Bio

Well hello.

I guess I should introduce myself, huh.

I'm Gardevoiran, just some schmuck going to college and working towards getting a degree in Fine Arts.

I do commissions and what-not, and you can ask me to do a commission for you through my Discord (Gardevoiran #1429) or up here through RPGuild PMs, and I receive donations and payment through my Ko-fi page. Clicking the box right below here will take you to it.

I'm a nerd. I play Pokemon religiously, I dabble in some anime, I write up here, and I love watching incredibly awful movies and just making fun of them. Specifically things like "Leo the Lion" and what not.

I don't have much else to say, so I guess I can leave you guys with a really bad joke.

"What do you call a cow with two legs?"
"Lean beef."

Lorenzo of Windor

Sweet release.

Lorenzo felt himself fall towards the abyss, falling loose of Merlin in all the chaos as he could only look down in wonderment. All he could do at that point was open his arms as he felt the world slow around him. He was welcoming the idea that he wouldn't wake up from this chaos soon. What he had witnessed in the last few minutes was fantastic, surely, and what he would give to paint a scene like that. The crippled archer, mischievous trickster, noble doctor, and valiant knight, with hound and horse in tow, fighting off a pack of bloodthirsty and darkened wolves. Alas, it didn't seem likely.

After all, was this a story meant to have a good end? If it was, then Loyal's death wouldn't have happened.

Lorenzo smiled at Martyrdom before he simply closed his eyes and waited for the floor to eventually hit him. He was ready, and he was prepared to accept moving on.

"I'm coming, Loyal."

"Oh for the love of Lugia...!" Skylar sighed. He could only assume what Vivia was screaming about was a Jigglypuff. A single moment passed before he immediately had a plan. It'd give Skylar and Vivia a chance to run, but it wasn't the worst idea that Skylar had ever created. That went to the incident with the Murkrow at his dad's lab, and that was a story for another day.

"Vivia, get ready to run!" Skylar brandished a Pokeball from his bag and prepared it to toss, patting Seabreeze on the head to get his attention. "Seabreeze, I can't tell where it is with my eyes! I need you to fly over to it and make noise!"

Seabreeze hopped off of Skylar's head and flapped his wings on over to Jigglypuff with haste, getting right behind the Jigglypuff and using Supersonic on it to try and confuse it, as well as alert Skylar to the 'puff's location. Skylar's head snapped towards it as soon as he heard the Supersonic, and he took one deep breath before throwing the empty Pokeball at the Jigglypuff. If he somehow managed to land it in the ball, they'd get a few seconds to run behind cover and hide at the very least.

@Crossfire

Tibulass stared at Stryker as the shuttle pulled into the front of the area. "You alright? I gotta say, I'm a bit nervous. I've been many different faces before, but never have I been a female one such as this..." She looked out of the shuttle and watched the characters move. "Excuse me real quick, just need to get my story right." Tibulass looked at the mirror as she understood who she was.

Jen Stormare. She had pledged her allegiance to the Federation with her lover, Marcus Stormare, and the two were previously mercenaries under the affiliation of the Black Sky Company, with Marcus being the founder. Jen, conveniently, had found herself relating to a high amount of Skaldurm traditions. She never smoked, always found herself close to Marcus whether it was intentional or not, and had impeccable knowledge of military-grades weapons. It was also rumored she could really hold her drink, and she was apparently closer to Ha'rek than most. More than a contact and Marcus, less than a normal acquaintance.

Tibulass took a deep breath, before clearing her throat and turning to Stryker. "So, Marcus, aren't you going to get the door?" Her voice was noticeably different, more true to Jen Stormare's than Tibulass Sepitan. "I know you've got better manners than that."

