So long as it is only rhetoric, and you don't actually plan on rolling over the ROC in a month. Saying things like that scares the crap outta people, man! :P
If they will succeed is another thing entirely as they consider the Yellow Skins to be inferior by pure racism, saying that they could roll over China in a month if so they wished.
I don't know, do you want us to? Or is that a loaded question? I don't recall anyone asking you to leave, unless I can't read English, which is entirely possible.
Quick update on the Chinese situation, I have a prototype NS in the works. I have a very brief overview I can share and receive feedback on:
After the defeat to Meiji Japan and the fall of the Qing Dynasty, the Chinese were left without a real ruler or a government strong enough to take charge. Step forward one Liu Xan-Tseng, a Chinese politician who served as ambassador to Eisenkreis-Kzechverin, who had been exposed to European ideas and ideals and thusly decided to modernise Chinese government and form a Republic of China. It was clear Imperial government was not working, particularly with the loss of Manchuria and national pride following the Sino-Japanese War. China was no longer an Empire, but a Republic, with a Chamber of Deputies elected by the people of the provinces. However, Tseng's reforms have encountered difficulties and opposition, and a bitter China still reels from the Japanese disaster, whilst it struggles to industrialise and modernise after centuries of neglect and inefficiency. Can the Tseng government unify China under republican rule, or will Imperialist reactionaries restore the imperial throne? Can China industrialise and become a world power? And can China restore relations with it's neighbours, and further afield, the European powers?
The fate of the Chinese republican experiment is uncertain.
"Organization" Name: The Hexarchy of the Ilythiiri
Overview: The Hexarchy has long lived beyond the scope of 'civilised space', with its influence extending like tendrils into the territories of the former Republic. The Hexarchy itself is a small nation beyond Republican borders, but they are more like a syndicate rather than a real nation. They do not control directly - they pull puppet-strings... and cut them if they are opposed in any way. More than one system's ruler has been mysteriously removed and replaced by an unknown force, but almost none know the true reasoning. The Hexarchy operates in the shadows, and few in Republic space know of them - those who do tread lightly around them, for they know that they can be the Hexarchy's next target for 'removal'. The Hexarchy has been fighting a long, drawn-out "war" with the Corporate Sector Authority, a war that they have been using to force the Corporate Sector to become a puppet of Arvyn, and it is a war that they are on the verge of winning, with the majority of the corporations in the CSA under Hexarchic control, whether they know it or not.
Specialisation: Stygium mining and supplies, assassination, security, removal and planting of puppet governments, bounty hunting... basically anything on the shady side of the law.
Headquarters: Arvyn, the Black Planet, in the system of Karthinir.
Ilharess Jhulva Aleaniryn, First of Six and Leader of the Council Ilharess Irroyes My'athar, Second of Six Ilharess Nathyrra Kilath, Third of Six Lord High Admiral Konstantin Koslenko, Fourth of Six and Commander of the Hexarchic Navy Ilharess Sinvyl Barit'tar, Fifth of Six Ilharess Ilyssyr El'Anadar, Sixth of Six
The Fifth Council was inaugurated in the year 1500 of the Hexarchic Reckoning, following the honorary Ceremony of Divine Right which takes place every 300 years. The Council of Six serves as the ultimate legislative and executive body that rules over all of the Hexarchy by the edicts set out in the Concordat of Lolth, which dictate that all actions of the Council must be for the good of the race and not motivated by selfish concerns - whilst power is nearly everything to the Ilythiiri, the power of the race as a whole comes first and foremost, and the status of the Hexarchy on the global stage must not be allowed to fall into decline. The Council meets daily in the chambers of Kamriir Tower, a colossal structure that dominates the centre of the city of Renorchu'tgera, and they meet to discuss matters of state both internal and external. The Ilythiiri believe that the Council is granted the divine right to rule by the goddesses Lolth and Eilistraee, and by virtue of this divine right, the members of the Council of Six are seen as the living voices of the Pantheon in the mortal plane. Some claim this truly to be the case and the Council really is guided by the gods above, but few know for sure.

HEXARCHIC TERRITORY: The System of Karthinir - The heart of the Hexarchy.
