@Shoryu A system of C4 will have a Contribution system where if you do particularly good in an event, you can ask to bring in a small amount of either buildings, supplies, weapons or mooks from your home universe. Or you can just scavenge whatever you find in the patchwork City and say "Finders Keepers".

Also depending on how much villains we get, I might implement a system where good and evil characters have different home bases and territories in the City I guess. Otherwise it'd be like cats and dogs, only with superpowers and a lot of destruction. XD

@Black Alice I'm thinking of posting the IC on Tuesday, giving it two days to let the roster fill out and to think up plans. So two more days.

@Dirty Dan Ah yeah, I mixed it up with the nano paste. Sorry for that. And yeah, he can stock it up outside of battle. Also he doesn't actually manipulate lightning, he just uses electricity to make his sword insanely sharp. And magnetize himself on metallic surfaces. Still accepted though.

@Lugubrious Just make sure the teleportation isn't used too often and that it doesn't really freeze time and you're good. I can allow him to slow down the perception of time so he reacts incredibly quickly, but outright spamming time freeze is a no go, alright?

@Dirty Dan That is true. Keep in mind him being able to siphon off white blood in battle will be rather limited though since not all enemies will be Metal Gear cyborgs though, okay?

@Black Alice As long as Reimu just doesn't repeatedly Fly Away (no sell) everything, she should be acceptable.

Righty-o, that's enough interest for me to move it proper on over to the roleplay section. People who made character sheets, please port them over to the OOC since the "Characters" tab is only for accepted characters and so we can easily compile a list of who is who without having to backtrack in between posts.
