@Goblininamech Accepted ty!

Yaaaaaaay, my horrible man has been accepted!
Name: Samson Dalman
Alias: Pestilence
Alignment: Villain

Appearance:

Gear: A cane sword made from titanium, a hand cross bow that fires auto injectors instead of bolts, and a 45. Smith and Wesson.

Suit:

Height:7'0

Weight: 200 lb

Build: Lean but muscular

Tatoos/Scars: He has a burn scar that covers his entire back and even extends to the back of his upper arms and legs.

Powers/Abilities: Decaying touch: Samson is able to rot and decay anything he touches. This includes both organic and inorganic materials, but inorganics take much longer to decay.

Pest control: He can order around creatures most see as pests or vile. (Ex. Rats, mice, pigeons, vultures, slugs, ect...)

Tough like a roach: He is very durable able to take small arms fire, and it only stings a little, though high caliber rounds can do some decent damage.

Ichor: His blood is black and is extremely toxic but not in the traditional sense as the reason it's toxic is due to the many virulent strains of viruses and bacteria, he has living inside him. These seem to have a symbiotic relationship with Samson making him immune to disease but can cause extreme sickness and even death if exposed to others. Luckily It seems they cannot survive outside of a body for too long and die off within a few hours.

Minor regeneration: He can heal from wounds much quicker than a normal human but not as fast as most with regeneration. It takes up to two hours for a stab wound to fully heal and even though he can regrow limbs it takes a while. (two days for a finger, a whole week for a limb.)

Weaknesses: Extreme Heat and Cold: It seems the biohazard that his blood has become reacts to extreme temperature very poorly. His blood is extremely flammable and it seems extreme heat causes him more pain than and bypasses his durability and stop his healing temporarily. Extreme cold on the other hand seems to make him very lethargic and slow and slows down his healing.

Silver: He has an extremely adverse reaction to silver as even touching it with his bare skin causes extreme pain, blistering and inflammation. Also as long as he is in contact with silver his healing is halted.

Skills: Swordsmanship, Doctorate in Biology with a specialization in pathology, hand to hand combat, and chemistry.

Personality: Samson can come off as a very cold unemotional person and for the most part this is true. When it comes to his work he will stop at nothing to complete it and is willing to cross almost any line to do so. He isn't a violent man by nature but he has and will kill to get what he wants if he sees no other way. He sees the laws of the scientific community as a shackle that holds it back from doing what it was meant to do, push the boundaries of humanity.

Despite this less than flattering outlook those that he gets close to see a different side to the man. A man who cares for the animals injured on his latest heist. One who will put himself between danger and those he calls friend. Samson is more than a mad doctor creating bioweapons in his lab, he's a man so passionate he'd fight the world for one person.

Background: Samson Delman wasn’t always the man people feared. Once, he was a brilliant scientist, driven by curiosity and a desire to help humanity. But life has a way of breaking even the strongest. His wife, Amilea, was his anchor. She was the warmth to his cold logic, the laughter in his quiet world. When she fell ill, Samson threw everything into saving her. He worked tirelessly, ignoring the rules of ethics and safety. He believed science could conquer anything. But it couldn’t. Amilea died, and with her, a part of Samson died too.

Her death shattered him. He saw the scientific community’s rules as barriers, not safeguards. They had failed him. They had failed her. So, he stopped playing by their rules. He began experimenting without limits, pushing boundaries others wouldn’t dare touch. He became a villain in their eyes, but in his mind, he was a revolutionary. He believed the world needed to evolve, no matter the cost.

Samson isn’t heartless. He cares deeply for those he lets into his life. He’ll risk everything to protect them. But his grief and guilt have twisted his passion into something dangerous. He’s a man who’s lost too much and now fights to control what little he has left. His work is his rebellion, his way of screaming at a world that took everything from him. And he won’t stop. Not until he’s pushed humanity to its limits—or destroyed it trying.

Before Amilea, there was a different Samson. A younger man, full of hope. He grew up in a small town, the kind where everyone knew everyone. His parents were teachers, strict but kind. They taught him to question everything. To never settle for easy answers. That curiosity led him to science. He wasn’t just good at it—he was obsessed. By the time he met Amilea, he was already making waves in the field. She was different. She didn’t care about his research or his accolades. She cared about him. The man behind the lab coat. She made him laugh. She made him feel human. For the first time, he wasn’t just chasing answers. He was living.

When she got sick, it wasn’t sudden. It was slow. Painful. He watched her fade, day by day. And he couldn’t stop it. That’s what broke him. Not just her death, but the helplessness. The realization that for all his knowledge, he couldn’t save her. That’s when the anger started. Quiet at first. A simmer. Then a roar. He blamed the rules. The red tape. The endless debates about ethics while people like Amilea suffered. He stopped seeing science as a tool for good. He saw it as a weapon. A way to force the world to change.

Now, he works in the shadows. His lab is hidden, his experiments illegal. He’s not trying to save lives anymore. He’s trying to prove a point. That humanity is too fragile. Too flawed. And if it won’t evolve on its own, he’ll make it. He’s created things that terrify even him. But he doesn’t stop. He can’t. Every failure, every setback, reminds him of Amilea. Of the one failure he couldn’t fix. So he pushes harder. Faster. He doesn’t care about the consequences. Not anymore.

There are moments, though. Late at night, when the lab is quiet. When he’s alone with his thoughts. That’s when the guilt creeps in. He wonders if Amilea would recognize him now. If she’d still love the man he’s become. He doesn’t have an answer. And that’s the hardest part. Not the fear. Not the anger. The doubt. The question he can’t escape: Is he saving the world? Or destroying it? He doesn’t know. But he can’t stop. Because stopping would mean admitting he was wrong. And that’s something Samson Delman will never do.
interested, and have an idea already.
This still open?
Are you still accepting people?
Interested.
You still accepting people or is this full.

We got quite a bruiser with this one, and a solid Frontliner. Accepted, though I can't help but wonder if you meant to write "Wrecking Ball" instead of "Wreaking". Also, I'll assume you meant Close Quarters Combat with CCQ.

Yep to both, gonna fix that real quick.
