Desperate times, call for desperate measures. I suggest using most, if not all of Kelvin's explosives, as well as Furnace's furnace to create terrain, similar to a moat, in the sense that you can seal yourself off from the raiders.

Well that's one character down, 7 still left alive. Can everyone else manage to escape?

Me and Suki are luckily safe (for the most part) as I don't think they'd chase us that far into the woods without destroying the town first.

Have the voices in her head argue with each other about Vis. Only then Alula runs off to find him risking injury and death. Blind a few goblins/kobolds with your moonbeam, and find Vis at the outskirts of the forest. (Also have Alula get slightly wounded by some attacks.)
