Gift: Blink, teleportation. Vivian is limited to teleporting within her field of perception. At her skill level, that means she's limited to as far as she can see.

Loyalty: Vivian works as a sort of contract agent, infiltrating one side to gain information to sell to the other. Her loyalty is where the money is, so she bounces between Liberty and Erubesco

Description: Her round face and narrow golden brown eyes are typical of people of Eastern descent, and her dark hair falls straight, stopping just short of her chin. She uses makeup to accent her eyes: the black eyeliner is thick, the eye shadow gold, and the mascara volumizing. Much of her strength is in her toned legs as she's always on the move. Her clothing of choice is mostly neutral colors: browns, blacks, and greys. She wears fashion inspired by post apocalyptic fiction with a sprinkle of goth. Her jewelry tends to be gold in color and is often decorated by skulls. However, the intimidation she was going for is easily lost to her size: she stands no taller than 5'1" and weighs in at only about 105 lbs. Other notable characteristics are the many earrings, piercings on the side of her nose and belly button, and the dragon tattoo that starts on her upper arm and extends to her back.

Personality: As a child, Vivian was--to put it bluntly--creepy: she was a quiet kid with an intelligent and perceptive gaze, and she hasn't grown out of this. There is still a knowing gleam in her eyes, but its often accompanied by a smirk nowadays. She likes chit chat and has a broad sense of humor, finding almost anything between fart jokes and dark humor funny. Because of this, she is extremely charismatic and has a natural gravity: people tend to be drawn to her despite her edgier appearance. She certainly stands out even in personality. She's snarky and sarcastic, and it's usually charming, but she can definitely take it too far into mean territory, giving further insight into her personality: she is not nice. As quirky and fun Vivian can be, she cares little for other people and has much more fun being antagonistic than she does friendly.

Skills:

- Independent and works well on her own
- Basic subterfuge: lock picking, excellent stealth, high awareness and perception

Weaknesses:

- Her teleportation is limited to what she can see: if blinded, she is unable to teleport. In addition, she can't teleport a lot in one timespan. It's exhausting.
- She is small and physically weak compared to other fighters despite her capability in hand-to-hand combat

Brief History: Vivian was born in a small, run down development. Her parents were prominent within the small community, but she found that even with that, life was difficult if you weren't allied to larger factions. As a result, she grew relatively well behaved compared to other children. However, the small town was destroyed after turning down an alliance offer from Liberty: preaching unity means destroying anything that may tear you apart, after all. Vivian escaped the bloodshed, but she hasn't quite been the same since. She's smarter for it, though, and refuses to get clouded ideas of revenge in her mind.

- Carries a short blade for self defense.
