Ever make a mistake so bad, that it hurts every time you just think of it? Ever wish you could go back in time and fix everything so you didn't hurt the one who matters most? Yeah, me too.

Bio

Do not go gentle into that good night
By: Dylan Thomas

Do not go gentle into that good night,
Old age should burn and rave at close of day;
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

Though wise men at their end know dark is right,
Because their words had forked no lightning they
Do not go gentle into that good night.

Good men, the last wave by, crying how bright
Their frail deeds might have danced in a green bay,
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

Wild men who caught and sang the sun in flight,
And learn, too late, they grieved it on its way,
Do not go gentle into that good night.

Grave men, near death, who see with blinding sight
Blind eyes could blaze like meteors and be gay,
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

And you, my father, there on the sad height,
Curse, bless, me now with your fierce tears, I pray.
Do not go gentle into that good night.
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

@Alfhedil This looks super interesting as a rp! I was wondering if there is room for one more to slide on in?

Also do you want us to wait until you accept our character before joining the discord or?

Hit some bars? Was Riley to suffocate her? How were you supposed to enjoy a night out with the girls without hitting at least one club? Fumiko didn't know, but she supposed she would be finding out soon enough. She gave a simple nod as she listened to the two talk for a bit. Rather enjoying the silence on her end and hearing them be nice and simple. It was almost reassuring in a way, to know that there was still some sense of normal to be had even in her strange life. Certainly with the weird event that had happened rather recently to her, leaving her body like that. It was certainly something she hoped she would not have to repeat anytime in the near future. For a moment she debated asking Riley about it, just letting it off her chest. But she talked herself down from it, not wanting her friend to think she had gotten into drugs or lost her mind.

Focusing back on what the two were saying, she pondered for a moment on Amelia's question about the paparazzi. They would grow to be a bit of a pain throughout the night if they kept following the trio around. It would certainly prevent her from having any sort of actual fun while out. Afterall the last thing she wanted was some scandalous image that sweaty no-life took while she was distracted and drunk biting her in the ass. Worse, if something happened that wound up coming back around on Riley or Amelia, then Fumiko would've felt absolutely awful. Unfortunately for the two with her, the media was desperate for some scandal or another. Regardless of how innocent these two might be, the paparazzi would find a way to bring them down with her. After a bit of deliberation, Fumiko spoke up. "I could call my head of security. He's got a good team and could probably keep them off us?" She offered in a kind tone.

"And those tours were totally awesome, dork." Fumiko responded back towards Riley as the girl mentioned never having recorded with somebody else before. Not long after, Amelia came back, getting a friendly wave and smile from Fumiko. Not long after their adorable waitress was back to take orders, Fumiko listening as Amelia placed her order before it was her own turn. "You know what? I'll do the special as well. Thanks!" She said in her usual cheery tone before going back to being distracted by her phone as the waitress moved onto Riley. So far this was an enjoyable little outing, if she had to say so herself.

Turning her attention then towards Amelia as she asked where they were going that night, Fumiko had to stop and think. "I'm not too sure yet. I know all the spots in New York, but I am definitely not from around here. Maybe Riley knows? I was thinking either a rather lively bar, or maybe we could hit one of the higher-end clubs. They've always got the good drinks, good music, and plenty of fun people to run into. How's that sound to you two? Any other suggestions?" She asked with a slight grin on her features, enjoying the talk about their plans for that night.

As the girl was waiting for her friends to come back from ditching her, she was browsing through her work email on her phone. Of course, having an email for work was not something that most expected a pop idol to have, but Fumi found it helped her keep her files straight. By the time Riley was back, Fumiko was clearly interested in one of the emails on her phone. Holding up a finger as she read through it until she had processed it all and put the phone down onto the table. "Hm? Oh yes, we did. Although I am worried she's gonna steal some fans off of me. That girl should definitely be working a runway, not waitressing." Fumiko said with a slight giggle before looking towards Riley with a half-smile on her lips.

"I did, however, just get an interesting email from my agent. Ends up Britney's working on a new album, and guess who wants me in for a song or two?" She said with that grin growing a little. "I know I'm at the level where this isn't some huge jump forward, but she's always had an awesome voice. I'm excited for it. Oh. Uh. Britney Spears, by the way. I know its usually not your kinda genre so..." She said, trailing off awkwardly and taking a drink to hide her embarrassment from the momentary slip-up. "Anyways, whatta ya think?" She asked Riley just as Amelia came back from the bathroom.

Fumiko allowed herself a small smile as the waitress squealed with excitement and immediately handed her a pen. Signing the autograph, she gave the waitress a pleasant smile. Looking her over, the waitress was a rather cute girl, making Fumiko decide that maybe she would upload some of the selfies to her own social media. Posing for the mini-photoshoot the two had, coupled with a few selfies of her own, Fumiko gave the girl a small smile at the end.

