She could feel it. The others had their merits, she was more sure of Sapphire now and a bit more sure of Bobbi, but she trusted herself above all others.

She let the others do their thing. If they bothered her, it was at their own expense.

Tinley Abercrombie and Tempest Renroir

Location: Pym Technologies
Skills: Mind Control (Tinley), Healing Energy Manipulation (Tempest)

Tinley could sense the tension. Despite having their people out, they were injured or worse. Tinley listened to Bonnie, impressed by the girl's command of the situation. She decided to take matters into her own hands. Tinley entered Novikova's mind. She had done this before to get the girl to wake up, so this shouldn't be different. Right?

Tempest meanwhile had prepped herself to play healer. She sidled up to Raynor, aware of Theresa's grip on him. Barton took control, able to allow her room to work. "Well I mean, I played a lot of World of Warcraft as a healer. I'm sure I healed a God in there at some point, yeah? Should be a piece of pie." Tempest calmed herself down, aware of her racing heart. She began to work on Raynor.

Tinley had entered Novikova's mind. There, she tried to issue a command. "Wake up Novikova. You have someone very worried about you." However, something was different here. Tinley could sense there was something wrong in Novikova's mind. Something had affected her. Tinley snapped back out. Novikova was awake, but... "There's something wrong with her mind. It's been damaged. I don't know if I can fix it." She would need healing, but could Tempest achieve that feat?

Tempest had started healing Raynor. It proved difficult at first, but she managed to return his normal color. She checked him out, confident he was at least in stable condition. "Well, he's stable for now. I could probably do more in-depth stuff with more room and other equipment and doctors and whatnot, but as of right now he is not in danger." Tempest looked at the others, unsure where to direct her attention next. The Spider girl or whoever she was or Novikova? "Who needs help next? I can do my best."

Allison Andrewss

Location: The Baxter Building - New York
Skills: Telekinesis

Allison had been focused on Guin and the other girl that she almost missed when Mystique and her cohort arrived. Bullets flew, and Allison felt herself get tugged away as Oshea prevented her form being shot. "Yeah, I'm fine." Allison stared them down, but felt a shift from Oshea, looking over to him. She recalled that his memories were intact now, which means he remembered everything. Even his own death. She took his hand and squeezed. "You ok?" He replied, "Yeah I'm fine Ally. Don't worry." She nodded, but she still worried. It wasn't every day to face off against the person who killed you.

Guin and the mystical girl, whoever she was, seemed to have a handle on Mystique, and the others focused on Pyro. Which left beast boy to them. "You ready to take him down?" Oshea grinned and nodded, "It'll be my pleasure to beat him to a pulp." Allison let go of his hand. "I'm going to hold him, you run at him and knock him out." With that said, she ran forward. "This is for killing my future fiance, jackass." She summoned her telekinesis, holding Sabretooth in place. She figured if the man couldn't get to his claws, Oshea would be fine. Sure enough, Oshea ran forward and clocked Sabretooth in the face with a loud boom, knocking the man out. Allison ran up to him and hugged Oshea. "That was so cool!"

Tinley Abercrombie

Location: Le Beau Casino - New Orleans
Skills: Mind Control

Tinley had about enough of all of this. "This situation is annoying. Let's just go." That was, of course, before the bar fighting began. It didn't take much to see that Chrysi or whoever the fuck she was happened to be the cause of it. Tinley swiveled to face her now. "Big mistake." Maria had already tried to force her to sleep, but seemed to struggle. She patted her shoulder before she stepped up to the plate.

Tinley reached into Chrysi's mind and gave her a command. "You will fall asleep and not wake up for some time." With that command entered into Chrysi's mind, the girl fell to the floor, asleep. Tinley then faced the crowd who seemed to be agitated and ready to fight. She tried to latch on to their minds, but found it difficult to get to them. "I can't get them to stop."

Anastasia Reinhardt

Location: Le Beau Casino - New Orleans
Skills: Morality Manipulation

Ana ignored the clawed boy's dig at her. She could make him disembowel himself if she wished, but that was not the way. She had to admit her curiosity over the entire situation was more than her thirst for blood and mayhem. Before she could address the others, she heard the red-haired girl shout that it was someone's fault before people around them began to fight with each other. Ana enjoyed a good show, but this was proving to be more annoying than anything.

