Kyle had aided in the loading of items. He stayed silent, not wanting to seem invaluable or a waste of space. He knew he'd have to earn the trust of everyone, and this was an opportunity to do so. His ankle was still bothering him as he knew the wound was pretty serious. He then grabbed his bandana that hung from his back pocket, wrapping it around his ankle as a makeshift ankle brace. After this, he used his baseball bat as a substitute for a cane, still helping with loading up the items.

Steam came off of Ryan's body. Ryan calmed down from the water being poured on him. He knew that he should remain calm. He took a deep breath. He never did anything to be sent here. He was born this way. He sighed and crossed his arms. He looked at Alyssa. "Never meant to change the temperature." He said, his voice still having irritation in it. He looked at Vlad, hatred for the man in his eyes.

Ryan was a bit angered by his insinuation of him volunteering for this program. "I didn't sign up for this. I was force here. Against my will." Ryan said, his body getting warm. Heat waves were visibly coming off of his body, the air heating up significantly. He didn't even know what Vlad wanted from him. And as soon as he heard that behavior would be rewarded, he got even more furious. "And I'm not going to be your pet. Regardless of my actions." He said, heat radiating from his body more.

Ryan was curious as well, but remained silent. He knew this guy had to have some sort of power. No one could control another person with superhuman abilities that easily. He looked around, noticing Alyssa had taken a bite of pizza. I guess it's safe to eat... Ryan thought. He tried to guess everyone's power, not able to tell what they could do. Ryan looked at Roxy, feeling a bit bad for her. If only there was an easier way to do things. Why did they have to be forced to do this? It made no sense to him.

War Never Changes

Reacting quickly, Jake doubled back to the car. He ripped the door open and placed the woman in the backseat. "Lay down." Jake ordered, hoping she would understand why. Jake then hopped into the driver's seat, attempting to hot-wire the car. His nervousness was causing him to shake, unable to get the car to start up. "C'mon...c'mon..." He said to himself, hearing gunshots from their sniper. He hoped she'd take them all out as well as hoping more Blood Army wouldn't come.
