"Now you're starting to PISS me off!"
• Title:
| "The Crimson Ravager" | "Savage Blood" | "The Red Rage" | "The Last Jun-Kari" |
• True Name:
| "Jukati-Oni" | "Juju" / "Jojo" |
• Age:
27
• Species:
Oni (Fire Type)
• Weapons:
- Kanabō: The staple go-to weapon of a traditional oni warrior, the Kanabō is an iron spiked club that is used to brutally whack opponents to a bloody death. Jukati wields an exceptionally large variant that's stained with dried blood and gore from her past fights.
• Species Traits:
- Enhanced Strength/Durability: Like most Onis, Jukati has an incredibly musclebound body that can both deliver and absorb powerful melee attacks. Her immense strength allows her to pick up huge objects such as heavy boulders or large pillars and be able to chuck them for impressive range and speed. She can even punch through solid stone/brick walls and break bones with ease. In addition, a typical adult oni's muscular structure is incredibly dense and durable to the point where it can be capable of tanking hits that would normally crush bone and tear muscles. Such durability varies depending on the kind of oni and its age, which in Jukati's case, plants her as one of the strongest onis in the region.
- Elemental Resistance: Depending on where the Oni is located, they are able to harness a particular elemental power that is present in the region they reside. Their methods in gaining such powers vary from element to element, with some being naturally born with it, while others have to train and/or consume various objects related to said element. The confirmed elements that have been found in different Oni "sub-species" are: fire, water, earth, ice, electricity, poison, and darkness. Light Onis are theorized to exist, with the last supposed encounter being thousands of years ago according to ancient text, however no images of such an oni currently exist.
• Special Abilities:
- Pyrokinesis: Being a fire Oni, Jukati can channel her attacks throughout her body. She can concentrate them into her punches and kicks, as well as channel it into her Kanabō for more explosive attacks.
- Bloodlust: With Jukati's abhorrence for humanity firmly cemented within her mind, given enough rage and fury coursing through her veins, she can temporarily go into a furious berserk mode. Her third eye opens in this form, from her forehead, as her strength and speed intensifies significantly enough to cause a miniature explosions with every punch or kick she makes in rapid succession. She also has a tendency to eat her victims, which after enough victims (which vary) will satiate her bloodlust and revert her back to normal. Human blood in particular gets the job done faster and keeps her more satisfied. Otherwise, she will have to let it wear out over a period of time or simply beat the poor opponent to the ground.
• Inventory:
- Arm Wraps: Usually seen wrapped around her arms.
- Iron Chain: If she ever needs to restrain/whip somebody.
• Background:
Born in the village of Jun-Kari, located deep in the heart of the northern Apocalypta Volcanic Range, Jukati-oni was born to a local Fire-Oni clan. She was the daughter of the clan's chieftain, Jaëghata-Khan, who was both beloved by his people and utterly revered by his enemies, and had a younger sister named Rikata-oni. The Khan had both a fiery spirit and a fiery temper, both of which had been passed down and magnified within both daughters, with Jukati being the more hot-tempered of the two. Still, the two sisters had an incredibly close bond with one another, even if it was often the older sister who often resorted to playful-bullying and horse-play. And by the time she was 15, the older oni sister was an extremely powerful warrior.
However, they were born within the midst of rising tension that shifted throughout the local area. For the past 10 years, the tribe had encountered more and more of their greatest enemy - they being humans. The onis thought of them as greedy and selfish apes that had no regard for sympathy and would steel anything they can to advance their agendas, while the humans considered the onis as mindless and savage monsters that endanger their very civilization. They had a history of great wars and skirmishes, followed by uneasy cold wars, before going into another war with one another. Peace had been suggested by both sides before, each for different reasons, but none would let the other faction take control. Their conflicts would usually result in stalemates, with only minor victories from each side.
As Jun-Kari was protected by the natural elements, with unstable terrain, volcanic activity, and the chance of encountering rogue onis or monsters, it was very difficult for a non-oni individual to get to - let alone a human being. However, while it's extremely difficult, it doesn't mean that it was impossible. The humans slowly began to double their efforts, as more soldiers began traversing for a way to rid the base, and indeed they found a secret passage way for them to get closer to the village while bypassing the worst of what Apocalypta had to offer.
And when they reached the village, the humans showed no mercy. And the village onis had no idea that they were coming until it was too late. Donning crude masks that mocked their long-time enemy, the soldiers proceeded to ransack the village and slaughter all who were in their way. Jukati fought well as she killed a great number of humans, however the soldiers they brought were not your local variety. It was comprised of an elite guard that was sent by a King a hundred miles to the south, one who also abhorred onis just as much as the local militia. In the end, the fire onis were no match, and as their Khan dueled the head captain of the elite guard, he ordered his daughters to escape the carnage. As they reached the exit, the two were separated as rock and debris planted them on opposite sides. Jukati found herself on the other side of the wall, while Rikata was stuck within the now burning village. Despite her impressive strength, she was unable to break through the debris and was forced to leave the scene and mourn the lost of her sister and her clan.
When she returned just a day later, she would find that everyone she loved was dead. Her father had perished and her sister was nowhere to be seen. This prompted Jukati to reveal a strain of raw, unbridled rage from within her body, one that demanded vengeance to be placed upon the humans who murdered her people. So when she discovered a patrol who were scouring the wreckage for any survivors, she viciously attacked them in a bloodthirsty rage. She ripped and teared through the soldiers, each crying out in utter agony and pain as they were given a violent, gory death. It was this very event where the enraged oni first tasted human blood, which she found herself enjoying it. So much in fact, that it was able to calm her down...
As well as jumpstarting a vicious craving for more.
Jukati then proceeded to rip apart every human who got in her way, often eating them if she felt hungry enough or simply just for sport. For every man, woman, or child she killed, she craved more blood. No one was safe from her wrath and she was revered for having ravaged entire villages and hamlets just to quell her thirst for the crimson ichor of man. To the oni, she believed she was doing her village a favor for killing all of these humans, something she did almost constantly for 3 bloody years. For the very few who survived her vicious bloodthirsty antics, they brought with them terrible stories of her destruction and mayhem. They begged for the local kingdoms and prayed to their gods for anything to quell her fury, for they believed her to be the devil incarnated.
Yet they were given only one option to keep Jukati at bay... they had to toss her down into the deep, dark, Abyss.
It was not an easy feat to pull off, as they had to lure the oni for hundreds, if not thousands, of miles towards the nearest entrance. They were even forced to sacrifice many of their own just to ensure that she would follow them. yet all would soon pay off. As soon as they reached the entrance, one final battle took place that almost costed the life of every soldier fighting for their lives. Yet in the end, through the help of some exceptionally powerful allies and magic, they were successful in their efforts and imprisoned Jukati within the dark prison. Tried as she might, the oni would be unable to make her escape, forcing her to remain trapped there for over a decade. Humanity could breath a sigh of relief, knowing that at least one evil had been taken care of...

• Other:
- Every oni name ends with "-oni", acting as either a middle or last name. This name is replaced with "Khan" whenever an oni becomes the chieftain.
