Quick question the legal drinking age is 20 in Japan, but I know in the past only people 21 or over can enter Club LUSH. Does that mean that Club LUSH just has that age limit, or is the legal drinking age in Shine City going to be 21?

You can have your character go wherever she wishes for the most part. Also, your character doesn't have to interact with everyone, but it helps develop your character.
