He can be a bit reckless and a lot stubborn but he'll always be the first one in and the last one out.
Background: Ved had always been a big lad, even in school as at 8 he was almost as tall as his mum. This growth lead to him excelling at many forms of physicality like football, wrestling, boxing, shot put, and soo much more. This got the eye of the recruiters as when they visited his high school he blew through every test they had. It didn't take long before they convinced him and right after he graduated he joined the army. Ripper Fists: These weapons are high-powered claw-like weapons with studded knuckles capable of both punching at meteoric velocity when closed or ripping through heavy armor with when opened. Reinforced joints and strong actuators alongside the arms complement the highly aggressive weapons. Specialized pistons are built into the Framewerk's limbs that, when used, pressurize the joint area at the moment of activation before letting the potential energy out as a quick burst. As a result, the Framewerk is capable of short but very quick bursts of movement. These can be used for close-ranged strikes and kicks. The system can't be activated rapidly enough to use properly for regular movement, but can still be useful initiating movement or to enhance it if used properly. Your enemies must feel doomed when facing these tearing terrors.
Slag Cannon: A shoulder-mounted weapon that fires superheated metal, for example tungsten, to melt through armor. The large amount of heat this generates limits the safe firing rate for the weapon to medium range, with close range risking damage. The weapon includes automated rapid loading and firing functions, allowing the first shot that hits a target to be immediately followed up with an additional shot with lesser power.
Shredder Shotguns: These twin-linked weapons fire high impact flak blasts with either incendiary or armor-piercing shells which chew up targets at the cost of a slow rate of fire. The ultimate close-range ranged weapons.
Secondary Systems:
Shield Generator: An energy shield system that works by making multiple layers of energy distortion around the Framewerk. The shield is broken into four sections: Front, rear, left, and right. Each section has it's own small independent generator, allowing the shield to be partially maintained even if one section is powered down or offline. The shield itself is projected via emitters built along the hull of the Framewerk. Each section can be reinforced by diverting extra power form the other sections to a single section. The shield provides balanced defense between energy and projectiles along with environmental hazards while it is active. The shield can be overpowered by enough damage. The shield requires two turns to recharge before it can be reactivated after failing. The shield is more effective on turns when no weapon attacks are made due to reduced energy usage.
Tank Treads: Your Framewerk's torso is situated on a sturdy base with grinding treads. This grants less speed and maneuverability when flying or in uneven terrain, but great speed and maneuverability on flat surfaces. You can also equip an additional Primary or Secondary System thanks to better load carrying capability.
Oskar was in the middle of P.T. When his C.O. had sent some private to get him. That had been 30 minutes ago and still he was sitting on these awful plastic chairs he'd seen at every military base he'd been too. 'Seriously,' He thought as he shifted the hundredth time to try and be less uncomfortable 'I think these have to be the worst chairs in the world, I'd take a box over these things.' It wasn't five minutes after having that thought that finally he was called into the office. As he stood in front of the seated officer he watched as the man seemed to look him over. "Lad, I got some new orders for you. Seems like you'll be joining some task force currently stationed in the Philippine's. You have 8 hours to pack your bags."

Oskar was already awake and in uniform as Myron knocked on his door. He hadn't gotten much sleep as he was still dealing with jet lag. But as he exited his room and quietly joined the back of the group he listened to the sparse small talk as they headed to the director's office. As they got closer a feeling of dread wormed it's way into Oskar but he forced it down before it could show. 'What type of man is this director?' He thought as they entered the office. A few minutes later he was on the outside still as stone faced as always, yet internally he was running this new information through his head and trying to make heads or tails of it. A sentient Noble Arm was standing in front of him and telling them there was another like them that wanted to erase all Noble Arms.
As new squad asked the director questions Oskar simply listened. He had come to a conclusion, while it was true noble arms hurt people Oskar had seen to many time how they could protect people to accept them being erased. 'How many friends would I have lost if I didn't have juggernaut, how many innocent could I have saved without it.' He thought as he listened for what was to be said next.

Earthen Shaping: He can mold most types of earth or metal like it was clay, he must be touching it to mold it and it will retain the shape he molded it to even after he has stopped touching it. He cannot mold silver, gold, lead, glass or anything non earthen like rubber or plastic.
Tremor sensing: He can read vibrations into the earth to "see" anything within 30 feet of him. He must be touching a solid or semi-solid ground to be able to use this.
Misc Abilities: Oskar is both a heavy weapons expert and a demolitions expert. He used to box back home before becoming a solider. He has medical training from his time as an EMT.

He is very protective of those few he calls friend and those that can't protect themselves, in fact some would say over protective as he will do anything in his power to protect them. He is also very stubborn, very early changing his mind once it's been made. He is very good with animals and can be seen feeding birds in the morning and feeding any stray he finds before sending them on their way. This is in stark contrast with his very serious, grumpy/unfeeling mask he gives those he works alongside with but haven't gotten to know. This is furthered by his remorseful view of the enemy as he has been known to be brutal in the elimination of the enemy.

He ended up going as an EMT, as he figured he could help people while making a living. It wasn't an easy job and he saw some horrible things but he was helping people and he was happy.
