Aaaaaand our group is now entirely wanted men.

Good show.
"A disguise would be best, at least for the wizard." Sergei nodded. "And considering that last bastard was left alive, we best keep our heads low as well for a while. Exiting the city will be... difficult, but not impossible, if we're smart and lucky."

The knight leaned back. "That said, it's well past dark, and a loaded wagon and rider at this time is suspicious by any man's standards. We should check into an inn quickly, stable up, rest and go over supplies and strategy. Maybe lay low for a few days, until the guardsmen aren't out for blood- and rest assured, they'll grow angrier the more bodies we leave. We also need to decide what to do with the lazyass sleeping back there, anyways."

Sergei looked down at his now wet surcoat, and wiped some blood off his cheek. "Firstly, though, stop by a river or a well or something. Ain't a man alive gonna let me in slick with gore. You're gonna have to scrub it off this seat as well."
@Cuccoruler

Parks aren't really a necessity in your average medieval city, which itself is going to be a small refuge surrounded by vast stretches of untamed wilderness. We're going to have varied districts but ultimately just houses of varied size and quality.

A goblin den might exist near a farmland outside the city, but actually getting that far is going to be a feat in itself, since there will be thick walls with very strict checkpoints.
@Cuccoruler

I'm not sure you fully understood what Sergei just said. He killed a lot of goblins. He's also the one who put them on pikes as a warning to other goblins.

Also, how did we stumble upon a goblin cave if we haven't escaped the city yet?
I can GM, if it's really necessary.
I don't know how long you intended to have him out for, but we are rather safe on the wagon for the moment. It's not like we're still fighting.
"Like I care." Sergei spat, snatching up Stephanie's crossbow, leaving the crank on the ground. Grabbing the string, he braced it with his foot, and used all the muscles in his back to draw it. As Wledric grew smaller, he spitefully braced it in the crook of his elbow, briefly aiming before releasing the trigger.

They were too far away to see if he'd hit or not.

He tossed the weapon back down, and sat in the bed as the dullahan began to prattle about finding help from the monsters outside society.
"Wouldn't suggest going towards any monster bands." he called out, taking a seat beside Stephanie. "I've burned more than my share of demihuman villages."

"Goblins, especially, are considered a nuisance. We'd send out a band every other week or so, just to make sure there weren't any nest outside our farms." he grinned. "They're really small. You can stick three on a pike, then leave that as a warning for the others not to get to close to your domain."
I never find it entertaining to plan ahead what you're going to do and how it goes down. It feels less genuine. If you want to have your character do something, do it.
That's not a thing you need permission for. Anyways, you can try if you'd like, but there's only one guy left and Sergei would appreciate a one on one swordfight.
@Zetsuko
Flexibility and adaptability are key to any good GM'ing. I speak from experience.

That said, my instincts as a player are telling me to stab Wledric and escape the city.
