I'm talking about the blizzard. I can change the post if you'd like.
Snider quickly slid his hammer back into its holster. He was quick to notice the flurry of blows he was running into. BOOM! With a jet of flame, the muscular demon hunter flew backwards into the air, doing a back flip, far more an acrobat than his build had previously suggested. He landed with his machine gun, Joanna, in hand. He stood right next to his music box. Snider kicked it back and stepped on the stop button, then the eject button. The disk ejected, Snider kicked it back and out of the way.

Snider stomped on the boombox. Out of his pants, another CD slid into the boombox. The sound of bass guitars accompanied the machine as he attempted an attack. Snider slapped the tripod of his machine gun and slid his hand forward so that his finger was on the trigger of his grenade launcher. He kicked the boombox out of detonation range and immediately pulled the trigger.

Untouchable opponents were a diamond dozen to Snider. He hoped the grenade actually detonated within the cloud, Gomory caught in the explosion. With any luck, Akoni would as well. So thought the hunter, of course. He himself made sure he was far enough not to be caught, firing in the air above Gomory, in attempt to leave as little room to escape as possible.
I typically root for the underdog, who tends not to be the GM. Not saying that he'll win though.

While the paramilitary grunts are trained, can it not at least be assumed that a player character is stronger? I think it'd be more motivating should the player be given at least some hint of possibility for victory, which would retain interest. But that's like, my opinion, man.
He hasn't been ignoring the point, he's been refuting the point.

Most of the physical prowess of DMC characters is displayed in gameplay because that's where most of the fighting takes place. It's not done in most of the cutscenes because you already saw the fight.
git gud smh tbh fam
I realize that I want to post, but there isn't much for me to post about just yet XD

Well. You got a five-man boss battle inside a cave, two dudes are fighting sick ass demons at HQ, and one girl's kinda just out there.
Snider felt something strike him. It wasn't a new experience at all, in fact, Snider had fought countless enemies toting the ability to move faster than sound. Granted, many of those had simply been claiming to do so- those were far easier to handle. Snider was sent some way's back. His amygdala was ringing, the fast-twitch muscles in his arm twisting the hammer in Gomory's direction. The rocket pushed him just far enough to put some distance between him and the demon. However, before he could attack, she seemed to turn her attention elsewhere.

As did Snider. He kicked the eject button on his newly repaired boombox. The CD popped out. Snider kicked the disk up, catching it in his free hand. "That ain't what you put on for a fight! That shit's older than you are, you old bastard." Another CD dropped from Snider's jacket. He kicked it up with his knee, the disk sliding down his leg and into the CD player.

"That's more like it." Snider smiled, throwing the disk at Gomory. His free hand clapped in rhythm against the wrist of his hammer hand in time with the music as he tapped his feet. "Yeah!" he shouted, before kicking his feet up and running in the direction of the disk, hammer held in both hands.
New plan.

@ProPro I hope you're rad enough to go along with this. My dude's gonna get combo'd, land next to his boombox, and change the tune. Then, while we're taking care of the boss, we're also fighting each other over musical taste; so after I change the tune, you're going to change it to something else. All this with the boss fight as a backdrop.