"I'm almost worried you might steal the show if I upload these, you're looking super cute." Fumiko said off-handedly to the waitress, even as she went and uploaded all of the images. "Thank you for being so friendly, its so much fun to meet some of my fans when I'm out and about." She decided to add, fans always loved the humble and polite celebrity compared to the rich and bratty ones. Not to mention, the girl had been rather polite to Fumi the who time. No point in being rude in return.
Anastasia "Ana" Korolev

Her gambit seemed to having paid off, Anastasia began processing the information pouring in from her Tayna's sensors. Directly to her north was a CWM Squad while to the east was a Cruxi beast. Behind her was Neo Angel, the mech of a squad member she wasn't particularly known with but knew the name of the machine from the info-jack at the base of her skull. Of course, there were also the two CWMs to either side of herself. Likely they wouldn't be terribly happy with her entrance and dispatching one of their buddies. Right. Not a problem for the young Android, or so she hoped. All this information processed in mere microseconds, Ana's eyes flashed open, about the same time her mech was recovering from the maneuver she now designated as Titanfall. As her anti-grav drives kicked in, a low and utterly alien rumble echoed across the field of battle. One that had more in common with Cruxi machines than it did with human machines. All around her the rubble from her destroyed opponent seemed to stop falling as multiple spikes that seemed to make wings came up to float behind the machine. Seemingly able to sustain themselves with no control what so ever. In between each of the blades, a white-blue energy glow made another spiked shape and released a low hum at the same frequency as the alien roar from moments ago. The Tayna showing its alien heritage proudly, surely creating an odd scene for the pilots if any noticed the clearly alien machine with a friendly transponder code attached to it instead of one that was usually reserved for the Cruxi units.

Being in a tight spot, Anastasia decided it was best to go on the offense in the hopes of catching the enemy offhand. Floating in her cockpit, Ana looked towards a specific light in the upper right of her cockpit. Immediately the Phase Shift drive kicked into high gear, changing the makeup of the Framewerk to enhance the physical strength and speed of the massive Weapon. Immediately she surged the mech forwards, reaching out with both arms with the simple goal of grabbing the two CWM's near her and hurling them back into the squad to her North. The girl even fired up her anti-grav propulsion to give an extra fire to power her throw. Then she opened comms to Neo Angel. "Neo Angel! Detonate the thrown Cruxi or give me some cover!" The android commanded in an oddly calm tone, aiming to take out two squads for the price of one. She knew that the maneuver might put her Tayna in a vulnerable position for the enemy, so hopefully a bit of shock and awe could keep her opponents off of her long enough to find a better mission. Afterall, she had to live through this coming battle. Otherwise who else would help take care of her silly old dad whenever his old bones were acting up? That, and the girl would be lying if she denied the fact that she was enjoying getting to give the enemy a taste of destruction. They had hurt too many of the silly humans, and even worst they deigned to hurt her father in some way. Which, really, was the drawing point for Anastasia. Hopefully, her second gambit would pay off...

Actions:

> Tayna lands and powers up to show off its alieness
> Ana activates strength and speed enhancing Phase shift
> Ana uses full turn and movement to try to throw the remainder of the cruxi squad into the squad in square A7
> Ana uses Anti-Grav propulsion boost for attempted extra throw power
> Ana tries to get Neo Angel to attack thrown Cruxi, chain reactions OP

Fumiko wondered why Riley felt the need to run off after Amelia. The girl had stuck Fumiko as somebody who was rather capable at handling things herself, yet Riley seemed to think otherwise. While Fumi did think about heading in to check herself, she felt Amelia might not appreciate somebody she had met so recently coming out of nowhere and checking on her if something truly was wrong. Instead, she simply decided that she would check on her new friend when she came back. Just a brief question on how she was doing wouldn't really hurt, right? She certainly hoped it wouldn't, girls could be so strange sometimes. Letting out a small sigh, she looked up just in time for the waitress to return to their table with the drinks.

Fumiko gave the girl a sweet smile as she asked for her autograph. "Of course you can, miss...? Heck, why don't you get over here and get a picture? It'll rock the insta story, won't it?" She asked with a friendly smile as she looked at the waitress for a moment before thinking. "I hate to ask, but do you happen to have a pen I can sign with? I don't really carry one on me." She said with a small, cute laugh to compliment the end with it. Fumiko always enjoyed meeting her fans, especially when they were as kind as the girl was being. Not to mention, it helped that their waitress was cute. That part always helped Fumiko in being friendly with people.

Fumiko was a bit silent as they entered the Chinese restaurant, her mind wandering away as she had seen a car outside that seemed familiar to the one she had seen during that... weird experience. It still haunted her as she followed them in and seemed a bit distant when they were first seated. After a long few moments, she realized that it was her turn to order a drink, and likely that her two friends were giving her strange looks. Not that Fumiko looked to actually check if they were as she turned her attention towards the Waitress for a few more seconds, thinking to her self. "Can I also have water? Thank you." She said with a fake smile, though one that had been practiced for many years and seemed completely natural and genuine to the casual observer.

Once she had ordered her drink, Fumiko pretended to be looking through the menu while her mind still was wandering back to the out of body experience. She hated it, for it had been so unnatural to her. It haunted her dreams as she had fears of it happening again, yet this time she wouldn't be able to return to her body. For but a brief moment, worry and fear seemed to spread over her features before Fumiko managed to wipe it away once more and put down the menu. Once again seeming as if she was okay as she tried to put on a mask for her friends.
Fumiko "Kuīn" Nakamura

Really? Fumiko was almost disappointed that it had taken the paparazzi this long to find them. Not that she was complaining about not having to deal with them, but they were usually much faster. Were they just getting lazy or had the traffic in L.A. been managing to delay them? She wasn't sure, but she did know that she was likely going to have to deal with them alot more often now. Irritating, to be certain, but not something that she was really unused to nowadays. That much was the unfortunate reality of being such a popular star. She wondered briefly if perhaps the girls she was with were as adept at dodging those pesky cameras.

Whenever Amelia spoke up, Fumiko had to think quietly for a second. "I do wonder why they didn't have a back up. Although, if you make designs for that stuff I would love to see! If you're good enough, then maybe we can get you the position. That would be super cool! Don't ya think, Riley?" Fumiko asked, looking back at Amelia then over towards Riley, figuring her friend would be a good indication on how Amelia might take it, given that Riley was absolutely more familiar with the girl than Fumiko was.
