Arrr matey, thanks for pointing out the overpowered aspect of our pirate pal. I'm currently shakin' up his character traits and addin' some weaknesses to keep him in check. For instance, his illusions will only be able to fool one person at a time. No more grand illusions for the whole crew!

And, as an extra bonus, I'll probably be takin' away some of his tech gadgets too. I initially wanted to create a "Robin" with a little extra flair, but it looks like I may have gone a bit overboard (pun intended).

A gang controlled the neighborhood and used Miguel's place as a front for their illegal activities. The police, in turn, was in cahoots with another criminal organization, seeking to eliminate any threat to their control over the area. The loss of the studio dealt a devastating blow to Kairo's family, leaving them struggling again. But Miguel never lost hope and continued to find ways to support them. He was the backbone of his family, always working to improve their situation and provide a better future. Despite the challenges they faced, Miguel remained a constant source of hope and inspiration.

Kairo, on the other hand, felt a deep sense of injustice as he and his family had struggled their entire lives and never seemed to get a break. When his brother's fight studio was destroyed by the police, Kairo was filled with anger and hatred towards them. He was unaware of the criminal faction that protected the neighborhood and the role that his brother's involvement played. All he knew was that the authorities, who were supposed to serve and protect, were the ones causing pain and suffering to those he loved most. Trigon, a demon (whom the boy considered to be the Christian devil due to his Catholic upbringing), heard his pleas echoing through the ashes of a world in ruins and reached to him in a dream. Surrounded by the destruction and despair of a desolate wasteland, Trigon offered him the power of revenge: the ability to control the minds of others and manipulate their perceptions. Kairo was filled with conflicting emotions as he considered the offer presented to him by Trigon. On the one hand, the ability to protect his family and ensure their safety was tempting, but the cost to his soul was a heavy burden to bear. However, in the end, his desperation to protect his loved ones won out, and he accepted Trigon's offer.

Kairo eventually managed to use his illusions to manipulate the corrupt pigs' minds, keeping them at bay and ensuring his family's safety. But as he delved deeper into the situation, he made a shocking discovery - his older brother, Miguel, was involved with the criminal faction that controlled the neighborhood and used the studio as a front. The realization left Kairo feeling betrayed.

With the new power granted to him by Trigon, he used his abilities for personal gain rather than the benefit of the community. He brought his mother and older brother, despite their past conflicts, into his new life of luxury, using his power to manipulate the wealthy into giving them money. This allowed Kairo to buy a large mansion in Mexico City's most prestigious neighborhood and live a life of extravagance.

The hold Trigon had over his soul threatened to drag him down to the depths of hell, and the fear of losing control of his powers was always present. Furthermore, the knowledge that he was using his abilities for personal gain and not for the betterment of his community weighed heavily on him. The luxurious life was marked by a feeling of emptiness and a constant fear of what would happen if the devil came to collect his debt. With the support of his new comrades, he continued to hone and develop his abilities, becoming even more effective in his fight against evil.

Despite his full commitment to the Titans, Kairo still struggled with the guilt and fear that came with his deal with Trigon. This allows him to put those who see it into a state of illusion, where they perceive and experience things that are not real. In addition to this, he has the ability to glow his eyes in red, inducing a hypnotic state in those who gaze upon them. This hypnosis makes the affected individuals unable to harm Kairo. Kairo's powers are a result of his contract with the demon Trigon, granting him immense control over the perceptions and emotions of those around him.

However, these powers are not without limitations. The range of his illusion projection is limited and can only affect a limited number of three people at once. The hypnotic effect is also temporary and can be disrupted by strong willpower or certain stimuli like extreme pain. Kairo's powers come at a cost, such as physical exhaustion (after a few uses) and temporary loss of consciousness (if it is used on many targets).

Goals: Kairo's ultimate aim is to be liberated from the shackles of his agreement with Trigon and be in control of his own life, free from any obligations or restrictions imposed by his pact with the demon lord. After some investigation and intel gathering, they discovered that the figure was none other than the infamous Lex Luthor. Luthor had cleverly disguised his plans as a series of public works projects that were intended to improve the city. However, the Titans soon realized that Luthor's true intentions were far from altruistic. He was using the chaos to gain control over the city and establish a totalitarian regime. The Titans were horrified by this realization and knew that they needed to act fast to stop him. However, the challenge was that Luthor had managed to keep his true plans hidden from the public, making it difficult for the Titans to gather support and allies.
