I mean... When you scoop, you scoop. Saves time, especially if resources aren't held in place. Ayami was basically out of tools at that point, so once the Valk on the field pops it doesn't take very long for her attempt to stall the game to go south.

...Also because I admittedly lost track of how much LP she had and how much stuff was tossed in the Grave lol.

Speaking of obtaining more cards for children's card games, I should probably make sure my stuff is ready for tomorrow's sneak peek. Gotta get them Zoodiacs and Lawnmowings for maximum resale value. :D
Ayami stared at the rider for the good few minutes that he went on raving to himself about his self-perceived victory. She rolled her eyes at his theatrics, and considering how a few people were beginning to look over at the duel now, the young woman thought it in her best interests to end this farce as soon as possible.

"Draw. Battle phase. Attack," she said curtly, watching as her opponent's Life Points dropped to zero. "In any case, I had things I wanted to be doing. I'll simply fold now so we can get on with other things. This works just as well, no?"

With as serious a face as she had sustained before, Ayami watched as her life points dropped to zero as she placed all the cards back in their rightful position in her deck. It was certainly... Anticlimactic, for sure, but it wasn't as if she had much of a stake in the game outside of having to deal with him.

"Sorry to cut the match short, Matt. If I didn't, I feel like our friend over there wouldn't stop spouting off for the next half an hour about it. In exchange, do you want to come along to the card store with me? I've been wanting to check it out for the last day or so, but I haven't gotten the chance to, yet," she offered, a small smile on her face as the Duel Disk seemingly disappeared into nothingness. "I wonder what else they'd have in stock, though... The school offers much of whatever else we'd want, I think..."
@Eklispe: Okay. Now that there's actually nothing left on that field now, I uh...

I think Ayami'll just take out the rider and concede to Matt just to one-up the former (and also so she can go hunting for cards at the card store). Do you mind that sorta end?
Oh, don't worry about it. So long as people are made aware that stuff has come up, I don't see a problem in waiting.

Gives me more time to scheme for the future, too. :3c
@Blight Bug: Oh, my mistake. Well, attack facedown time then. Lemme edit. One moment.

Edit: And edited. God, I am really out of it. I'm so sorry.
"...You do realize the folly of that statement, right?" Ayami asked, watching as the rider's ace monster got flicked back into the Extra Deck. "Actually, given how you've been spouting off for the last few minutes, I'm not surprised that you'd end up throwing a fit."

Drawing a card from her Deck, Ayami opted to simply go straight to her Battle Phase. Pointing at the facedown card, Ayami watched as Nekroz of Valkyrus pointed its weapon at it.

"Attack."

Her turn would essentially end there--no more, no less.
*looks around*

How goes the posts, then? owo;;

In any case... Well, introductory missions are pretty cut and dry. There are still quite a few unknowns to keep everyone guessing, though. :D
@Blight Bug:... Oh.

Valk has 2900 Attack.
I swear you had more.
Damn. I don't even think I can reasonably give the final blow to @Eklispe, because extended BM is bad and I don't think gifting the final blow would be like Ayami.

...Should I just smack for game? owo;;
@Blight Bug: Aight, will write smth up sooner or later.

Quick question, though: how much LP you got left again? I want to set it up so that Eklispe can end it right after my post, and I kinda lost track atm lol.
@Blight Bug: Flip facedown: Storming Mirror Force.
