Ever make a mistake so bad, that it hurts every time you just think of it? Ever wish you could go back in time and fix everything so you didn't hurt the one who matters most? Yeah, me too.

Bio

Do not go gentle into that good night
By: Dylan Thomas

Do not go gentle into that good night,
Old age should burn and rave at close of day;
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

Though wise men at their end know dark is right,
Because their words had forked no lightning they
Do not go gentle into that good night.

Good men, the last wave by, crying how bright
Their frail deeds might have danced in a green bay,
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

Wild men who caught and sang the sun in flight,
And learn, too late, they grieved it on its way,
Do not go gentle into that good night.

Grave men, near death, who see with blinding sight
Blind eyes could blaze like meteors and be gay,
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

And you, my father, there on the sad height,
Curse, bless, me now with your fierce tears, I pray.
Do not go gentle into that good night.
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

Jade was feeling pretty damn proud of herself, all things being truly considered. She had managed to show up and scorch three of those bastards. She had helped out and not been totally useless! The girl was practically beaming as she looked around to see if anybody had noticed. But it seemed that they hadn't and Zeke was busy with... oh no. Somebody was wounded. She was certain she didn't have anything that could help with that, but still the girl moved a little bit towards the two.

Of course, she was staying out of their way. There truly wasn't much she could do as the girl watched on. Yet, she found herself wishing there was something she could do to help her fellow camper. She didn't really know who they are by any measure, but still getting injured by one of those things really had to suck quite a bit. For now, she just stayed where she was and watched on in silence. Though if help was needed for whatever reason, the young girl was motr than happy to hop in and help out.

So it was polygraph time? Every good agent's favorite time of the workday, he was certain. Nothing quite made one's day go from meh, to absolutely stellar like being grilled about stupid things while a machine that was only correct a fraction of the time tried to tell them if you were lying. But here he was, being the lucky agent who had to waste his time with this crap when he could have been doing literally anything that didn't involve being grilled about how he shot his lover by a very scary woman. His disdain certainly did show on the agent's face as they got set up, though thankfully he was able to hold his tongue on the whole stream of sarcasm that had crossed his mind at first.

Then they placed the bracelet on him and suddenly everything felt heavy and stiff. A small curse left his lips from the... exceedingly uncomfortable feeling of his powers being nullified. Roman glared at the thing for a long few moments as if attempting to will it off of him. Eventually, he let out a long sigh before sitting back in his chair. "Still wager I could get this thing off given some time. Either way." He said before pausing long enough that there would be a clean slate on the polygraph readings so they could establish a baseline. "Agent Roman Carter, Born in London." He said calmly, just wishing for the damned debrief to be over already.
Jade Schneider | Hecate Cabin > Barrier

The girl was angry, that much was for certain. Everybody was off seeing what the hell was going on around this damn camp, and she was stuck back in her cabin. It was truly a good thing that nobody else was really around since it meant that nobody was there to hear the steadily-flowing obscenities flowing from Jade's mouth. Screams, curses, the whole parade of very colorful language that flowed freely from her and would certainly put a blush on most sailors if they had heard. With an irritated sigh, the girl ran her fingers through her hair before moving towards her spellbook and scooping it up. With a small curse, she cast the same spell as before, and thankfully it worked this time. She could see again!

Running with everything that was within her soul, she dashed quickly in the direction of the barrier. Arriving not long after, she saw that the group had managed to take down some of the monsters, leaving only 7 standing still. Jade knew what she had to do, given that she had no clue how to use a weapon. She opened her spellbook as red, flame-like greek letters began to form around her wrist and behind the spellbook. The book itself suspended in the air next to her by the runes, while Jade uttered a single, soft work in ancient greek from the book. From her extended left hand, a ball of flame formed and surged forward at a blind speed. Tearing past her fellows and slamming down in between three of the Empousa. With a mighty roar it caused a small explosion and covered the three beasts in flame, the flash of bright light starting to fade as the monsters themselves were reduced to dust from her attack.

The man knew why he had been summoned here, at this early hour in the morning. However, it was not something that he overly looked forward to handling. He had never particularly enjoyed debriefs, and with the topic of this next debrief he knew full well that he would be dealing with sensitive topics at hand. As he saw the woman approaching him, Roman's eyes went wide. He immediately knew who the beautiful woman before him was, and also knew that typically when she was involved in wasn't exactly a good thing. He was going to die today, he thought with a dark humor as he followed along silently.