Arvyn is a black, rain-drenched rock, but it is in the myriad of caverns, underground seas and oceans that twist and stretch all through the planet's crust that are home to its indigenous lifeforms. Arvyn's surface infrastructure is now mostly dedicated to protecting and serving the many passages to and from the Subterranean, which is what the Ilythiiri call the caverns beneath the surface. Arvyn's atmosphere is breathable, but little sunlight reaches the ground, absorbed into the thick cloud layers that make up the vast majority of the atmosphere (that isn't space) and seemingly forever plunge the planet's surface into deluges of rainfall. Arvyn's ecosystem is likewise strange - though little lives on the surface, the rainwater that filters and percolates through the ground above is the source of life for the Subterranean and serves as the source of water for the underground. Every now and then, caverns flood and are lost beneath rising water levels, but for each cavern that floods, the Ilythiiri drain several more.
Arvyn has two moons; Porolis, which is the closer moon, and Gornil, which is the further. Porolis is a haven of activity for the mercenary community, whilst Gornil is the centre for the Hexarchy's naval forces, led by Lord High Admiral Konstantin Koslenko, Fourth of the Six. Gornil, as the fleet's central command HQ, is heavily defended and shielded from enemy fire, with weapons batteries that put Star Destroyers to shame. It is safe to say that Gornil, although not completely indestructible, would be nigh-impossible for any force to capture without incurring severe, if not critical losses. Gornil also serves as a defender to the Black Planet itself, which, although shielded, has comparatively few defence batteries and relies more on its shield to escape bombardments from hostile ships.
Lirdan Station is the major starbase that controls access to and from Arvyn's space. Lirdan Station itself is a large commercial station that is frequented by many merchant ships travelling to and from the planet of Arvyn, and acts as a trading hub that also serves as a customs station. All ships that want to enter Arvyn's orbit must report to Lirdan Station, regardless of their affiliation, contents or even ship class. Lirdan Station is protected by several rings of defences, as well as it's sister station, Korovyr Naval Base.
Korovyr Naval Base (or KNB to most) is bristling with guns and is able to supply many ships at once. A purely military base, KNB is off-limits to non-military personnel except under very particular circumstances. KNB's dockyards are capable of building ships up to the heavy cruiser level and can refit almost any ship in the fleet. KNB's primary role is both fleet maintenance and the defence of Lirdan Station, and is superbly equipped for both, with weapons batteries and shield arrays that rival even Gornil's defensive systems.
Kadern, like Arvyn, is considered by many to be an inhospitable world. It is, by all accounts, a frozen ball of ice and snow, which rarely sees temperatures above freezing outside of a thin line around the equator of the planet. The atmosphere was originally mostly nitrogen and helium, but terraforming has introduced sufficient levels of oxygen into the air, allowing for the colonisation of the planet without the need for sealed breathing apparatus. Kadern has no natural wildlife, owing to the cold temperatures and severe lack of oxygen, and much of the planet is devoted simply to industrial production. In orbit of the planet is the headquarters of the Hexarchic Navy, known as Qantyr Naval Base, and several important shipyards and spacedocks for the maintenance and refitting of old Navy shipping.
The System of Perdasil - The economic muscle of the Hexarchy.
Ryzdan is a temperate world that is unremarkable in almost every way, except for one critical thing - it's rich supply of stygium crystals. Previously only said to be found on two planets, it seems that Ryzdan and it's sister planets didn't perhaps catch the memo, as Ryzdan in particular is the site of extensive stygium mining which fuels the Hexarchic war machine and powers their stealth technologies. As a result of Ryzdan's stygium mines, the Hexarchy has become used to running supplies of stygium beneath the radar and into Republic space for those who are willing to pay enough for it.

And now, to confuse you all, an organisation within it.
Organization Name: The 51st Squad, Hexarchic Special Operations Executive, commonly referred to as either the 51st SOE or just the 51st.
Profession: Assassinations, sabotage, murder, infiltration, weapons smuggling, drug trafficking, anything that you require... as long as the Council of Six agrees.
