Well could I have my character be part of Amegakure. Since that Jutsu I wanted him to use is definitely a form of genjutsu. And besides itsindustrialized. That's always more fun.

Kirigakure is kind of full. Amegakure or Kumogakure would be the best. I can recommend Amegakure with Team 11. ( The sensei is awesome. No, it isn't me. I am not even part of Team 11, but Eiji is awesome. ^^)

But the problem is that being an Uchiha or even having a sharingan in Kirigakure would lead to bad things. Mainly cause it is seen as something from Konohagakure. There is still some ill blood towards Konohagakure in the Mist, so that would likely have your character be placed in a bad spot. I can however allow a Yamanaka kind of character in the Mist, but an Uchiha wouldn't really be a good idea. (Each village has their own history and such, that differs from others and also thus have their own political and somewhat cultural mood/atmosphere.) Once logged in and accepted, you can read at ease on the information, learning about the history and why certain things won't work. I do forgot to say that this alternative Naruto RP, so no cannon history is there to be found or used. (other than some similarities like the story of the Sage, Uchiha and Senju founding Konoha and such work. But nothing really of big impact like in the cannon, to say it like that. )
Alright, I'll go ahead and sign up once I'm out of school today. For the what if my character hid the whole Sharingan thing except from those he trusted? That would avoid the issue but still allow me to keep the idea.
If that's still not okay, I'll go ahead and PM you what I wanted the overall Jutsu to be and (hopefully) something can be worked out or I'll just reimagine my character. If that is acceptable?

And Question: Could I make an illegitamate child of a member from the Uchiha clan and Yamanaka clan who was sent to Kirigakure so the members of the leaf Village woudn't find out about him (he was sent very young) I have an idea for an interesting Jutsu he could use combining the Sharingan (in its most basic form. I don't care for the higher ends), the Yamanaka clan's Mind Distraction Justu, and the Hidden Mist Jutsu that Zabuza used. Granted that would be like his main Jutsu, with only a few other ones that are pretty standard.