Whenever she began to speak, Roman's face clearly displayed a flash of anger. Sitting across from her, he shook his head in response to the woman. "Do not thank me for my service. I killed the woman I loved and failed to save the rest of my team. By no merit does that mean I have done any service worth thanking." He shot back quickly, as it became increasingly clear that Roman directly blamed himself for the tragedy. Without much of waiting for a response, he began to explain the circumstances that led to his team's deaths. Starting from the moment HYDRA was discovered within Shield, and ending with the death of the mole. Hopefully, that would be enough for Shield.

Hearing the horns and what her sibling said they meant, Jade's eyes went wide as if trying to perceive something despite the darkness she saw not changing a bit. After a few moments she muttered some soft words that only made sense to another spellcaster, as a small ring of glowing greek letters appeared around her fingers for a few brief moments before disappearing as she tried to activate the spell to see once more. Unfortunately, things did not go as planned while the poor girl was under pressure. Instead, she could only really see the outlines of various objects as opposed to the color and details from earlier.

With a small huff of irritation, she looked towards the shape she knew to be her sibling. "I'm going back to the stupid cabin. My spell isn't working and I don't wanna be near danger when I can barely see." She said softly, before standing up and marching out of the dining pavilion with anger clear on her face. The girl stormed her way back towards her cabin, slamming the door open as she marched further inside and threw herself heavily upon her bunk. Looking over, she noticed the spellbook gift from her mother and in a sudden flash of anger hurled it across the cabin. "What the hell is the point of that fucking book if I can't even see enough to be useful!?" The teenager screamed at the nobody in particular, just the empty cabin. Perhaps she was angry at the being that had given her the book, yet it seemed to only taunt her as she couldn't use anything in the damn thing. Or, perhaps, she was angry at herself for not meeting her own high expectations.

When Strange winked at him and mentioned being in a loop, Roman took a few moments to really comprehend what the Wizard was saying to him. At which point, his mouth dropped open slightly as he realized that the wizard was hinting they were stuck in a time loop. Which meant his feelings of Deja Vu earlier were because he had been there before. Then another thought occurred to him, why the hell had Strange left him out of the loop while Niah was included. "Wait a fucking second, you left me out of the time loop? I feel betrayed, man." Roman said as he went to follow the wizard.

Then out of the corner of his eye, he noticed the glint of what seemed to be a dagger caught his glance. "Oi! The hell is that for!?" Roman demanded as he pulled his ICER and tried to fire off a rapid shot towards Raynor, but his shot missed clearly as the man was instead thrown by the alien-cat-tentacle thing. Sure. Then there were guns pointed at them and Roman immediately dropped his weapon and put his hands in the air. This went to shit... very fast. As a woman demanded what they was going on there, Roman spoke up quickly. "I don't know about that dumbass over there, but uh... damn how do I explain this... believe it or not, I'm with SHIELD. If my allies and your guys all drop the whole weapons thing, I'd love to explain more about the whole situation." He said, trying his best to defuse the situation.

After a few moments of sitting there staring at her friends, Jade's tone and demeanor suddenly took on a more concerned take. As her vision started to fade out and went dark once more. Something she had just wanted to avoid completely now that she had been able to learn the spell. Unfortunately, it seemed like she hadn't really gotten control over the spell it very much seemed. As she frowned, scratching the back of her neck, Jade let out a soft and defeated sigh. She had been so proud of herself, yet it seemed to escape her just as quick as it had really arrived.

"Well I was doing good but now I'm just annoyed." She said with a soft sigh of annoyance. Grumbling slightly to herself, as she slowly started to eat her lunch. "I had a new spell that let me see, and it was super cool. But now... its not working. I can't see again so I guess I gotta try to activate it again later." She mumbled in annoyance as she messed around with her food, muttering to herself about stupid spells, stupid wearing off, and wondering how she could start the spell back up and have it last a bit longer this time.

