I basically mentioned how a conversation I witnessed made me really appreciate the cast I've got now and Luminosity compared that to seeing unicorns lol.

The time is upon us. As of this post, I am officially closing this roleplay to new members. It's been a pretty interesting sign up process I have to admit, but I already feel pretty comfortable with this cast. Luminosity said it was like unicorns in a PM and I fully agree hahaha. In any case, as I said yesterday we will officially begin tomorrow.

First, here is everyone's HP. Put it at the top of every IC post.

Once I put up the intro post tomorrow, you guys will be free to have at it. Don't freak out though. My initial post might be a bit big, but the three paragraph minimum is still in effect. Don't feel you have to match me or anything, just write naturally and all should be well. On the matter of posting, there's really no posting order to adhere to. I just ask a couple things: don't double post in the IC (posting right after you just posted) and if you do post again relatively soon, make sure it fits within the context of the scene. Having said that though, and even though I don't think this will be a problem, try not leave anyone behind too badly. We all have real life schedules and work and stuff. Just think about that as we progress.

Just put this in the OP, but I figured I'd say it here too just in case:

Monday, February 1st (Today for all of us on the East coast in the US lol) is the last day I'm taking any new character submissions. Monday evening, after work, I will, at some point, close this roleplay to new members as we prepare to begin the IC.

This part I did not put in the OP:

For currently approved members, Monday evening I will also outline a few last minute mechanics. They're nothing complicated at all, just information I'd like to pass on when the cast is solidified. I will also give your characters their HP at that time. Thanks for being patient all this time as I know it's hard when one is excited, but we're almost there.

I found this earlier today and I've been working on a character. I didn't realize how many lady characters there were till now, but I plan to add one more! I just can't decide which order to set her up with though; the backstory can work either way.

No no, don't feel bad! Everyone is entitled to be whatever gender they want. Let me say this now, no one needs to change genders or anything. The story will still apply whether we have mostly women or not. As it stands, my character will bring it closer to equal so there's no problem anyway.
