"You're going to think that this disguise is stupid but it has actually worked multiple times for me. First off there are two things that are obviously going to stir suspicion when looking at me. Number one: I have a huge bad-ass scythe off my back and Number 2: I have the stunning complextion of a dead fish. I can't cover the scythe and I must cover my skin so how the hell do I get past the suspicion. I don't. As soon as I walk into town the guards are going to be all over me. So I have to depend on my acting skills to get me through it.

She turned eyeing Jin, to make sure he was listening before she continued, "The story, is that I am a bounty hunter in town looking for Willy Slim, a low down Mythic who has the power of invisibility. The son of a bitch took my nose and left me a disfigured monster so I am out for blood."

She nudged Jin slightly,"Oh and if they ask to see it, I have extensive knowledge on the Thalburn Disability Laws for this specific case. I have a disfigured appendage so I can call into play Section 4. It's pretty full proof. Soldiers are idiots when it comes to beaurocratic processes. They can destroy a mythic quite lethally but when it comes to matters of citizen and tourist greivances, they hate to deal with the visitors committee. Also, I can take it off. I'd prefer not to, but I've had to do it once before. It's fairly gross and the stitch work is a pain in the ass.

With the conclusion of her story, the peaks of the buildings of Thalburn began to fill the skies and she turned to look out into the woods, confirming which dead beasties were close enough for her to manage. She counted two wolves, one recently dead due to a sickly fish, and the other with half it's face gone due to a bullet in the eye. The hunters must have lost trace of their kill because he was already partly rotted. She clenched her fist lightly, forcing the beasts to stand up and follow far enough away from them so that Jin remained unaware of her skills. She wouldn't allow the wolves to enter the town but she would place them close enough that they would be useful to her.

I believe the consensus is that the roleplayers who originally made characters for the IC and then chose to bow out of role-playing due to different reasons will be ignored in the plot line now. I think Ishy's character Jin is basically ignoring the meeting because Fae is no longer an active character. So he just headed back so we could move on..

Jinx rubbed slightly against the graph paper as she fixed up a few coordinates. She bit her lip just finishing before she heard Jin enter the house. She listened as he started moving stuff around, figuring he was getting ready for their voyage into town. Taking his lead she started to pack up her maps and stencils before she moved to her bag. When she heard him call out, she yelled back,"Be out in a minute! Just finishing up a few things."

She looked at her dirt crusted clothes on the ground and groaned at the thought of putting them back on. Wear the over sized comfy clean clothes that will inhibit my fighting..or put on the dirt crusted clothes that fit. Choices... She groaned pulling off Jin's clothes to put her's back on. When she finished she reached into her bag to pull out a half-skull bandana and a black cowboy hat that shadowed her grey clouded eyes. She wrapped the bandana around the lower part of her face then put on some gloves and picked up her scythe. She twisted her arm so that the butt end of the shaft would fall down into it's holster and then headed out to see Jin. She smirked behind the bandana,"I know what your thinking! This outfit is going to cause attention, but the cover story is golden.

She walked over chucking her backpack over her shoulders before she opened the door and walked outside into the bright sunlight,"Plus if all else fails..I can always just play dead. Now come on! Adventure awaits!"
