 Whelp, here's where you learn a little bit about me whether you like it or not. Hi! You can call me Effie or ineffable or basically whatever you'd like but welcome to my little corner of the guild! I've been here for about 5 years, starting on my adventure in roleplaying in a free roleplay and moving my way up towards more high casual roleplays, which is what I'm working on right now. You can find me a lot in Slice of Life roleplays and every so often in Fantasy or Sci-fi. As for a little bit about me: I love 80s era movies and music and play an inhumane amount of video games. I am also kind of low key addicted to Dungeons and Dragons and a total bookworm with a favoring towards contemporary fiction. Season 2 Episode 2
Lexi Campen AKA Apollex
Lexi was walking swiftly towards HQ, her Burberry trench coat that her mother had given to her flapping in the breeze. Her boots hit the cement with satisfying thunks as she started jogging, the coffee in her hand almost spilling as she slowed to a stop a few paces from the building. She whipped out her phone to text the other members that she was here before the building in front of her completely went dark. Lexi swiftly backtracked to get a better look at the building and she furrowed her eyebrows in confusion. Power outages barely happened at HQ so this was a rare occurrence. Tucking her phone in the back pocket of her jeans she headed into the building.
She didn't notice the cloaked figures outside of the building, keenly watching everything she did.
"Hello? Is anyone here?" Her voice echoed eerily within the building.
She tightened her coat and slipped off her chunky boots, aware that if anyone was here she'd have to be completely silent. Her barefeet gathered up some dust as she walked towards the rarely used stairs at the back.
"Guys?" Lexi's voice had started to tremble. If someone leaped out at her now she probably would've been killed within a mere few seconds. Without her team she was useless.

Isabella batted uselessly with her sword against the dragon's giant paws while she looked over at her sister who seemed totally out of it. Her sword just wouldn't strike against the steely scales, the metal only slid off the hide and if she didn't have such a good grip her sword would've fallen long ago.
A power surge of undeniable strength and velocity whooshed by her @AtomicNut and she almost couldn't resist the urge to grab it. It looked so powerful, it probably could've killed the dragon. She set her sights to find the person who had fired it but could not see much.
Isabella glanced down at the land racing by below her. Emerald green lakes glimmered in rays of sunshine, hooded mountains far away shook off their snow and the tiny villages zooming down below her were quiet and peaceful, a few small faces turned upwards as the dragon beated its wings. Her mind raced with plans, each more useless than the one before. She groaned in frustration. And then it came to her. She could just drop couldn't she? Have the dragon fly over a patch of water and wriggle herself out of it's grasp. But she would sink, her armor weighing her down like a sack of rocks and her sister would probably drown, floating on top of the water like a cloud. Plus, if she misdirected the time it took for her to get out of the dragon's clutch...
It was useless. All she could do was wait till the dragon did whatever it wanted with her.
