1. Given that those two kingdoms are located in the same general mountain range, they would not have too much different give or take a few idealistic traits that can be decided upon at a later time. Though, I will say that they would be similar enough that outsides would confuse the different kingdoms if not for their colors and slight mannerisms.

2. I would say that dwarves would live around 100-150 which does make them significantly older than most of the other races given a medieval technology level and so on, who lived to an average of 40+ years because times were just shit though, a dwarf living beyond such an age of 200 is not impossible given they lead a healthy lifestyle and are generally well looked after.

3. Most races probably would look down upon each other, but dwarves less so, because they are revered as some of the best crafters and inventors throughout the lands (even if they are now in a state of stagnancy). In fact, most humans would be very eager to win over a dwarf just to get a slight boon out of them. Basically, everyone puts on that fake smile you give that family member you dislike, but has a load of money.
@Enzayne

I did see the edits, but I am refraining from doing multiple reviews per character, so be sure to make it as great as you can possibly make it and be paranoid of my wrath >:]

Good god this moves incredibly fast.
DOUBLEPOST IS SHAMEFUL

@Blitzy@TrueHarmony@Famotill@Enzayne@Rtron@Rhiven Knight

Let it be known that all finished character sheets are due by Sunday. I’ll do my best to review sheets as they come in and offer suggestions and fixes in order to give everyone a chance to fix their errors.
@Blitzy

I suppose I’ll put the deadline for this Sunday on character sheets. Give a good buffer for everyone to do all the changes they want, or need, to do.

As for dwarven lore, they are a very inward looking species so interactions with others are rare, though I believe I’ve said that already. They are known to hold grudges against other dwarven holds and their cities can stretch for miles far beneath the mountains and can even extend around the mountains and what not. They haven’t had the fortune of being under Taran occupation, so their cultures have been untouched and allowed to develop however they see fit (I.e. do what you want on that front!).
@Rhiven Knight

Awesome, I'll review the sheet and get back to you!
Hopefully, I'll get a post out tonight. Been a tad bit busy.
I am interested if you are still recruiting? It looks like you have a solid healer, and are trying to discourage a magical party in terms of heavy magic use.

If it it isnt a stretch I had an idea, for a character, a young man, maybe mid twenties, a swordsman or spear-man, not necessarily formally trained, but with skills forged from constant use. He is a physical adept, fast and strong and always working to be better. But he was born with a touch of the gift, and no real head for spells or magic, instead its linked to his emotions, it isnt something he can use, but rather something he has to fight against, he doesnt necessarily know why it happens or how but when his emotions spike in intensity things happen around him, to him, or to the things his emotions are focused on, and like all magic there is feed back into him. His lack of understanding, and guidance on it means its like an affliction, if he cant control his emotions he will end up hurting himself, and quite possibly others.

The idea being to portray his journey towards mastery over himself, and eventually to either overcome or succumb to the emotions and the indulgences of magic depending on his experiences on this journey, he is choosing to undertake as a way to forge out of his current self a better self at the risk of being shattered and the pieces ruined.

Heck yeah we are still recruiting! Feel free to write up a character sheet!

While I do love my granny- if I have to make a different character to better suit the party I'm fine with it.

No need for that now! As I say, do what you want. Same applies to everyone here, even if I may have differing opinions.
@Blitzy

In my own opinion, that would be close to what Enzayne has a character. Many of the people we have so far seems to be magic centered, which I won't encourage a magic-heavy party as that would sort of defeat the lore of 'people avoid magic because of the consequences that it brings about'. That is what my opinion is though, just a recommendation to think of a different idea given the current potential roster. Though, I will not stop you from playing a mage if you really want to.