She also overheard the blond kid's comment at her. She had never met the boy, but he somehow knew what she could do? Interesting. She would deal with that later. "Hold that thought." She turned to the crowd that was forming for a bar fight before she grabbed their subconscious. The bar brawl patrons would feel her in their minds as she moved their desires around. They would, instead, be opposed to fighting. Almost a fear of conflict. Once out, she looked around. It seemed as though the situation would not escalate. Satisfied, she turned and marched toward the boy.

She raised her palm and slapped him across the face. Hard enough that he fell to the ground. "First, thank you for the compliment as to my powers. But I don't know you and we never met. How the hell do you know what I can and cannot do? I would also warn you to learn how to speak to your betters. I did not cause this, but as you can see, I helped calm it down."
So when I look for FC's, I like to get a feel of how I picture my character. And this varies based on the RP. I'll usually scour FC tumblr pages, as mentioned, but I will also look for TV shows, movies, etc. that heavily feature the setting I will be RPing in. For example, if I am joining a Victorian period RP, I will be looking at shows and such that revolve around that setting. Google image results help a lot.

I also look in my free time. If I see someone I think will make a good FC down the road, I save it in a PM to myself on here (and a back-up, just in case). I have about 15 at the moment, for various settings.

As I've grown as an RPer, I've decided I don't like art as my FC. I prefer real people, but that's personal preference. If you use art, I feel you need to give the artist credit for their work. It's different with a celebrity since they can be easily found (though I will, of course, tell ppl who my FC is if asked).

Either way, I would just google dive whenever I have free time. It can be a lot of fun!

Desdemona Pemberton

Mona stared down the Empousa. Before she had come here, this would have shocked her. There was still a part of her reeling from all of this, but at least now she had a handle on it. Knowing you had some powers to back you up helped. She saw the others charge, taking care of most of them. She grinned down at her bracelet. "Don't need it. I got my weapon right here. Don't wait up!" She called after Arthur, before charging the two remaining Empousa.

One was wounded, which was an easy kill. Mona took off her bracelet and prepared to slice with a sword. What she had not accounted for was it turning into a spear instead. She nearly fell over, but she made do. She swiped and stuck the spear into the wounded creature, killing it. She pulled her spear back and faced the remaining foe.

"All right ugly. Don't mess with the children of gods next time." She summoned her nature power, forming a thorn underfoot. She called it forth and it shot up, spearing the remaining Empusa through, killing it. She pulled it back down before. She looked around to see if there were any others hiding. But it seemed the battlefield was clear.

"Easy as pie."

Myth the Muse

Location: Room 847 - The Ramblings
Skills: N/A

Myth put her hands over her ears as Sylvi screamed. She got the sense it wasn't directed at her or Mona though. And Tate had entered her thoughts. She couldn't blame the boy, of course. He was going through an ordeal with someone he cared deeply for. Would she not do the same? "If that is what you feel you needed to do to trust me, so be it. But I am here to help."

She knew, more or less, the situation. She didn't like the part about the vigilante though. "So someone is out there hunting her? Was she at the castle before we arrived? How do you know this?" Mona's idea had some merit too. It could help Sylvi for the time being. But to what end? Did they want a cure? Did they even have one? Or was this her life now? "All right. We cna try that, but then we need to think about where to go and what to do."

Fleur La Mallificum

Location: ???
Skills: Lyte Magyk

Fleur had already stated what she knew. "I'm afraid I do not know much more than that, which gravely upsets me. A portal led us here, a portal in my old home, and I knew nothing about it. I intend to find answers, but we must be cautious going forward. I feel this is not a place we were meant to be." The metal obelisk in front of them began to glow and Fleur prepared herself for combat but needed not to. Instead, the area surrounding them gradually turned to darkness. Had they moved?

She heard whispers. The mention of Lord Hellfire intrigued her. "I do not know that name, but I assume it is a demon of some sort. I dealt with one already, what's one more. But just in case..." Fleur threw up a protection spell around her and Violet using Lyte Magyk. "That should protect us somewhat, but if we are about to come face to face with a demon, we'll need more than that. I hope you are up to the challenge." With that, Fleur pressed forward now. Eager to get the answers she desired.
