I think that's within reason yeah
Oh okay I get what you mean. Yeah there will be limitations written and guidelines for that, most likely we'll be centered around D-C rank jutsu for genin's. While the power level is supposed to be higher due to the direction of the RP I still want to be reasonable since we will be moving up ranks at a good pace since I know most people find the appeal in genin less than desirable.