Affiliation: Officially, the 51st are commanded only by the Council. They are Hexarchic citizens first and foremost. They do the Council's bidding solely and do not answer to any other authority. To arrange for the 51st to undertake a mission for you, you must first contact the Council of Six, comprised of the six most powerful heads of house of the Ilythiiri. The Council must then agree to assist you in your endeavours by sending in the 51st if it is of sufficient importance. If the Council does not deem it necessary, the 51st will not be deployed to support you, but they might be deployed to remove you if you spread the word about them...
Squad Roster:
Name: Commander Vierinissa Neerdril Aleaniryn, Duchess of Barandir
Species: Noble Ilythiiri
Age: 223
Gender: Female
Appearance: Vierinissa cuts an imposing figure in her uniform. Standing at six feet tall, she has long snow-white hair that falls to her shoulder blades and contrasts sharply with her anthracite-black skin. She has piercing red eyes that change intensity depending on her emotions, from a smouldering dark red when she is subdued or irritated, to a bright glowing crimson when she is angered or violent. Her frame is well-built, as befits a special forces soldier, and though the decades have taken their toll on her, she is still a highly energetic person who is almost always animated, and in the heat of battle can be seen to be always alert, forever on guard and always with a rifle in her hands. Out of uniform, Vierinissa is a much more relaxed figure, usually to be seen in a pair of black trousers with a black open-chested leather jacket and white shirt underneath, with leather boots. She is almost never without her small hip-flask of morimatra, the ubiquitous Ilythiiric spiced wine, as well as a pair of sunglasses and her wrist-mounted Data Acquisition Device.
Affiliation: The Hexarchy of the Ilythiiri
Occupation: Commander of the 51st Squad of the Hexarchic Special Operations Executive
Brief History: Vierinissa Aleaniryn is by any standards a career soldier. Born into the highly prestigious House of Aleaniryn, she was raised from an early age by her mother and father to be a military person first and foremost. An only child, Vierinissa's birth was seen as both a relief and a worry for House Aleaniryn, which had had a dynastic crisis the past few generations, with few children being born, and the risk of the Matronage passing over to another branch of the family, and Vierinissa was the only chance that the primary branch of House Aleaniryn had of retaining the Matronage.
Name: Aurelia Kyrranwyn Qilaste Aleaniryn
Species: Noble Ilythiiri
Age: 122
Gender: Female
Appearance: Aurelia is perhaps considered to be even more physically powerful than her mother. Standing at six feet and four inches, she weighs somewhere in the region of 240 pounds, and has a frame similar to her mother's - powerful and muscular, whilst she retains the energy and vibrancy of a youth of her age.

Dang it, Legion beat me to Stygium crystals, guess I'll take on Cortosis smuggling. @Alfhedil - would that be alright?
I don't see why we could have an unofficial pact regarding that. Both stygium and cortosis smuggling earns people a lot of money, but is a high-risk scenario, in that others would be on the lookout to steal it and claim the money for themselves. What would you say about the Hexarchy offering the usage of some of their stealth ships to deliver shipments, in exchange for a bit of the cash? And maybe the Gen'Dai could provide security for some stygium shipments, or even buy some themselves from the Ilythiiri and deliver it to others?
Stealth, huh? My T.I.E fighters could do with a little boost. How effective would this technology be at cloaking larger vessels, like Star Destroyers for example? Could give Kell some interesting edges once the inevitable war on 24 fronts begins.
EDIT: And light sabre crystals too? Well in that case, Kell's Sith buddies will no doubt be interested. Sure, let's arrange something. I'll activate the Phantom T.I.E project at the RP's start, a little side-topic that might lead to something more significant.
Second Edit: Oh, TIE doesn't have a . between the characters. That's odd, I thought it stood for something. Turns out Lucas just thought they looked like bow ties. Heh.
I believe in current Star Wars stuff, stygium is only used for cloaking small vessels. However, my organisation/syndicate has been able to manufacture cloaking devices ranging from man-portable to Star Destroyer sized. These are rare, difficult to manufacture, and are very expensive to purchase. They are also given to agents and several ships of the syndicate who enforce their rules upon those who would dare to double-cross them...
EDIT: Actually, the cloaking devices are only effective for ships around the size of the Millennium Falcon, etc. An SD is a bit far...