Traveling through time, coupled with the whole deja vu thing really seemed to catch the young agent off guard. He was so focused on the fact that 1). He was in a different time entirely, and 2). Apparently somehow halfway expected or found things here familiar that he didn't really spend too much effort trying to fit in. Could he be experiencing some weird side effect of time travel, that deja vu? But if so, why didn't anybody else seem to be experiencing it either? That aside, he certainly hoped he wasn't sticking out too much for others to notice, else he would be really embarrassed.

Yet it seemed that he would not be so lucky. Hearing the good Doctor respond to his amazement, Roman turned to face the man with an irritated look upon his features. "Yeah, we just pulled off the fucking impossible. So I'm a little amazed, how does this kind of stuff not amaze you, Strange?" He asked, firing back quickly to try to conceal his embarrassment that he had been caught looking utterly amazed at the Hub. That, and being slightly annoyed that the goddamn wizard was seemingly not fazed by this at all while also apparently deciding to throw some shade his way. Really wounded the ego of the man, who felt he had a bit of right to look amazed at the time. After all, he had literally just helped invent time travel.

Niah then decided she had to apparently use the bathroom in the middle of their super-secret time mission back towards time. Roman found it a bit strange that she had decided to run off. She knew they had important missions at hand, and Niah hadn't exactly struck him as somebody to just up and dip out on a mission. He looked clearly confused as he looked around the group, then towards the good wizard. "Any idea where she ran off towards?"
Jade Schneider | Dining Pavilion

The girl made her way into the dining fall pretty much on her own, which was really a pleasant experience for her. Using some of the spells in her book, she had managed to give herself a sense of sight. While she couldn't truly 'see', Jade was capable of using the magic to create some facsimile of sight. Of course, today was really the first day she had been able to make it work to any sort of capacity so she hadn't exactly told anybody around it. Yet so far she seemed to be able to stably see and make her way around. The girl was quite obviously pleased with herself as she stepped into the Dining Pavilion and froze. There were just so many people gathered around, and somehow this was even more terrifying than when she couldn't see them and just had to sounds to go by.

Spotting immediately two of her friends, the raven-haired girl felt a smile spreading on her lips. She wanted to go over and talk to both Zeke and Kiera, but there were others who she didn't really know there. So she didn't particularly want to go over and have to try to introduce herself to others. That was never really a fun experience for the poor shy girl. The girl quietly turned away to get her food and make the sacrifice. Then moving to quietly take a seat at her own table. Though, uncharacteristically so, Jade continued stealing glances towards Zeke and Kiera. Since usually she hadn't been able to see at all, and wouldn't look towards others. But now, she was clearly looking their way.
Anastasia "Ana" Korolev

Seeing the feed that Irina patched into her framewerk, Anastasia scoffed back at the other girl. It wasn't that she was afraid of that happening, or that she didn't care about Neo Angel, but that Irina felt obligated to taunt her with it? That upset the young android. Letting out a long sigh, the girl focused her energy on the task at hand. Dismantling the Cruxi forces. It took a couple of precious seconds before she could process all of the information coming in from the battlefield. Looking at the massive displays all around her, Anastasia wasn't sure there was particularly a good plan for this battle. Everything very much seemed like a risk-reward balance, and she had to choose the one with the most risk for the least reward. Afterall, she had her father she needed to make it home to take care of. Else who else would help the old man remember to take his medicine?

Not to mention, there was that pesky... presence in her werk. The one that slowed her movements and felt utterly alien whenever she tried to do anything towards those turtles. Not wanting to push her luck, Anastasia decided it better to back away from those units. With that, she fired up the anti-gravity drives with the hope of firing herself quickly back towards the crater that Neo Angel was in. "I'll cover Neo Angel until help arrives." She declared over the squad communications, firing up her phase shift to prepare to make the Tayna significantly stronger and tougher. Similar to what she had done in order to land earlier, but this time pushing herself to ensure that she would be ready to use the ability if they took fire. Hopefully, by then, she would be placed directly between the shot and Neo Angel. Especially since she planned on slamming her werk's feet down to dig in the ground, aiming to steady herself in case it was a big shot.

TLDR:

> Tayna moves back to A9 as fast as she can
> If Tayna succeeds in making in, slam down feet to secure herself against a heavy shot
> Prepare Frameshift to armor herself up if a shot comes at her or Neo Angel
