A lack of forethought.

Was I referred to in IC? Was there anywhere he could fit in in IC at this point? Honestly the problem is no one pays him and ultimately me any attention. Yes it sounds whingey and such, but that's just the truth of it. Everyone's gone off ages ago and created their friendship groups, but I was never even considered part of any of them, in fact I was ignored almost completely from the start.

Most people in my position would leave, but fortunately those aren't the main reasons I RP, I like nurturing a character's strength in combat quite a bit so that's why I'm still around.

The reason I'm not posting much? Well... That's because no one seems to want to include me in anything, so I go silent until a new mission begins.

Not to mention my last month has been quite busy, so I haven't had any time to read and try and find a place to insert myself, but considering how much I'm ignored anyways, I don't think it would've made much difference... Unless I put in insane time to do so, but I simply did not have have that for the last month.


I don't know if you've noticed but I've managed to single handedly alienate basically everyone Sapphire has come in contact with except for Oswald and Emerald she's still interacting with people for who all intents and purposes don't like her. The fact that Jack as you say has no friends doesn't mean he can't interact with anyone. We've got a handful of characters that befriend pretty much anyone that comes into their line of sight. You've got Jack teammates who even if they're not "friends" with Jack should still be perfectly valid for interaction. Hell if you just placed Jack into a popular area like the mess hall and asked if anyone was free for interaction you would likely come up with a few possibilities. It's really easy to come up with excuses to not post but that doesn't change the fact that in order to stay part of an RP you have to actually RP.

Oh no, backpedaling, backpedaling, it's not the science of RWBY I have a problem with (as it's sort of out there to begin with) it's when the logic of it is forsaken to increase the cool factor even if it makes zero sense.

Anyways @Asuras - Be forewarned, if you submit a CS to Prince. Well, Prince is extremely critical. Be sure to ground your character in as much realism and scientific fact as possible.


Scientific fact isn't really necessary as long as certain things aren't justified with the phrase "it doesn't have to make sense cause it looks awesome".

I lurk, there just seems to be little reason for me to post here unless it's IC, so I spend more of my time on this RP in my team's skype. Reason is literally no one pays me any attention here whatsoever, I've asked questions too and they only get answered half the time.

Doesn't help that whole last month has been busy, so I couldn't spend much time to give this any attempt to catch up on.

So basically, I have been around, just not directly on this thread.


So why don't you post IC? It's been a month since we've seen anything from you and that was a post for the senior team that got disbanded. Don't know how long it's been since we saw an actual Jack post.

How many images of men with no necks do I need then, to convince a half-dozen more to convince you?

Joking aside I've always been into RWBY roleplays but every single one has fallen flat on its face within a few posting rounds, victim of the "First Day of School" roleplay openings that kill practically everything. I've eyed this one for quite awhile but held off from asking because I could tell it was really full, but at this point my eagerness to participate in a RWBY roleplay doing well got the better of me.


If you can write up a well crafted CS I'd be willing to give you a chance.

On an unrelated note, I realize you're very busy @shadowkiller912 but I was just curious if you were ever going to get around to judging Contest #24. I know the likelihood of that happening at this point is fairly remote but I just thought I would ask anyways.

This is why I told you that it's a bad thing that you're fucking incapable of reading people's posts, Seraphs. Sho, Awesomeman, Krayzikk and I have all been here consistently, IC and OOC, since the final push to get missions done; Shadowkiller has been in the OOC when he can be updating people on his college situation, and cats just mentioned today that his latest Emerald post included snippets from Kaithas.

I'm not saying this to be a dick, but come on, we're not worthy of a red alert because you don't ever look at shit.


I can't keep track of everyone, I'm not going to apologize for that. That's why there are three of us. It wasn't a red alert, it was a rough estimate of how many players we actually have as opposed to how many the CT said we had. I admitted right after I made it that there were likely going to be a few inaccuracies in it. I'm sorry that your characters were included in those mistakes which were entirely mine. And for future reference if you don't want to come across as a dick maybe punctuating the first sentence with curse words relating directly to how you think I'm not doing my job might not be the best way to go.

For the record, Sho Minazuki according to his post history hasn't been here in nearly a month. @Sho Minazuki You still around?

And I also said I was looking at characters not screen names, Kaithas is probably still here but Amaranth Desire I haven't seen in the longest time.

The ones marked in red I don't remember seeing in awhile and the ones crossed out I know have actually dropped the RP.

Just to be clear if you see your character's name in red that just means I personally haven't noticed this character in awhile, I wasn't looking at screen names. You might be active and this character isn't or I just missed you or their could be a reason for your absence that I don't remember.

@Lugubrious I know it's not a top priority but this list could use some updating. Ebon still on it while Yue hasn't appeared yet. Things like that.