Skylar looked at Vivia with a smile on his face (even if he was facing a bit too far left). "No worries, Vivia! I've got Seabreeze watching me! Plus, despite the glasses and cane, I'm not completely unable to see." Skylar said as he walked along a roughly flat path, patting the ground with his cane as he took each step, just in case there was a sudden drop-off anywhere that he wasn't expecting. "I have... uh... 500/20 vision... with a cone of about 20 degrees in visibility. I'm not able to see much unless it's directly in front of me. I normally rely on my hearing and my dad's Xatu to see, but since he went back to the lab I'm a bit out of luck, heh."

The kid walked into the forest, skipping past all the Petilil and Cottonee he could hear as they moved through the forest. "Seabreeze should be just fine, though I think he's a bit erratic in his thoughts, too." Skylar kept explaining as the two walked, with Seabreeze watching every step and occasionally being distracted by the shimmer of attacks being used to put on small little shows. "Some people would sooner let Seabreeze go for being how he is, but I think he's great! After all, how could I judge something that's kind of like me? It'd just be wrong."

The entire time Skylar was walking and leading the path, he was looking out for any flying-types that he could find. He wanted to seek them out and train them so he could use them, though he was looking for something a bit more in each of them. If he found a Pokemon that wasn't the greatest and had some form of issue, he wouldn't idly stand by and keep it from being all that it could be. "I'm not interested in the Pokemon League or Contests. I'm interested in learning about Pokemon. I see them not only as potential friends, but as balls of potential that just need the right amount of friendship to tap into. It's that simple for me, really."

The trainer looked up at Seabreeze. "Keep an eye out for some flying types, okay buddy? I'm not sure what we'll find here, but if we find a Tropius that's willing to let us befriend it, I would love to catch it."

Of course, Seabreeze responded with an excited "Wingull!"

Digbie stood near Jason and Oberon, listening to them speak between each other as he thought about what his next decision would be. He trusted that Jason could keep him safe and help him level up if he stayed, which was nice, but Oberon... he knew Oberon. Oberon knew him. He truly trusted Oberon, and he knew that the Pixie wouldn't be leaving him behind to die any time soon. The two kind of worked well together, in any case. Digbie just needed a good buff before he could start being a better help, and he'd be hopefully getting that soon.

As he came to his decision, he grabbed a Healing Herb and ate it (if one was available to be grabbed) before dragging his gear over to Oberon and looking at him. "I'm... leaving too. I like it here in this cave, but there's a whole world out there to explore, and I wanna experience it all!" He was there for a reason, and he wanted to find it out. He couldn't do that stuck in a cave his entire life.

Plus, there were zombies. Digbie wasn't having any of that.

He looked up to Oberon and gave him a thumbs-up and a smile. "Lead the way, Oberon!"

Finish it off, Fitness Feya!
[Clothing @Spiffy and hyping up @Leaves]

Bonekid was watching the match on and off, getting the major details while also tending to making sure his mom was comfortable. She took quite the beating, and he just wanted her to feel a lot more at ease and comfortable on the bleachers. Lilli wasn't doing too great, and the kid wanted her to be better. That being said, Bonekid's vigor was reignited as Boone finished the match, with the skeleton practically shooting out of his seat in excitement. That was his captain, alright! The best sharpshooter on the crew!

He snapped his finger as a handful of vines shot out of the ground, them fully blooming into a leafy coat before the coat was carried to Boone by a different vine. "There you are, Cap'n. You don't look right without your jacket." Bonekid didn't have much more to say to Boone at the moment, because he was already thinking about the next fight. While he was sure he could go in and win against the next opponent, he was busy tending to Lilli.

"It's almost time for you to shine, Feya! You better show that cannonball what peak performance is when it's time!" Bonekid pumped his fist in the air before giving Feya a big thumbs-up. He knew she wasn't going to let anyone down. If anyone could wrestle the big boss here into submission, it'd be her. Until then, there's just one more fight to go before the climax.

Skylar was disheartened that all the Pidgeys around him were pretty much the same, and while fighting some Rattatas was fun, he was ultimately getting nowhere fast. He was eager to find some new team members, and while Pidgeys were good and all, he wasn't so excited about catching one. He only had 5 Pokeballs to his name, and he figured it'd be worth using one on something with a little more variability.

