2nd team that is dully formed, whoo! Anyone got any questions, or need some inspiration beat into them?
I had one RP once, I would love to reproduce, but its so different from standard forum RPing, I don't think I'd be able to.

It started out on a different forum, in the games section. Someone had a game of 'x happens, what do you do, A, B, or C'? It turned out into a full RP, with a cast of characters, a fantasy setting, and pretty good plot. Here's the kicker, and where it got weird. We didn't control any characters, we took turns writing in the RP, and then left a list of options of what happens next, leaving it up to the next player to pick what happened, and to write out the scene.

Way simplified version
----------------------------
Player 1:

Fred is running for his life, being chased down by soldiers, his village being burned down.

A) Fred turns and tries fighting
B) Someone saves Fred
C) The soldiers catch Fred

Player 2:

B) Someone saves Fred

As Fred is running, he hears the clash of steel, and turns, to see a female with a sword drawn fending off the soldiers.

"What are you doing, keep going!"

A) Ask who she is
B) Keep running
C) Help

---------------

It was fun, and we had a full cast of characters, and it was really interesting.
To give everyone somewhere to go, the genin are arriving in town, and are expected to set up a base for the next little while. They are experienced genin, and have known their team for a while. This is a 'drag' of a mission, they are sent to a recently ruined village to watch for strange stuff that isnt likely to happen, and will be expected to be away from home for months. The area is a hellhole, but otherwise has been quiet for a year, why the smallfry are sent to keep watch.

Of course as your Gms, we'll make crap blow up.

Questions?
Kicho Hashiba

"HAAYA!"
A final kick landed against the training post, accidentally sending its giver sprawling backwards, leaving her panting against the ground. Ofuda scattered around the area. Struggling the girl pushed herself to get back up.

"D-don't give up now Kicho, I can't fall behind Kareha and Keikoku... even more. I don't want to drag them down."

Pushing herself, she started another assault on the training post, before stumbling forward, grabbing it for support.

"Aw...Come on... one more... one more...and I can start cleaning up the hideout."

A shadow caught her eye, and Kicho nearly jumped out of her skin.

"Kareha? Oh crap!"

Kicho hurried to grab the Ofuda off the ground, her body still complaining as it moved.

"Sorry Kareha, I lost track of time! I'll get the kitchen ready, sorry!"

She was still dirty and sore, but she moved towards the hideout anyways before Kareha could comment, rushing to get things in order. She could curse at herself for failing to get things ready for her teammates. Calling out the window, Kicho continued readying the kitchen.

"We're finally getting more genin in town. That should make it easier for us. Wonder if they'll make fun of us for not having a sensei? Either way, its easier to fit in with more people. I'm going to meet them tonight. I wonder what the Leaf ninja will be like."

Kicho fiddled with her Leaf headband as she said that.
@hex, great char, accepted, history actually made me sad. Throw it in the char bin.

Thanks for getting back to me :)

Well first, the Rotation is a technique passed orally in the Main Branch house of the Hyuga and the reason people thought Neji was a genius for learning it was only because he'd learned it without it being taught to him (since he's a member of the Branch family) so I didn't take age or Rank into consideration since I didn't feel like it mattered. I believe 13-16 would be a reasonable age for it to have been taught if one has the right Chakra control to do it.

Second, the issue with when her Father trains her... Well in my mind, I was thinking Genin don't do a lot of away missions where they're gone for extended periods of time. Don't they mainly do like.... D rank missions? Would once a week be more reasonable? If not, what do you think is? Every few weeks? It's something that flexible of course but I do want to keep her trainings as a semi-regular thing.

As for the last one, I was thinking of ways to kind of set her apart. Essentially I was thinking that she could have the fastest hands, meaning that she is able to accurately pinpoint and attack one's chakra points faster than anyone else. This would be due to her having a really pure or strong Byakugan as well as some natural talent for accuracy. It's not something I have to keep so I can take it out if need be.

(I am secretly Yosh in disguise, he's got work, so I'll finish this up)

1) We'll give Rotation as I had said with chakra control you can get it, but as Yosh points out, it is a very strong tech. I'd like it if you can have a limited form, like a cooldown period or something after it so you can't spin all day.

2) Well, big part of the RP is several genin teams are stationed into the ruins of the Hidden Whirlpool village, it'll be a while before she gets home.

3) Eh, natural talent for accuraccy is one thing, and I don't have a problem with, but 'the best' even though she's young I kinda do.

Fix those, and throw it in the bin with everyone elses.

Into the bin with that as well
Perfect, throw it in the bin

Summary: Scared out of her mind, Kicho just wants to move forward and help her friends.

@The Unraveller- It looks like 'Ribingu no kiri' is an enhanced version of Hiding in Mist Jutsu, which is B ranked, and I'd have to say no to that alone. Only way that would work is if it was a close range cloud of limited distance. The chakra sensing for now I'm going to have to say no to as well, specially as your char isn't a sensor. I also use Earth Release a ton, I know hiding can be cheap (love doing it), so going to say make sure you remember your character needs air whenever he goes underground.

Also, good luck controlling a mute, might be hard, but up to you.

@TheFourth- Gotta be honest, Nara's are really hard to grade. With the attributes, if his intelligence plays that big a part of his combat, I'd need it listed under skills. I'm a wee bit hesitant though about okaying a taijutsu oriented Nara with shadow clones. I'm pretty sure those aren't shadow clones though, as you have that as a C-ranked tech, shadow clones are B-ranked. I'd like a name change, just to avoid confusion, maybe shade clones? If it's C-rank, they'd be weaker, so I'd say they can't use seperate jutsu. Also, to avoid combo potential, and cause you do have flash bangs, I'd like them weak to light.
