Remember that if you ever feel like you're terrible at naming things, just know that my friends dragged me into playing a dark and serious MMO where a boss was named "Deathkill."

Speaking of which, after telling Bobert that I would draw Ashley or one of the lore characters, I drew a Serena.

But I guess as long as Zhali has their hands full there needs to be more half-demon lady posting going on to fill the void.
Yeah, what's going on?

I've been considering drawing another thing lately, but it's always too late once I'm finally ready to start, and I wanna break my habit of rushing things towards the end because it ends up being 3 in the morning and I want to go to bed. Either way, whatever I come up with never turns out to be what I told Bobert I would draw earlier.
Rebecca nodded when she was asked to calm down. They were offering to help, so clearly they couldn’t be all that bad. They could probably use the help, actually. Even if all they amounted to was meat shields, at least there would be someone else there to draw in attention. She continued to think about it until Nina decided to ask what her thoughts on the situation were:

“Do you think we’re in over our heads w-”

“Yes.” Rebecca responded flatly, not really bothering to try and look at it another way at this point.

“Do you think those two would be helpful to have along?” Her friend continued.

“Yes,” Rebecca said again. “I can’t really see us getting through that mission without some extra help, unless we get really lucky, but I guess that lucking out is nothing new for us. What do you think, Dexter? Are we bad enough dudes to fight off an army by ourselves?” She looked at Dexter expectantly. Sure, he was kind of surly, but even he didn’t think that fighting that many pokemon was going to work out too well for them, did he?

Who are we waiting on atm? Rivaan or Zhali? I know Vox has been offline for a few days and idunno what's up with that.
I'll write something soon, then. Probably tomorrow because I'm tired enough to be feeling pretty out of it at the moment.
I do kind of like this sort of globe-spanning cast we've got going, and I think that the World Warriors part of the title does a nice job of drawing attention to that idea, but I'm not especially attached to it and I don't think it really matters that much.
Falke, Main Gates

The researcher sighed as she tried to wrap her head around whatever twisted path this woman’s logic was going down. She was looking for an artifact that she knew next to nothing about, and her first decision was to go to the other side of the continent and across the sea to ask around with someone who might maybe know something about it? She clearly had vapor for brains, but then again, she didn’t know of any culture that would just hand out golden armor to the village idiot. The woman with the golem had to either be sincere or very confident in her ability to bluff to even try telling someone something like that in the first place. Rebecca was startled out of her train of thought when the man from before dropped in front of them from nowhere, to the point that she let out a small yelp, holding her weapon in front of her before letting it hang back at her side.

The way that the man talked certainly confused her. Did one of those classified units she kept hearing about manage to make its way out here? Probably not, considering the sheer distance. Rebecca couldn’t understand why Chambala was angry that this man wasn’t trying to kill them at the moment, but after rolling his words around in her head for a bit, she simply shrugged and placed her free hand back on her hip.

“I don’t really care whether he comes along or not,” Rebecca said to the armor-clad woman. “But as long as we’re both heading East, why not stop by Twilight Fields on your way to Nethergate? The Order of the Crescent Sun is pretty meticulous about recording information concerning that sort of thing. They might even let you have a look around their library, if you ask nicely enough and pay them some lip service about using the knowledge for demon hunting or something along those lines.” She joined the man in staring at the road. She was quite eager to be on her way home.
I was gonna try and beat Mundus tonight but I can feel my wrists crying as I keep retrying that shmup section. I'll work on a Falke post for a few minutes before I go to bed instead.

EDIT: I got him without dying last night but all I got was an A rank so I guess I'm trying again. Post is up, though.
Well, it's still a pretty big ol' mountain. I'm still not entirely sure what Bobert has planned, but I think you could be on to something.

-3- why doesn't anyone love fantasy logic anymore xD

I spent waaaaay too many nights making sure that every faction and culture had a reason for being the way it is to be so lazy.

Though I'm not gonna deny that most things on the level of individual characters run on rule of cool, so there is that.