As such, he needed to convince the rest of his friends that he wanted to move forward. SO, he looked in their general direction, and walked towards them (as long as Seabreeze didn't get distracted while he was walking)

"Hey, Vivia and Alice? Think we can go check out the Silent Woods? All that's around here are Pidgeys and Rattatas. They're not great for training, I don't think..." He held out his arms for Seabreeze to fall into, which he did, before patting his bird on the head. He was adorable, Seabreeze. Just the most precious Wingull ever.

The goblin was making pretty good progress on the digging, when his head turned to face Oberon's general direction. The sound waves coming from Oberon were loud enough to be picked up by Digbie's {Tremor Sense II} passively, but he also felt the incoming swarms of multiple... things. He couldn't decipher what they were exactly, he just knew there were things that were coming.

Yeah, if now was a good time to leave, it's convinced Digbie.

Rain (?) spoke to Digbie and Asteria first, saying she was leaving. Asteria said they couldn't leave yet, and told Digbie that they were going to check the surroundings for something that they felt (and he felt too). Digbie tilted his head at her in confusion at the leaving comment. Nevertheless, he grabbed his things and nodded at Rain. "I'm there with you. I'm feeling things with my Tremor Sense that I'm not liking, not at all." He lugged his things behind him as he went off toward's where he heard Oberon was. "I'm gonna go try to find Oberon or Mourningstar first, though."

As the goblin walked, he called out to the emptiness of the cave. "Hello?! Oberon? Mourningstar? Anyone?" He was heading for Oberon near the lake, but he didn't know where exactly he was going. He was following his understanding of the cave's structure to figure out where the exit was, and he knew it was past the lake... or it was, the last time he checked. Who knew if it was still the same at this point?

Digbie covered his ears at Jason's shouting, feeling disheartened at the sudden shouting. What was he doing wrong? Digbie always had dug when he was stressed and in need of something to do. This dungeon, it had changed Jason for the worse. Whatever was going on, whether it was due to some ancient magic or some weird mechanics of this world, Digbie wanted to get away from everyone. Jason had good intent originally, sure, but as it grew...

... he was starting to seem like a worse leader than Mourningstar, even with the apology. He was getting his ass out of here.

He nodded at Asteria helping him dig, and he went to work twice as hard as he began to softly use {Stone Manipulation} to try and ease up the terrain he was digging through so he could get through a bit quicker. He was determined to get out of here, and he'd only stop when exhaustion claimed him or he made it out. If anything, it'd serve for some good EXP. Hopefully Jason would be okay with the escape tunnel and not try and assault him for the idea he had.

Skylar's interest was piqued in the Pokemon Center when he heard about Silent Woods' existence. It sounded super interesting. A good place to catch a Ghost type, he would've had to guess. Cool, and it was somewhere he wanted to check out soon. What if he found a Drifloon there? Or a Murkrow?! Oh, the options were scratching at his back! He had to check it out soon, and he was gonna drag Alice there whether she liked it or not! Hopefully she wouldn't mind, anyway...

Until then, he and Seabreeze would have to settle for looking for the perfect Pidgey (with Seabreeze mainly looking). Not your standard run-of-the-mill Pidgey, either. If Skylar was catching one of the cute little birdbrains, he needed to make sure it had some real character. He was on the hunt for that, whether it was bravado or timidity. Curiosity or resentment. If he was gonna find a Pidgey, he wanted the one.

Make no mistake, either. While he was on Route 1, he was still searching for the traces of any rarer flying types as he and Seabreeze led the way North, heading towards the Silent Woods to explore. Should the occasional Rattata or ne'er-do-well Pidgey try to assault Skylar and Seabreeze, they wouldn't mind having a spot of training against them, too. He was trying to become the best Flying type trainer in the region, and he couldn't do that with Seabreeze just being a little bit... new to everything.
